Hello!
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict(check also if you have WP Bakery and uninstall it), that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
Let us know about your results!
Thank you!

A solution could be to create a blank mobile page for your live site and copy-paste the code from the page on the staging site.
Thank you!

Hi,
Our theme was tested with those plugins only: https://www.screencast.com/t/82ZThIrU
If you don’t find any plugin which suits you in this list, then you need to test and see, so we can’t say if it will work or not.
Also, please note that we don’t offer support for untested plugins.
Thanks!
Hello!
I’m glad you have managed to solve the issue.

Hello!
Unfortunately, there is no roadmap for Newspaper to implement TagDiv composer blocks into Gutenberg. You can use it separately.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and that our theme functions do not suite you for your project.
Hello!
@vas My colleagues will check your website and will reply via email, so please let’s continue the discussion about your issue there to avoid multiple conversations about this issue.
@Mathoulathilde I just replied for you in your own topic, please check and let’s continue the discussion there.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello!
I am not sure I fully understand what you are looking to edit. Please provide a screenshot with your issue and an url to your website in order to help you.
Thank you!
Hello!
You can add an element with TagDiv Composer plugin called “Flex block” and you can filter the posts by writing there the ID of the category which you want to include and you can write -ID for the one you want to exclude.
Please check this screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/UbXegeIBXEg
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exclude by their slug.
Thank you!
Hello!
From what you describe it seems you have installed Mobile theme plugin. If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
Also you can try to remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.
Let us know the results.
Thank you!
Hello!
I recommend you to use the plugin for now and when we will release an update, then this will be announced and fixed by us.
Thank you!
Hello!
Do not use both page builders on the same time.
For the moment, the only solution is to shift from WPBakery to Composer.
So, I gladly recommend you to shift from WPBakery to Composer, because WPBakery is an old builder plugin.
Please check our guide to know how to shift from WPBakery to Composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
1. TagDiv Composer contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
2. Unfortunately, you need to rebuild the design when you do the transition presented above.
3. Yes, you can use it with TagDiv Composer only.
Thank you!
Hello!
I recommend you to use “Inline single image” to have the possibility of pop-up.
Please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access, so we can investigate more into this issue. Also paste a link to this topic so we can easily identify you.
Let us know and we will gladly assist you.

Hello!
If you use a responsive version then you need to change also from mobile viewport with TagDiv Composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB
Take a look there and see the mobile version and the design from there should appear on your website also.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
