Figured it out. I was attempting to adjust line height to create a pleasing leading, which is the white space between lines of text. Just the right amount makes reading easier. I was fine tuning and wanted to see how it looked after each adjustment, but nothing happened!
The problem was the cache on my computer. Fonts are big and it did not want to reload. I just opened a new page in incognito and the problem went away.
I did the upgrade to 9 but having an image problem of them disappearing. The same article that was in 8.5 I recreated in 9 and images are there one minute and gone the next. I also added two extra CPUs and 2 more megs of ram bringing my Hostgator account to 4 CPUs and 8 megs of ram. I reinstall the Newspaper at least 10 times. Hostgator has me on PHP 5.5
Here is one of the articles that have 3 images in the article. Also, I have cleaned Cache. However, all 3 images show up on Ipad. Also tried with Jet Pack and without

Until we inspect the site and run a debug, it is hard for me to provide any solution as I have nothing to start with. I need to investigate the issue in order to provide a solution. I cannot do that except from the back-end. you cna create a temporary user and delete it after we are done with the investigation.
if you want to go at it yourself, please follow these steps:
1. disable all plugins
2. clear cache
3. disable the child theme i you use one.
4. make sure the theme is installed proeprly
5. Check the system status screen for errors.
6. Check the htaccess file on your host for particular rules that can affect the site.
Thanks.
Hello erwin_meyer_04,
Try to delete all of them from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/i9GnxDYET and then activate them from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/NWgqGm3y Clear all the caches and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks.
Nop. I have cleared the cache and even tried in another browser. No result.
Hello dmitri.lessy,
Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer to your setup page. Provide there the link to this conversation so we can quickly identify you. Also, please provide the FTP access and CPanel. Remove all of your untested plugins, clear all the caches and make a full backup to your database.
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
I’m not sure what you mean. The theme post count is a simple hit count. Each page reload will increase the number by 1. However this is affected by cache so if you use caching you should also turn on this option: https://www.screencast.com/t/LLOtADFupnl
Thank you!
Hello jesusito,
If you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these because it’s possible to appear some conflicts between theme core files and those untested plugins and break the js of the theme. Clear all of these and all the caches and check the results. Provide your website URL so we can take a closer look at it.
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
The same setting will return the header and footer to boxed if you switch it back. Make sure you clear cache afterwards though.
Thank you!
It is now working, Cloudflare cache purging takes a while. Thanks.
Hello Thomas,
Do you have cleared all of your caches after you have made these changes? Try to create another shop page with those elements and check the results.
Let us know how it goes!
Thanks.
Hello,
We have not tested wp fastest cache, that is why we cannot recommend it. We only tested wp super cache. Here are a few useful guides to increase your site loading speed:

Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder and woocommerce, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!

@printerio Try to force refresh the page a few times (Ctrl+Shift+R). Browser cache can be quite persistent in some cases. Let me know.
Hello kosolrama,
Do you are using the Speed Booster? Remove all of the untested plugins, update the required ones, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, I need to check your website for more investigations.

Is it working for you?
Did you clear your cache?

They said the best cache plugin is the WP Super Cache for this theme. WRONG! Install WP Fastest Cache instead and be surprised! It reaally works!
