Hello!
This won’t work like that. You’re using 2 different templates. When you install and activate the Mobile Theme plugin, then the cloud template won’t display.
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. Edit the page with TagDiv Composer. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB; there you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-speedy-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and design for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
Note: If you want to use version 1 or 2, then you need to deactivate the mobile theme plugin and see the results.
Thank you!

You can choose to use whichever one is more affordable and useful for you.
If anyone doesn’t fit as you created, then make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Hi,
Right now the only errors that appears on your website are related to the ads -> https://i.imgur.com/E4PvObJ.png
What I can recommend is to be sure that you use a good server and to be sure that all those theme requirements are set -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Also, what you can do is to improve the website speed and use a cache, if you want you can check our guide for how to make the website faster -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
About those site crashes, you can check the error logs, most of the time there is displayed the error that is causing the crash of the website.
Also, this is an article that may help you -> How To Avoid A Website Crash During High Traffic.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
When editing pages on the my website w/ tagDiv composer – it takes forever for that editor to load. Any recommendations on how to speed this up?
Hello!
We recommend using only one cache plugin, the WP Super Cache plugin with this configuration: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure
You need to take into account:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors.
Our developers are working a lot to improve the page speed in every update.
As a suggestion, disable the lazy load animation. Other starting points to improve your website page speed are here:

Hey,
I purchased TagDiv Newspaper theme around a month back, and had been working on setting it up even since. For quick setup purposes, I imported the Influencer Demo on the website, which i changed later according to the need. The current problem is that, despite having a different mobile template for Blog Post (Single Page), it sometimes seems to load the Global template itself, and using it’s mobile properties. This causes a lot of viewing errors on the website.

Hello
Currently my website is performing perfectly on front page speed metrics. It’s very good. However, my post pages have very bad performance which is actually now the main reason my news content is not making it into Google top stories/news
How can a correct this poor performance on posts? I have ultra optimised all caching, server site, using litespeed very fast servers and Bunny CDN with all recommended settings for absolute best performance.
Front page is all GREEN with all stats and showing between 98% and 99% on mobile and 100% on desktop. Very good scores with all metrics greened out.
But. With post pages, failing core web for mobile only. This is stopping getting into top news
What can I from here?
Hello!
Other issues here could be the page speed and the configuration of your resources on your website.
You need to take into account:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar, and so on.

Hi,
Please check this topic to increase the page speed ->
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/slow-my-webiste/
Also, make sure you don’t have deleted images, but they are set on the website, this image search process makes the website slower
Thank you!
After switching to latest newspaper theme, I faced drastic reduction in performance of website, especially the pagespeed and gtmetrix scores. Tried everything, from Autoptimize to different other cache plugins to number of image and other speed boosting plugins. Nothing worked.
Yesterday, after hesitation I bought WP Rocket plugin for 44$ (used some coupon for 5$) and below are is my new performance ( From 40 score on Pagespeed and 28 on GTmetrix):
GTMetrix
https://imgur.com/TiUx3Px
Pagespeed
https://imgur.com/ayyrUIr
Highly recommend any blogger out here struggling for speed.
P.S: You don’t need any plugin (Cloudfare is still recommended) after WP Rocket.
Hi there, I am having similar issues. When using the text with title element the edit content feature cannot load. It shows a loading icon (circle) in a blank gray box with the WP Editor text at the top.
I have cleared the cache, made sure WordPress and all of my plugins are updated and tried the WP editor in a incognito google chrome browser. I have looked into the memory and processing speed with godaddy.com. Everything is normal.
Any suggestions would be great! I am not able to edit any content on my pages that are using the text with title element. It seems that the rest of the website elements and features are working properly.
Hello,
I think loosing visits and views after deinstalling AMP seems quite normal.
AMP pages are made for speed. Google prefers AMP versions of a website and ranks then much higher than others. Google even caches some of the content to deliver it fast to the visitors.
By disabling AMP your website will not be listed as high as the AMP version, especially if there are many competing websites with the same topic.
A normal mobile version or responsive website can’t be compared with AMP.
Hi!
I have EXACTLY (!) the same issue as you can read here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-plugin-and-tagdiv-mobile-theme-plugin-conflict/
A few weeks ago I had both plugins (AMP and MobileTheme) installed and both displayed perfectly in my WordPress backend. Because I was very unhappy with the design options of “AMP” and “Mobile Theme”, I deactivated and deleted these plugins again.
But now I’m again very unhappy with the page speed, which is why I installed and activated both plugins again.
Now I have the same problem as the user “vanisticz” from the above topic: The AMP plugin is displayed perfectly in my WordPress backend (as long as the mobile theme plugin is disabled). As soon as the Mobile Theme Plugin is ACTIVATED, the AMP Plugin disappears in my WordPress backend.
It won´t help you to fix this problem but my website is: https://www.motivationsheld.de/
I believe that you need access to my backend and CPanel?
Please let me know!
Thank you!

Hello!
@PatWire You are right.
@PIF21 It depends which version you prefer, so that one will be suitable for your needs.
You can improve a better score with any version, but you need to take into account some factors:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors.
Thank you!
Thank you.
But which options are best for website speed?
Which options are best for ease of use?
It seems that the tagdiv mobile page templates would be much more time consuming because the website has to be rebuilt everytime there is a change on the desktop version. Is that correct?
Is the “responsive version” simply Newspaper theme without Mobile Theme or Mobile Pages?
Thank you.
Hello!
Make sure you assigned correctly the mobile page to your desktop page: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/

Good afternoon,
We run an automotive website ( https://egzostive.com/ ) that relies heavily on Envira gallery. The gallery is however very slow (when loading over 100 photos of 2-300kbyte).
As an interim solution we started implementing pagination on our articles, and putting the full gallery to the last page, but we see the following issues:
1. Since our posts feature pagination the number of page visitors are lower than the impressions. Previously, each visit and the gallery clicks counted as a page view, hence visitor counts of over 2000 was easily possible. As an example, here is an article with 1831 views: https://egzostive.com/autoworld-porsche-70/
This one has the entire article on one page, but with a painfully slow load time.
Now with pagination, the clicks on the gallery (on the last page of the post) does not seem to count. We followed this approach in most of our 2022 post, ensuring much faster load time.
2. To reduce the load speed, I tried to introduce pagination on envira gallery as well, but this seems to show some conflict with the pagination of Newspaper: by clicking on next envira page, the article reloads on page 1 (see e.g. here: https://egzostive.com/zoute-concours-2021-anniversaries-alfa-1900-countach-etype-sm-quattro/3/ ).
Is there any solution in sight?
3. Irrespectably of Envira, for the pages with several pages, the visitor stats seems to remain below actual visibility, as the stats do not seem to grow with navigating between the pages of the article..
Strangely our calendar post (https://egzostive.com/the-ultimate-2022-car-show-and-events-list/ ) does not have pagination (or Envira), and still shows a big stat discrepancy: the visitor count on the article shows 896 counts, but my WordPress dashboard shows 2651 views, which seems closer to the actual visitor figures.
Can it be that Newapper’s page-count is wrong? How can this be remedied?
4. I read that in some cases you replied that Envira is not tested, but then comes the question: what is Tagdiv’s solution for a gallery plugin? Envira is one of the most recommended plugins, and we invested considerable time and also some money in implementing it, so we would need an efficient way to harmonise our website to any other alternatives.
Best
