Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme, Newspaper v10.3.1 also please set the YouTube api key in theme panel as in our documentation from here and clean all cache, after that all should work as before.

For the second problem, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

If I’m right this is the error you get -> https://i.imgur.com/m4DkfWk.png then what Vlad mentioned is true, there is a conflict on few elements between tagDiv Composer and WPBakery, for me this problem is solved after I deactivate the WPBakery -> https://i.imgur.com/1UFeWnp.png -> https://i.imgur.com/feXoejx.png, if you deactivate the WPBakery and problem persist, please make sure that you do not have anther plugin that can provide a conflict, also make sure that you clear all cache.

Our developers were inform about this plugin conflict and will try to solve it for the coming updates.

You need to use custom templates for CPT and remove from them the date, author, about author etc or you can use a custom css to hide these dates.

If the posts are assigned to more categories, then will be display the first category in alphabetical order, if you want to be display on the posts a specific category, then you need to set that category as primary category for that posts.

In this example -> https://i.ibb.co/G5Kh43h/Sub-categories-names-NOT-showing.jpg you have set a category with 3 subcategories and the thumbs show different categories because the posts are assigned t more categories and “Afrikanns” is the first alphabetical category, if you click on one of that posts you’ll see that one of the subcategories from the mega menu is assigned to that post.
