I have a problem with the footer on my website – https://resetedu.eu/. It looks fine on Google Chrome, but when I switch to Firefox it does not show properly – it gets stretched weird. I am using Tech News demo and a Cloud Template for the footer. What can I do about this?

Please make sure you have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin activated, also clear your cache, from the last update, this plugin is no longer required because the new demos are using cloud templates.
You can use a header template from Cloud Library, and you can customize it with tagDiv Composer => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo

The AMP has its own design, so if you will use it on your cloud templates, then the pages will be overwritten by the plugin. Unfortunately, AMP is faster and works better only with Mobile Theme.

Also, if it is not saved, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

We have version 11 installed and we are facing some unusual difficulties

+ PROTECTION AND CACHE CLOUD FLARE
After installing the theme, we observed a large increase in server resource consumption, even with the number of accesses considered simultaneous than 100 visitors online. A sudden surge in CPU and PROCESSES happens out of nowhere even with a constant number of hits.
We have experience with our server and it is capable of handling more than 1500 visitors online, and reaching 200 is already crashing.
Can you guide me in what might be happening?
Here are the errors that we identified, we do not know if it is related to this slowness.
1) Error that is reporting in the error log is:

I have purchased newspaper 11 theme for my site but default Header and footer are not presented in my theme panel whereas i donot prefer cloud library templated because i want to keep header and footer simple but only these two are not working. Since i have also followed documentation for Header and footer styles but these two options are not presented. However, i follow the following steps for default Header styles but it is not working. so what should be done next. Help me out.
How To Setup The default headers:
Step 1 – Navigate to Newspaper > Theme panel > Header style to access the header options. You will see 7 sections.
Step 2 – Expand the Header Style section and select the “no template” option and then choose the desired Header style.

I have installed the required plugins along with the theme. Imported UK London Pro template. From Cloud Templates I choose Header Template – UK London News PRO and opened in tagDiv composer to change my own logo. I tried to upload but there is no sign that it worked. I am just able to change the Title and tagline as the logo.
I read the documentation, watched youtube video you provided, however can’t change the header logo.

Today we’ve installed Cloudflare on our WordPress emprunter-malin.com which is using TagDiv Composer.
Since we made this last action every pictures disappeared from website.
Whereas we followed all the instructions from the link you can find here : https://tagdiv.com/how-to-set-up-cloudflare-cdn/
So we need your help to understand and fix this problem as soon as possible.
The trouble appears only on pages such as emprunter-malin.com/calculez/ and on the home page emprunter-malin.com.
The problem doesn’t happen on posts.

I’m having trouble linking the wordpress user to the author box.
I’m using an author cloud template, and have used theme panel to link the user to the template. However, I still can’t see the gravatar image and it says ‘author name’ instead of my actual name.
In the tagDiv composer, it says on hovering the ‘author ID’ field:
Hover name from Users screen to get the ID
So I’ve done that and tried putting in the WordPress User name, but nothing happens. I’ve tried all the user names and none of them work.
Any ideas what I’m missing?

I have a similar issue with the override template from the (site wide) setting.
I imported a single post template called (single-post-global) and edit to my liken and set it to be the default post template (site wide).
I then imported another single post template called (single-post-ABC) and also edit it to represent one of the categories named (ABC). Go to Per Category Setting and assign the template (single-post-ABC) to the category (ABC) under POST CLOUD LIBRARY TEMPLATE.
Now, when I create a new post, select “From Panel” from the post setting, select the category (ABC) and publish it. When I view the post it’s still under the default post template (site wide).
I have noticed an issue with not just our site but the demo cloud site templates as well. It seems the single post template is duplicating the content many times. This seems to only happen when we activate and use the Child Theme that was provided when we purchased the theme. We have tried many different browsers and Operating systems. Same result.
Please advise.
