Typically you’d review the docs for the caching plugin you’re using, as that is not unique to the theme in any way, and not theme specific. Ideally if you have specific page you don’t want cached, you’d set that as an exception in your cache plugin settings.
(( I don’t work here. ))
I am also having the same issue on my site here -> http://www.ventureafrica.co/
I have cleared and flushed all the browser and site caches, and have the correct plugin, and the token is populating.
Is it just that I need to wait longer?
Thanks
Hello,
On our website we have some dynamic data that updates every 15 minutes.
With super cache configured like the tutorial mentioned, the end user will get the dynamic data updated only once every 24 hours.
Is there a way to solve this issue without completely giving up on caching? Like have only the rest of the page cached?
Hello,
I used the Top colored menu with logo (header 12) and changed the color of the menu. The problem is that at the time of loading the page displays for a moment the default color and only then the color changed. See: http://poliarquia.com.br/ enter and use F5 to see the reported problem (note that for a moment the blue menu appears and only then the raised color – brown).
I already disabled cache plugin (wp super cache) but it did not work.
How to solve?
Hi,
Please note this delay that you are observing depends mostly on how well the website is optimized and there are many factors could have a negative impact on page speed. More information here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ The speed booster plugin moves all the stylesheets and javascripts to the bottom of the page and a delay is visible if the website loading speed is not optimized. It is also recommended to use the cache recommended for best results as mentioned above.
Another way would be to make changes directly in the theme’s files, then these will be loaded instantly with the rest of the stylesheet.
Thanks
Hello patrac,
I have inspected your website and I did not saw any problem with it. Try to disable all the untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the required plugins and leave just conflicting plugins. Also, you should use the latest version of the theme if you want to bring best results. Provide more details and also, some useful screenshots to show me the problem.
Thanks for the message!
Please clear all caching after you delete the code as it will not show up once the cde is removed.
Hosts can provide a hosting side cache as well so please make sure you clear that as well.
Thank you!
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!

Hi,
Plugins can also affect the settings so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Hello BellaAbdu,
There seems to be an issue with the access token in the current version of the social counter.
Please download this version: http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/td-social-counter.zip
And very important: clear all your caching including the browser cache. Example for chrome: https://www.screencast.com/t/f9Q66lPx1fY
Now the access token should work as before.
Thank you!
Hello,
It seems your cache was not cleared. It show the likes as it should now: https://www.screencast.com/t/p7k5oXNLtr

Hi,
The best solution would be to use the mobile theme and the WP Super Cache plugin with the configuration recommended here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ and everything should work out properly this way. Please note that the W3 Total Cache is not tested with the theme and we have bad reports regarding this problematic plugin in combination with the theme.
Thanks
Hi. I have no cache plugin at the moment, and as I am hosting provider myself, I can tell that I don’t use and server side caching either. So I don’t really understand the issue that this plugin has. Also I was asking about the difference in code and it’s functionality, as it’s clear that the one that you gave is working compared to the original one…
Thanks
Dear Sir
I changed the color of the theme from the default blue color, to orange color.
PROBLEM:-
1) Whenever i open the website, it loads the Blue Color first, then changes to the orange color.
2) The problem is caused due to the tagdiv Speedbooster plugin. When disabled, this problem dissapears completely.
3) Maybe we need to clear the cache generated by the plugin, please suggest a way to do so.
Read this topic on the forum, other people are facing the same problem.
Best regards
Vishesh
Hi
I was facing the same issue.
Just now read the reply by simon C, and realized that this was caching problem. The tagdiv speedbooster plugin was causing this problem. Disable the plugin, open a new browser, clear your browsing history, and recheck, everything becomes ok.
However, as soon as you turn the tagdiv speedbooster plugin back on, the problem comes back.
I think we need an option to clear the cache of the speedbooster plugin. TAGDIV TEAM, PLEASE HELP.
Best regards
Vishesh
thanks Bogdan! I tried to change the settings of wp super cache but its still not updating. I will try to contact my host and see if it works.
The custom code in ccs is used to hide sidebar on mobile and i take it from this forum. I would use mobile theme but i need to use W3 Total cache and i see that if i enable this cache desktop and mobile browser could not detect correctly the right theme….. đ

Hello,
Usually it will be instant but there is the cache to consider. Please only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also please contact your host and have them disable any hosting side cache that might be in place.
Thank you!
Hi,
This is a strange issue indeed. I have tried to replicate it but with no success. I suggest that you try to deactivate all your plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching installed and check to see if this fixes things. Also please make sure that you have set the cache according to this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thanks
Hello Escobar,
I suppose that you are referring to the appearance of a flash/time loading when you enter on your website, right? Firstly is loaded a default font/settings and then will appear your custom font/settings/custom CSS. This behavior appears when you have additional customization through custom CSS code and also, I suppose that you are using the Speed Booster plugin. Please notice that the CSS are working in cascade and the first time will take the code from style.css that is set it by default and then the theme will take the custom code that you have changed from Theme panel and practically this flash is generated by this cause. As a workaround, you have to check your style.css and try to add directly in this file your desired custom code. So, if your problem is still there, please try to revert the theme to the default settings, without any customizations and let us know how it goes. Also, you can try to make a new fresh install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and check the results. Also, please make sure every time you cleared caches. Noticed that the only files where you will have to edit are style.css.
If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
In order to change the categories displayed in a block you will have to use the block settings. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
If you cannot access the visual composer editor or create a new page, then it could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
The front-end editor was disabled in our theme so you can only use the back-end editor.
