Hello,

The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also, if you use All in One Seo plugin can interfere with our theme.

Thank you!

Hello,

I just checked your website on both categories page, and now the footer looks well => https://www.screencast.com/t/jC492pN3C3hK -> https://www.screencast.com/t/JGiMv4Mvh9V
Maybe the issue can be from the plugin cache you use.

Hello,

In the meantime, have there been any changes to the theme? Did you change the host?
Please if you can do a test on a subdomain using only tagDiv plugins, and if you have a child theme, please use the main theme and clear all cache(also from your browser).

Thank you!

Hello again!

I have already done these operations with the method you suggested.
I deleted all mobile templates and followed the steps below:

  1. First, I created a blank mobile template called “Anasayfa – mobil“.
  2. Then I applied and saved the changes I deemed necessary in this mobile template.
  3. In the admin panel, I assigned the mobile template I designed and saved to the homepage.
  4. I cleared all the caches.

When I tested, it still comes with the standard mobile page instead of the mobile page I designed.

When called “www.arthenos.com/anasayfa-mobil” from my mobile phone, the mobile page I designed works without any problem. However, when I call “www.arthenos.com” from my mobile phone, the standard page comes up as if I had not assigned any mobile page.

This is the problem I’m trying to explain.

Regards.

Hallo
Chris

Hello!

If you had an old version to your plugins, then the theme update is not updating your plugins automatically. Please try to re-upload the images and see the results.

Hello,

I tried to update the Newspaper theme from 10.39.1 to 10.4 on a staging environment but WordPress responded with a critical error on the frontend. I deactivated all plugins except the composer and cloud gallery and the issue is still there. The staging is not public so I can’t post a URL.

No cache plugin active and the system status is alright. All requirements are good.

I tried only deactivating the composer and the issue was gone. Of course, the whole website wasn’t looking nice without it. According to the debugger the issue lies with the new CSS analyzer:

Hello,

Please check if this requirement is set in .htaccess => https://www.screencast.com/t/D3i2ZA7K
Also, if you use Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader and see if the problem persists.
Also, if the problem persists this can be from some extra plugins, so please does a test using only tagDiv plugins, and if you have a child theme, please use the main theme and clear all cache(also from your browser).

Hope this helps you!

Thank you!

Hello,

Usually, the problem is from a cache plugin, because you are using the mobile theme plugin => https://www.screencast.com/t/mpbsqaVtX2kL, the mobile layout will have a different design and most of the cache plugins do not recognize this and provide the mobile version for desktop (or vice versa). We recommend using WP Super Cache plugin with the settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
Also, if you create a mobile page, please check if is set correctly => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
You can check this video about the Newspaper theme version on mobile and how to edit them -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY.

Hope this helps you!

Thank you!

Although I changed the logo in the footer part, it remains the same. I clear the cache, delete cookies, but the situation is the same.

Hello,

I just checked your website and seems you an admin-ajax error=> https://www.screencast.com/t/SlR2JYg21, so this issue can be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hope this helps you!
