Hi,
Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer (including any image optimization tools), clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Then use the force regenerate plugin to regenerate your thumbnails.
Let us know if you still have trouble with this.
Thank you!
HI
We’re sorry for all inconveniences encountered while using our theme.
If you’re using a cache plugin the post view counter may have some penalties so please make sure that you have ajax post view counter enabled in theme panel > post settings: http://screencast.com/t/8uaNGd6U clear all caches then test the site again.
The theme is tested and google ads are displayed fine. I am not sure why ads are not displayed on your site so please provide an url where we can inspect this.
The theme does not control leverage browser caching because its setup is made in .htaccess file which is in WordPress root folder and the theme does not affect or change this file. Please take a look on the example provided in our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ and also check these links for more detail about a proper setup for leverage browser cache: https://gtmetrix.com/leverage-browser-caching.html – https://developers.google.com/speed/docs/insights/LeverageBrowserCaching
If you still need assistance on this please provide more specific details about your issues and also provide your site url and we will get back to you in shortest time possible.
Thanks!

Hi,
You will have to make sure you use version 4.1 of the plugin. Check your plugins section: http://screencast.com/t/AeyJgjwyCq
If you do not have version 4.1, then please update your sociual counter plugin by disabling and deleting files for your current version and install the one that comes bundled with the latest version of the theme.
Then please follow this guide carefully: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/
After you set it up, please clear your cache and reset cdn files if you use it as the counter is affected by cache.
If you still have trouble with the facebook counter, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and investigate.
Thank you!
Hi
I am not sure why this warning appear because we didn’t got a similar report before and I can’t say for sure what could be the issue. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn file if you’re using also make sure that you update the theme according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ then test the site again.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi

Hi
I am not sure why this happens but I assume that there is a conflict between new version of Visual Composer and other installed plugin.
Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test the page again.
Let us know how it goes and if the problem persist please adress us via email at contact@tagdiv.com including a link to this conversation and also give us wp-access so we can have a closer look at this and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Thanks!
Hello,
The standard embed feature done by pasting the video url in the post content is tested to work with the mobile theme. I tested it again and there is no need to use the [embed]YOUTUBE_LINK[/embed] method as youtube videos work on the mobile theme just by pasting the youtube link inside the content.
Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. There could be a conflicting plugin that causes the issue.
Thank you!
Hi,
Did you change the system status parameters like I mentioned in my above reply? Please use this guide and change your memory allocation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You can check your progress here: http://screencast.com/t/VcINH4bclyqT
Also please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Please also contact your server provider and let him know of this and if there is something that can be done from the server-side.
Thank you!
Hello,
Disappearing images are usually caused by plugin conflicts. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Let us know if you still have trouble with this.
Thank you!
Hi,
I have the same problem, also just with Instagram. I am using Newspaper 7.1.1. and the latest version of the social counter 4.1.
Emptied all caches, but Instagram counter still shows a wrong number (Not 0, but very old). I know that the counter is not live and do not expect that.
Any ideas what else I can try?
Thanks!
Just to add…
I tried disabling and deleting Visual Composer, reinstalling using the theme, reinstalling using the zip file in the theme folder, clearing the cache and nothing works.
The best I could get was to see the blocks on the page design page, but all it says, for example, is “Block 18”, but when I hover over it there are no options to clone, edit, delete etc…
Hi All
Given the significant benefits of PHP 7 (over double in speed and less demand on server) I would agree with Orlando and urge TAGDIV to relook at this.
I have run a PHP Compatibility Checker on my php 7 setup and it only reports 2 errors in the NewsMag theme!
The only plugin I am using with errors was WP Super Cache which had 3 errors.
sorry
works fine, after cleaning the cache
Thanks!
I still have, on my site, the instagram counter working not propertly, even been updated to the last version of the last 6th JUly. My counter is stack in the same than the first day 898 followers.
I did the ‘cocacola trick’ that you said in the foro to refresh cache but nothing change.
Thanks
The issue is still there after clearing caches. Multiple users are having the same issue. It briefly displays properly when rotating the screen, then that white box pops over it.
Hi,
Please disable all your plugins except Visual Composer, clear all the caches and check again.
Do you have this issue in backend?
In this case if you switch to a wordpress default theme, do you still have this issue?
Please provide more details and if you want you can send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access so we can take a look. Also paste a link to this topic so we can know who you are, as we get a lots of emails.
Thanks!
Dear Bogdan
The settings from revolution slider applied fine to my slides (if I choose Sort Posts by PostID, Date, Title, Slug etc.)
There is no cache or cdn in my site, this is not a problem, when I change the Sort Posts by settings, the changes applied immediately. There is no need to disable any plugin because of this ..
Also the post id is correct (because it works OK with Postid sort order)
The problem is with “Custom Order” only
I want to have a custom order of my slides as I describe in my first post
Thanks and regards
Vassilis
HI
I’ve checked your site and mobile logo is displayed fine on my side: http://screencast.com/t/fSL7CMtKTl0 If you still have this issue try to clear all caches including mobile device cache then test again. Also try to access the site with different browsers and check how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi
For the moment we don’t plan to extent the list with tested plugins and for cache we recommend WP Super Cache which works fine with our theme following this setup: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thanks
HI
Sorry for this inconveniences.
Social Counter is tested and works fine. Usually these issues are caused by cache or some incorrect data in plugin’s settings. Please make sure that you setup the plugin according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/ clear all caches then test again.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hello,
If settings from revolution slider do not apply to your slides, please clear your cache and reset cdn files. Also try to test other settings and see if anything applies as it may affect other settings as well. Also you can try to disable all plugins except visual composer and clear cache again to rule out a plugin conflict.
Also make sure the id of the posts are correct. You can get post id’s like so: http://screencast.com/t/WqoPeGuyk
Let us know if you still have trouble with this setting.
Thank you!
NO SUCCESS
1. deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer–DID
2. clear all caches–DID
3. purge cdn files –DO NOT KNOW HOW
4. update the theme according with our documentation–DID

Apologies for jumping in a ‘somewhat solved’ thread !
I was EXACTLY facing the same issue as the user above explained. And it was W3 Total Cache which was the actual culprit. Disabling that solved the issue instantly (not sure if he was using the same plugin).
I also understand that W3TC have some serious issues with this theme which eventually needs to be dealt with as many of us prefer it over WP Supercache (W3TC for instance screwed the mobile theme and other features). I hope this will soon make into compatible plugin list.
Thank You !
Hi,
You did not provided your site url so we can inspect this. Also you could change the header template if you have many menu items and you can reduce the font size for your items.
The modifications for stylesheet file should work, also if you paste the code in Theme Panel > Custom Css. Please clear all your caches, maybe it is a caching issue.
Thanks!
Hi
We recommend WP Super Cache for caching so try to use it as it’s recommended in our documentation and check if the problem is still there: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Hope this helps.
Thanks!
