I just catch the problem on desktop and it is like you are not one the website. Do you have extra plugins or extra files in WordPress install? For me looks like your website has been injected with some code that is cratering this situation.
Also, it can be a cache problem, please do a test without the cache plugin and see if the problem persist.

If I correctly understand the problem, the new posts do not appear on mobile page when you check it using the mobile, but when you check it in with the tagDiv Composer everything is ok, in those cases the problem is related to the cache, please make sure that if you have a cache you manually clear all the cache that is apply to the website.

Have you checked for a plugin conflict? You will have first to start looking for a plugin conflict. Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; also, if you use a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache, and try again.
