You have a custom css which add a margin top to one of theme’s containers: http://screencast.com/t/thKtSXLN7a Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and also remove any custom css from theme panel > custom css > custom css then test the page again. Also make sure that you didn’t added any custom in Design option for row and column.
Let us know how it goes and if the problem persist please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login credentials and we will inspect this issue as soon as possible, also include a link to this topic.

Hello Sanalsantiye,
I have checked your source page and I saw that you still have some untested plugins in active mode. Please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer and Mobile Theme plugin to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. After this, if your problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect your setup page. Also, please provide the link of this topic so we can easily identify you.
Thanks for your understanding!

Could you guide?

Hello cloferba,
I have checked on my side and the Widgets seems to remain there. Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme with the latest version of required plugins (Visual Composer 4.12 and Social Counter 4.1), clear all your caches and test it again. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks.

Please try to update it to Newspaper 7.3, clear all your caches and is you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them and rule out the conflicting plugins. It could be a js error which come from your untested plugins and which damage your website. Try my advice and let us know how it goes.

Hi @Inside Edge Hockey News
Please make sure that you’re using V3.1 of Newsmag theme and also Visual Composer is updated at V 4.12 which is included in theme’s path. V 3.1 is now available on themeforest: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
Also try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using then test again.
Thanks!
Hello okgo87,
I have checked your website and I saw that you are using an old version of Newspaper (6.7). Please try to update the theme to the latest version of it (Newspaper 7.3) if you want to achieve best results with it. (keep up with our latest updates). Also, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
For more information about theme update, please consult our documentation and you will have to do the update via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard, according on our recommendation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
I have a server whit 2cpu xeon, ssd, and 8gb of ram and i can handle 10millon unique users per month š So yes, newpspaper cand do it. Just need to optimize your server and user a nice cache system.
Hello rodrigocarlos,
I have checked some URLs from your website and I saw that some are posted on Facebook and others do not, as an example this one -> http://proddigital.com.br/play/esportes-fitness/q48/como-reduzir-6-cm-de-barriga-em-apenas-40-dias/
Please notice that our theme does not have any influence for your posts when these will should display on Facebook. The theme only takes the link for your posts and puts it on Facebook….For more information about this process, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/
Another thing that could cause this type of issue should be your untested plugins or your additional customizations if you have something like that. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, if your problem will still persist, you can try to make a new clean install from scratch and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme.
Please notice that our theme is fully tested with Facebook and as you can see in our demo preview, the Sharing on Facebook work as propelry -> http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/15-grooming-techniques-every-man-needs-to-know/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hey!
Note couple of things, “theme” cannot delete your settings, or remove images, etc. This is more likely an issue with under-powered settings, or plugin, or caching problem.
Obviously you need to ensure you have enough memory allocated to php both via server settings and in your wp-config file; limit plugins that conflict with others, and have a caching plugin setup properly to not destructively rewrite page content randomly serving broken cached copies of pages.
You can also keep backups of your settings to not “recreate” work, if you have an ongoing infrastructure problem, as well as tools > export, and copy/dump mySQL settings after/before major WP and deploy updates.
Likely you should ensure you check your memory settings, turn off all caching plugins or auto-minify/automization plugins, anything from Jetpack rewriting content, etc. and then test your site and check error logs (which you should be doing periodically in this type of situation — what errors are you getting? Did you turn on debug mode in WP to see what errors are in place “right now” ?).
Only you can manage your own server and framework settings — theme is merely a style box on top of your base setup and cannot “delete your content” randomly or intentionally.
I don’t work here, but have been doing webdev for 21 years and working with WordPress since end of 2004; so just some feedback and pointers on how you might approach debugging your issues today.
Best of luck!

Hi.
Apparently same problem for me. Mine is not a cache issue, because my site is still in development and WPSC isn’t activated right now. Neither theme options panel or adrotate Ads are showing, but code is present in both cases. I’ve sent you admin access to your email.
Thanks š
Thank you. Configured the cache new. We will see in future it works or not.
Hello,
The mobile version of the theme gets converted to a predefined layout added by the mobile theme plugin, Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you do not want to use the mobile theme you can simply disable the plugin.
You may also have a plugin conflict going on so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test again.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
Hi,
The problem mentioned in this topic seems to have been a caching related issue. Right now your post displays the ads properly: http://screencast.com/t/Nu5Nn0b3o
Please make sure you check all cache settings and only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thank you!
Hello,
Please disable all plugins except visual composer. clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test the menu again. Please inspect our demo and see how menus are supposed to work: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ If yours does not work the same way, it means there is something causing an issue on your end.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Please check for any incompatibility between WP 4.6 and wp super cache and the mobile theme.
I delete js compressor and wp-cache. After install this all plugin. But dont work. Mobile theme not load any page my site. I see this problem after install 4.6 version.
Hello,
Please use this guide to set wp super cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ Please make sure everything is set up properly and remove any other plugins exceopt visual composer and wp super cache and then clear all caches from the plugin, server or cdn. Then test again. Let us know if the problem is still there. We will also test this out and check for any incompatibility between WP 4.6 and wp super cache and the mobile theme.

Hello,
The author will need a bit of a css fix as the css got changed a bit in the new update but the author name was not updated for it. So until the next theme version please use this CSS code in the mobile themeās custom code box:
.td-post-author-name div { display:inline; }
Sorry for the inconvenience.
For your second request, we only recommend these settings with wp super cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
I hope this helps.
Thank you!
