Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue with my website where the desktop version displays correctly, but the mobile version is completely broken and does not load the theme properly.
Here’s what I’ve already done to try to fix the problem:
Removed AMP completely.
Cleared all cache (plugin cache, hosting/server cache, and browser cache).
Regenerated permalinks.
Cleared the Newspaper theme cache.
Despite this, the mobile version still does not display the normal responsive theme layout. My goal is for the site to load the same Newspaper theme design on both desktop and mobile (standard responsive version), without using AMP.
Could you please check what is causing the mobile view to break and help me resolve this issue?
Thank you in advance.

Hi Calin,
I have the same problem than Peter: Since I installed WordPress 6.9, the photos no longer display as a gallery. They are displayed as large images, one below the other. How can I fix this problem?
Example : https://hommeurbain.com/tendances-mode-homme-automne-hiver-2025/Tthanks
I do not use Rank Math SEO.
Hola. Me gustaría saber como puedo quilar el campo de “pagina web”, en el formulario de contacnto que aparecen al final de cada post.
Here is an example on the homepage, where a black area should normally display an image.
And just below, in TagDiv Composer, the image is displayed correctly.

Hi ricardoavenegas,
It will need to remove the text after the version, and if you want, you can also change teh version, for example, you can set 3.9.3
Thank you!
My header ad at HowNotToSail.com seems to be blocked on some browsers (it just shows a blue rectangle instead of the ad), even with very basic HTML code in the Theme Panel > Header Ad box, like:
<div class="td-all-devices">
<a href="https://example.com" target="_self" rel="noopener"><img src="https://example.com/Header-Ad.jpg" /></a>
</div>
How can I fix this? It’s not a mobile vs. desktop issue (it displays fine on some mobile devices), but I suspect there’s some code buried somewhere in the theme PHP regarding Google Adsense or something, which I don’t need, and which might be causing the issue?
Thanks!
Hello, the comments on Facebook are transfered on the posts review section but it shows the same avatar of the author. For example, ROB comments on Facebook, his comments goes to the post review section below the post and it shows the author’s avatar and not Rob’s avatar ??? Website: leblitznfl.com
Hi,
Unfortunately, this can not be done for social share and for standard social networks from the theme panel. It can be done using tagDiv Composer on pages and cloud templates as in my above example.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi Calin, thanks for your help,
I implemented the fix, but it does not work on Category pages or post pages. Here is an example page with the fix not working. https://www.liberatedstocktrader.com/category/charts/
Hi,
Please go to plugins and see if you have the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin installed (also look for the amp plugin). If you have them, please disable those plugins, clear the cache, and check again. The problem should be resolved.
Hi Chris Baird, yes, that it is right!
Having a category template that is global will display elements for each category in parts that are related to that category, for example, category image, description articles…
Now if you have a cloud category template, this can be edited with tagDiv Composer and make sure that you use the category elements.
Thank you!
Hi,
This situation usually occurs when you are using both the AMP and the mobile theme. My recommendation is to disable both plugins and use the theme’s responsive version instead, as there is no longer a need for an AMP version.
To do this, go to your website dashboard > Plugins, disable the AMP plugin, then clear all cache. This should resolve the issue.
Thank you!
How do I stretch the page content to fill its entire surface? For example, I created two columns and want them to span the entire space from the right to the left edge. How can I do this in the theme editor or through the Newsmag theme panel?
Hi,
I’m sorry, maybe I do not understand correctly. It will help me more if you can provide an example.
Do you want to display only the link used for video, then you’ll need a custom code, the theme provides only the option to render the video on Single Post Featured Image.
Thank you!
Hi,
Using the mobile theme and AMP is no longer recommended as it once was.
Mobile theme and amp ar limited you can use only the theme panel options under mobile theme
Also, for pages you need to set manually the content in mobile editor, content that must be created using the mobile edito,r not other builders and not copy/past the page content in mobile editor
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Related to cache, when you are not using the responsive version, then you need to use a separate cache for the mobile version, otherwise the mobile version will be displayed on desktop and the desktop version on mobile.
Thank you!
Hello.
The desktop version of my website has one design (https://prnt.sc/I0uH7lf5lCr5 ) and maintains the same content when viewed on a mobile device (https://prnt.sc/nUXHeWgXwVo_ ). However, when I activate plugin TagDiv Mobile Theme + AMP version, a different design appears (https://prnt.sc/o3Te2FzoY6WM ). I found how to customize the colors and logos in Theme Panel, but I need to customize which content is displayed (not only styles). Is this possible? How and where do I do it?

Hi,
I saw that the way the filter is working on the 2 links is different, and even the options under formats seem to be different https://francegallcollection.fr/formats/cd/. Here seems to have no main. Do you have a different cloud template set on it, or is it the same as the one seen, for example, on https://francegallcollection.fr/disques/?
Is it possible to contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide us with a temporary wp-admin access so we can better investigate the situation?
Thank you!
Using the pre-built page as a template & need to change photo on About Us page. How do I do it?
Hello,
I seem to be coming back to this forum quite often lately… 🙂
I have another question regarding CPTUI and its integration with Flex Loop. I created a first test menu here:
CD: https://francegallcollection.fr/formats/cd/
The term “cd” is a term inside my Formats taxonomy, which is linked to the Disques post type.
My goal is to create a menu link that points directly to the “cd” term, which contains several sub-terms: CD albums, CD coffrets, CD singles, and CD vidéos.
I would like this link to behave exactly like the root archive page of the Disques post type, meaning Flex Loop should work normally and all filters should remain usable.
Here : https://francegallcollection.fr/disques/
However, on the page https://francegallcollection.fr/formats/cd/, this does not work.
When I click on the CD menu item and then try to use the filters, nothing happens.
If instead I click on one of the CD sub-terms (for example CD singles), the filters do respond — but the results are incorrect.
Example:
If you click directly on CD singles in the menu (without going through the parent “CD”):
– The Formats dropdown correctly shows “CD single” with 4 items.
– Then, in Chansons, select “Babacar”.
At this point, the filter should display the CDs that correspond to the song “Babacar”.
But the page becomes empty.
Could you help me understand why this happens?
Hello, I have deactivated all plugins except the tagDiv Cloud Library & tagDiv Composer and the newspaper theme activated. But the issue persists. I can’t edit anything with the builder on a new test page. I need help with this.
Kindly help look into it.
Cheers
Hello tagDiv Support Team,
I am experiencing a persistent conflict while trying to customize the Footer style on my website using the Newspaper theme.
1. My Goal: I want to achieve a dark-themed footer with 3 columns, using a dark background color and gold/yellow title accents, similar to the attached example image (Example-Goal.jpg).
2. The Problem: Despite setting the background color in Theme Panel > THEME COLORS and using Custom CSS, the Footer remains on a light/beige background, and the Widget titles appear wrapped in unwanted dark boxes or inconsistent yellow lines. The color settings from Theme Colors are not being applied to the widget area.
Conflict Point 1: The Footer Widget Area background color is not changing.
Conflict Point 2: The Widget titles (معلومات كورابيديا) show unwanted dark boxes or borders.
3. Request: Could you please check my Theme Panel settings and the core theme CSS to identify the conflicting code/setting that is overriding the background color and the title appearance?
I can provide temporary administrator login details upon request so you can inspect the Theme Panel directly.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards, M. Emara
Hi,
Please disable the tagDiv Mobile theme and amp plugins, clear all cache, and check again; it should be displaying the responsive version.
To set the logo on the responsive version, use tagDiv Composer, select the mobile viewport and replace the mobile logo – https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/ https://i.imgur.com/6FG3i0K.png
Yes, exactly: the checkbox was indeed enabled and now the filter itself works correctly.
However, there is still an issue with the counter (see my post on the same topic here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/request-enabling-ajax-filtering-for-cpt-ui-taxonomies-in-tagdiv-composer/).
In this example, I selected EP and SP, and there should definitely be values greater than 0 because those records do exist. Yet the counter still shows 0, which suggests there is something wrong with how the count is being calculated.
I noticed that, regardless of the category or taxonomy, the counter never goes above 10. You can check all the dropdown filters: it never exceeds 10.
In this specific example, for the EP category, there are far more than 10 items.
https://francegallcollection.fr/tous-les-vinyles-de-france-gall/?tdb_tax_formats=ep-super-45-tours-4-titres
This means the counter stops at 10 and doesn’t calculate anything beyond that.
Why does it behave this way?
