If it is the default top menu from the theme panel, then you do not have so many options to customize it. I recommend you use cloud templates.

We recommend using cloud templates because they are more customizable and very easy to use in Composer without knowing more codes. If you prefer default templates, maybe you can find a plugin that can do what you need. But, for sure, it is more complicated than using cloud templates to build the pages you need.

Hello, I have a problem with the mega menu function, when I activate it and I want to activate the function for the other categories in a row, the menu does not “sit down” like in the demos, but remains quite a distance away. How can I fix this? I specify that I do not use Cloud Library for this, but it is made with Standard Pack, I tried to switch between several header layouts but in vain, the problem continues.

I am working on transferring all my posts to new Cloud templates and away from the default template that was part of an earlier version of Newspaper. Is there a way to do this in large groups, like in Quick Edit? Or could I somehow use Categories to make changes to a whole category of posts at once? For example, I have an Obituary category on my site, and I created an Obituary template. Can I apply that template to all the posts in my Obituary category?

I have two problems with the header ad:
– The menu is going under the ad;
– Even if I disable the ad from the theme panel (no G ads code AND toggle the hide switches) the ad is still there. Complete cache delete from WP Rocket and Cloudflare doesn’t work either. The ads keep showing on other PC’s also, so it is not a browser cache problem.
– Also, I disabled ALL the ads and the ads keep showing (sidebar, article top etc.)

Hello TagDiv and Newspaper Theme users. Is any chances, in the future, to integrate in theme itself (not via cloud) Pros / Cons option at Reviews? What about posibilites to users to vote (at comments area) at reviews?
I have seen that it was already integrated, but via cloud, and it is pain in the ass to make it work properly (sorry). Something simple, directly in main theme, if it is possible?

If you have the same header on all your pages from your website, when you add the ad with the ad box in the header once, it will show on all the pages that have that header. The header template should be global. The theme panel settings have no effect on default templates.

Hi,
We have an issue with google ads. Before implementing google ads there was no style issue, but after implementing the same, the footer section style completely destroyed and no styles are taken that we have added via tagDiv Cloud Composer. Mostly the style issues are on mobile devices. Its style is working properly when we logged in and the style is destroying only when logged out. Is that related to a caching problem? We have a cache plugin called WP Rocket.

Thanks, effectively I forgot to update the TagDiv plugins, Cloud Library and Composer, and I had to put the header and single post templates back, instead of the default ones.
But the function of wordpress for display featured posts in homepage doesn’t work.
Maybe it’s a conflict with some plugin? Jetpack?

Hi Bettina, thanks for the feedback. I’ve worked out how to assign a global template for custom post types but I wanted to know whether we can assign a template on a per-custom post type basis like we can for default posts in ‘Page Settings’?
So in the below screengrab, we can select from standard pack templates AND custom cloud templates for posts, this isn’t an option for custom post types.
