Hi,
Indeed the issue is still present. Please try as a test to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, and clear all caching. Then check if this has any effect. If you made any modification to the theme files, check these as well.
This should not happen, regardless of background color or image set. It could be a plugin conflict, please try the suggestion if possible and check the results.
Thanks
Hi,
Make sure you have the latest version of the theme, only in the latest version this implementation is present. Then follow the guide and the weather widget will work properly

Hi,
The background image is added with CSS, I believe in this file
– https://www.screencast.com/t/pp1TeqaJ
But I don’t know how you could make it an automatic process. The image has to be selected from the media library and set as background for the row. Maybe you can think of a different method if you want to achieve this result.
Thanks
Hi,
The surest method to update the theme is by FTP, but you can do it with WordPress as well. This is a guide mentioning the steps you need to take. As recommended make full backups before, just to be safe
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Also please check if the theme system status is set according to the documentation
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You can contact your hosting provider and ask them to make the changes for you if needed, as they might have a recommended method in this matter.
Thanks
Hi,
The theme has these translation options, only for theme elements
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/loading-translations/
Anything different will have to be achieved through a plugin. In order to translate the website and offer the possibility to change the language, you will need to use a plugin.
Thanks
Hi,
We will take a look at the category page issues and reply by email. I have inspected the related articles that are coming from the theme, the images are displayed properly
– https://www.screencast.com/t/0N0i4xzU6ao8
But there is a different related section, I believe coming from the Jetpack plugin. You can disable that related section from the plugins settings
– https://jetpack.com/support/related-posts/
There would be no need to have 2 related articles in the post page.
Regarding the sharing please provide more details about the issue so we can understand better what it is happening. The Facebook share functionality is handled by the Yoast SEO plugin
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/
Thanks
Hi,
I believe you might have changed the default WordPress thumbnail size set here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/HbyxU9pByP
Please change it to the default setting and check the results. Regenerate thumbnails again if needed.
Thanks
Hi,
Please edit the page with the composer and check the row where the slide is placed. Set the row stretch to default option
– https://www.screencast.com/t/1ompzCsbF0
Then save the page and view it. The issue should be solved.
Thanks
Hi,
Surely the translation plugins have options to add a button, switch or functionality that would allow the user to change language. Usually these options will appear in the menu settings, so you can add them in a menu
– https://www.screencast.com/t/VUVa8mej10
Thanks
Hi,
That would allow to change the category tags for by module, it will not matter what actual category is displayed. Maybe there will be more options for the category tags in future updates, but I cannot say for sure.
Thanks
Hi,
There are options to display the normal header logo or the mobile logo, when the menu is sticky. This setting is in the theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/yM7MNOb1EIU
So you can either show the default website logo, or the logo used on mobile.
Thanks
Hi,
If you are referring to buttons, these have a different functionality at the moment
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/increase-users-engagement-add-custom-buttons-posts/
Links in post content will still inherit the general theme accent color.
Please correct me if I misunderstand the issue, and provide more details for a more accurate solution.
Thanks
Hi,
It seems that for some reason the post title header is not working as intended. The responsive condition is not applying. Please enter this code in Theme panel->Custom CSS section and it should fix the situation
– https://www.screencast.com/t/VVtaIMBq
@media (max-width: 767px) {
.td-post-template-6 .td-post-header {
width: 100%;
}}
Thanks

Hi,
You will have to import the politics demo, and configure the slider
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos/
There are multiple revolution slider demos provided in the theme package.
Thanks
Hi,
Please check the theme documentation as well. It is not difficult to install the theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/

Thanks
Hi,
There are translation plugins that you can use. The theme is compatible with WPML, but there are also free plugins that you can try
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/showcase/9-best-translation-plugins-for-wordpress-websites/
The qTranslate would be a good plugin that you can try first.
Thanks
Hi,
Try changing the general excerpt setting to letters, in the theme panel
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/excerpts-introduction/
Then check if the problem is solved.

It would be very helpful if you could provide a link to a post on your website, for a more accurate solution. Modifications to the code might be needed.

Hi,
A child theme is not an absolute must. It is an option if you will make extensive theme customization. For simpler modifications your method will be sufficient.
Thanks
Hi,
As I mentioned that could only be done by modifying how the breadcrumbs are created. Or try the plugins suggested above. Here is a guide about the plugin
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-display-breadcrumb-navigation-links-in-wordpress/
Thanks
Hi,
There could be solutions online that you can try. AMP pages are not specific to the theme. The plugin adds a different functionality to the post page. I know that videos can be embedded in AMP posts, but I could not say how you could display a featured video

Hi,
There is an extensive discussion about it in this topic

Hi,
The mobile theme plugin does not add extensive options to customize the website specifically on mobile. All the settings can be seen on the mobile theme settings, in the theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/wk19vspF
Here you can find more information about the mobile theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
The logo in the footer when on mobile, will be the one set in the footer section
– https://www.screencast.com/t/hw4o2S9jbKlQ
The About us text can also be modified there, in that section.
If you would like to place a revolution slider on a mobile page, enter the slider shortcode in the mobile editor for that page
