Please make sure that you have set the mod substitute in the htaccess file https://i.imgur.com/VuMw1lq.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ and you do not have any modSecurity enabled on host.
If that problem is still there, then please execute these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

On that block the sort order is Latest, that’s why it will take the new one there up. That option from WordPress is no more working with our theme.
A solution to keep that post every time the first one is to use cloud templates and then it is very simple: add a block into the page with the post’s ID in filter, limit:1. 2. Please note that if a post have two categories, for example: Video and Arts, then that post will be display on the category Video too with the settings you applied. For more information about filters, please check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/ ; https://forum.tagdiv.com/big-grid-flex-settings/ The tag is display with the first tag in alphabetical order, so it will be with the tag ART.

If all the sub-pages have the same template, then this is normal. When you edit a page, the changes will be applied on all the pages with the same template. So, if you need to delete that section for some pages only, then you need to duplicate the template and make it different, then assign the template to the pages you need to be changed.

You can only make it responsive from the code, because the mobile theme has its own templates and it is not customizable with the TagDiv Composer. Please check the code because you have an error there.
