Hello @TerraZetzz!
If you use default templates, then make sure the Standard Pack plugin is installed and active after update because it’s an old plugin and will not updating automatically.
Thank you!
Hello @romi!
We recommend child theme because any change you make in the files after update will be overwritten and you have to make the changes again. Please take a look in the documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
Thank you!
Hello Sam!
This issue has been discussed here, please check: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/media-uploading-error/
Thank you!
Hello @gariyong!
Unfortunately, you can’t hide it because this is the title of the article in a block.
Thank you!
Hello @Rhonda!
Please make sure you do not use WP Bakery plugin!
Deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.
Thank you!
Hello @Lalit!
Please check our documentation where you can insert any custom font in our theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/
Thank you!
Hello!
From what I can see you change the h1,h2 from the pages, but in your example that is a post/article. If you use a cloud template, then you should make the changes in the TagDiv Composer and not from the theme panel.
Thank you!
Hello @madalin !
1. Please provide me a screenshot where the yellow color it is.
2. You should create a page for that modal and inside the page you can put an image, so when you click on that button, you’ll see the modal with an image there.
3. Check this article: https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/ and this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tagdiv-social-counter-plugin-not-showing-corrrect-numbers/ ; so you can understand how you should connect your Instagram.
4. Great. But, you can use Gutenberg too.
Thank you!
Hello @iamratnesh!
For this you have only some settings in the theme panel : https://www.screencast.com/t/ykTIVpeMUuzZ
Thank you!
Hello @gwk!
Please edit the page with the TagDiv Composer and re-add the element: https://www.screencast.com/t/ncfmJzEqKAtd
Thank you!
Hello @nimish1995 !
You can use the CSS Analyzer, which is our automatic tool, very useful for the page speed and unused CSS.

Thank you for understanding!
Hello @Ernum !
You need to use Standard Pack plugin if you have default templates.
For more customizations, we recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Documentation here:

Hello @meri!
We have 3 options of mobile versions:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile page are fully customizable with the TagDiv Composer(as responsive one) and they permit you to have different design than desktop. You can build and assign a mobile page for the page you need. Also, you can keep their evidence better because you can see them while you see the website in the frontend, also in Cloud Templates.
You can choose to use which one is more affordable and useful for you.
Thank you!
Hello @aaronwongxm!
Please make sure the issue is not from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello @ekraft!
Please provide a screenshot and point me the image that will be cropped on mobile.
Also, for this you can make sure that when you upload an image, you choose full size: https://www.screencast.com/t/Oxue274e
In the flex blocks you can choose which image size each should use: https://www.screencast.com/t/r3Dzcmj94gVL
Making smaller images bigger is not a good option for this because the quality of images will be destroyed.
These issues can be seen while editing with the TagDiv Composer on tablet viewport and mobile viewport:https://www.screencast.com/t/YUVUcyrgh; https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB
Thank you!
Hello Marius!
If you mean page speed, then you need to take into account:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors.
Our developers are working a lot to improve the page speed in every update.
As a suggestion, disable the lazy load animation. Other starting points to improve your website page speed are here:

– https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tnkVapqhIHc
Please check the tutorials from those platforms gt metrix and Google Pagespeed Insights and I’m sure you can increase the page speed.
Please note that page speed is not covered by the support team: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
Thank you for understanding!
Hello @andreabacci7!
If you do not reset the settings from the theme panel, they will be there always.
Check this guide too: https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
Thank you!
Hello @andreabacci7!
If you deactivate the Mobile Theme plugin, then you will see the responsive version of your desktop. When you install again the Mobile Theme plugin , then you can see his own template/layout/design with the settings from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme.
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Thank you!
Hello @deckAdmin!
If this is happens while you edit normally the post in Classic or Gutenberg editor, then this issue is not coming from the Newspaper theme. The theme has no setting to set a featured image, only like this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/.
Wordpress should fix this issue, so you can downgrade till the problem is solved.
Thank you!

Hello @alessandrogini1!
I mean layout or template you like the most. For example, you can choose from the 3 options which one is the best and which one contain less elements, in order to improve your page speed.
Thank you!
Hello Leonardo!
This plugin is tested and it is working 100%. But, you can find, use and test other plugin which can do this for you, but please take care for a future plugin conflict.
Thank you for understanding!
