Hi,
Try updating the theme by FTP to make sure it is done properly
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Also check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Then try the tagDiv composer again and see if it works as intended. Please let us know if you still have problems.
Thanks
Hi,
Not the Visual composer, deactivate the tagDiv composer
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Kz2T5yWu1
Having both editors active can cause some issue in some cases. If you used Visual composer for posts and pages, deactivating the tagDiv composer will make everything display like before. Clear any caching installed after disabling it.
If after deactivating it you still have problems, then maybe something else is responsible. Please provide a link to your website so we can inspect it, in that case.
Thanks
Hi,
You will have to make the same modifications that you made in the header menu, in this file as well
– https://www.screencast.com/t/CDAfWBrvT
Try something like this

Thanks
Hi,
If you used Visual composer to build your website, deactivate the tagDiv composer.
When you decide to make the switch to the tagDiv composer you can do it at any time you see fit.
The pages will have to be rebuilt with the new editor, and replaced.
Please rest assured, when and if Visual composer will not be included in the package or supported, it will be announced properly ahead of time. I could not say at the moment what will happen exactly.
I have tested the Text block with title and found no issue with it. Maybe you can provide more details about the error it is producing for you, when possible.
In the meantime, please try and enjoy your vacation!
Thanks
Hi,
I have created an account on your website and logged in without any issue
– https://www.screencast.com/t/adVuMdqcRtJ
Then I successfully logged out as well
– https://www.screencast.com/t/boPNmIqpegf
The logout action redirects to homepage by default, that is the default functionality of the theme
– https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_logout_url
It could be a plugin that maybe interferes or tries to redirect to a different location unsuccessfully. Or maybe you have tried to make modifications to this element.
Thanks
Hi,
It could be a possibility, but I could not provide you an definite answer. Currently an optional mobile theme plugin is included, optimized for performance on mobile devices
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks
Hi,
The two resources mentioned seem to be moved in the bottom of the page, that means the Speedbooster plugin is working
– https://www.screencast.com/t/VsPTRT5LcQL
I could not say why Google is still detecting them as render blocking. Maybe you should go ahead and begin other optimization aspects, and check at a later time. The results might change in the meantime.
Thanks
Hi,
The color of the menu items can be changed in the theme panel, theme colors section
– https://www.screencast.com/t/hmVG6Eew
Thanks
Hi,
I see that you are using an older version of Visual composer, try updating it to the latest version provided in the theme package
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
Then clear any caching installed, and check if the error is gone. The best way to update the theme is by FTP, you could try to reinstall the theme by that method as a last resort
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Thanks
Hi,
The mobile theme will not display content built with the page editor. If you want to display blocks and other elements on mobile, simply deactivate the mobile theme plugin
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Content for mobile pages is limited to the mobile editor and what can be achieved with it. The same pages from desktop will be displayed if the mobile theme plugin is deactivated.
Thanks
Hi,
These are the files where the sidebars on the post templates are called
– http://prntscr.com/g3w8pd
Each post template has a corresponding single php file where you can try and make modifications if you need to. Try inserting your content above the sidebar section.
Thanks
Hi,
It could be a possibility, but I can’t say for sure when it will happen. It will be announced when the theme will officially support different ad implementations.
Sorry, I did not test te code on mobile as well. You can enter the code I provided in the Theme panel->Advanced CSS, in the desktop section so it only applies on desktop.
Then on mobile it will look like this
– http://prntscr.com/g3vzrj
Thanks
Hi,
That would be helpful to help identify if a plugin is causing the issue. Simply select them all at once (except theme plugins) and deactivate theme at the same time. Then check if the mobile menu is displaying properly. If it is, then one of them is responsible.
Thanks
Hi,
After investigating there seems to be a problem with the new theme update. The theme package has been updated as of this moment, please download it again and install it and everything should work properly regarding the mobile theme. We are very sorry for any inconvenience created by this issue.
Thank you!

Hi,
That could happen if you use Visual composer on posts. That is not recommended
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
If you use Visual composer then deactivate the tagDiv composer and everything should work properly.
But please note that in future theme updates we will add more elements and options only for the tagDiv composer. That is why it is recommended to use the new front-end editor for your pages.
Thanks
Hi,
Your website does not work at this moment. It does not open, and simply auto-downloads a file in the browser
– http://prntscr.com/g3uyh0
You can use any font you want on your website. If it is not available in the selection screen you can upload it manually and then use it
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/
You might need to enable support for the special characters, if the font supports them
– http://prntscr.com/g3v1m1
Thanks
Hi,
That can be caused by plugins as well, or theme customization maybe. First try to deactivate all plugins except the ones provided with the theme, and clear any caching installed again. Then check the results.
It is recommended to use this caching plugin with this configuration
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Maybe try and contact the server hosting and have them analyze the logs and check what exactly is causing the loading speed problem, or even crashing.
Thanks
Hi,
That could be the case for many other themes as well, as it is not a strict requirement or definitive. There are optimizations possible using SEO plugins, like the Yoast SEO plugin.
This is an extensive guide for website SEO improvements
– https://yoast.com/wordpress-seo/
Maybe some other users can share valuable advice in this matter.
Thanks
Hi,
Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the WordPress and server parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You could ask your hosting provider to make them for you if needed, they might have a recommended method in this matter.
This will ensure the proper functionality of the theme and plugins.
After making the changes, check if everything works using the tagDiv composer. Please let us know if you still have problems.
Thanks
Hi,
First step would be to deactivate all plugins as a test, except the plugins provided with the theme (use the latest versions). Check any code you might have entered in the theme panel, or added to the theme files directly.
If you use a child theme, switch to the main theme and check the results.
As a last resort you can reinstall the theme by FTP
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Thanks
Hi,
That is an unusual issue you are having. The mobile theme has nothing to do with the tagDiv composer. The composer is not required in order for the mobile theme to work properly. Something else is likely to cause this problem. At the moment this is how the website looks on mobile
– http://prntscr.com/g3u5n7
This is not caused by the theme, only plugins, custom code inserted in the theme panel or added to the theme files could cause results like this. Or a child theme with modifications that you might be using.
That’s why the first suggestion is to deactivate all other non-theme plugins, to possibly spot the one that is causing this.
You could try a theme reinstall by FTP as a last resort
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Make no modifications to the theme, and activate only default plugins.
Thanks
Hi,
Each of the Big grids and blocks that are used to build pages, can be customized how you want. You can control the articles that are displayed in these elements individually.
This is done in the Filter tab of the element
– http://prntscr.com/g3tle1
For example I have three blocks on a row, each one can be set to display posts from different categories
– http://prntscr.com/g3tn0k
Here is a detailed guide about all the available block settings
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
There is also a Latest articles section displayed always on the bottom of the page, after your content. This can be customized as well
– http://prntscr.com/g3tqr7
Or you can disable this section by selecting a different page template
– http://prntscr.com/g3tr6z
This tagDiv composer tutorial might be helpful as well

Thanks
Hi,
You can display that list of categories for every block you want. You can also filter them, and displays specific categories
– http://prntscr.com/g3tckb
Here you can find more information about all the block settings, including the ajax tab
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Thanks
Hi,
I cannot say for sure if that will be available in the tagDiv composer. We will add more elements and options for this editor, but I couldn’t say if this will be one of them.
Maybe if the request becomes more popular it could be considered as a possible implementation.
Thanks
Hi,
I believe that is simply block 2 on one column, displayed on mobile
– http://prntscr.com/g3t705
Here you can see how each of the blocks look in different layouts (use selection on the right to change blocks)
And these are the available block header templates
