Yes, this is normal, the theme has 2 heads, one used only on mobile that starts from 737px (https://prnt.sc/VMduZHsWM4r3) width and the other one used for desktop. So if you have a cloud header, you can also edit the mobile header and add the elements you want to have when a mobile device is in use https://prnt.sc/Vd_GP6lzXlJV
Also, there is no real device that will have 767px width, so that case should ot happen on a real device.

This can be done using teh theme builder, tagDiv Composer, you need to edit the pages and cloud template – https://prnt.sc/mNIgUHjnA0p8 and select the manager https://prnt.sc/Het4gcxlNRhU. After that in the font tab, you can edit the fonts you want on that page/template. There are also some settings in teh theme panel for fonts. Clicking on the serach icon on the desktop opens the search popup for some time, input is not working, clicking anywhere on the page closes the popup and the whole page is locked – can’t click on anything.
Claude is saying there’s a mobile version present at the same time and this somehow blocks the whole page. This is a fresh installation of the site (works on the old version), we have been trying different prebuilt sites and cloud templates, maybe something broke it.
I forgot to mention that the news360.info website is already connected to Cloudflare with all the necessary settings. I only uninstalled WP Super Cache and installed and activated WP-Optimise. The site seems slow still.

There will be a need to make the improvements for the list provided on the Pagespeed test.
Also, for speed, if you are using the WP Super Cache plugin, make sure that you also use the Autoptimize plugin and CDN . There are also other cache plugins that can be used to do both caching and optimizing the site, so there is no need to have 2 plugins. For example, one of the best is WP Rocket, but you can also use free plugins like WP Optimizer and Litespeed.

Thank you, that solved the issue.
The problem was caused by a Cloudflare rule blocking requests to /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php. After excluding this endpoint from the wp-admin protection rule, the video pop-up works correctly on mobile (iOS) as well.

I am using the Newspaper theme with Single Post Featured Image and Featured Video enabled as a pop-up.
The video pop-up works correctly on desktop, but on iOS mobile devices (Safari), the pop-up opens and the video remains blank or stuck on loading.
This happens with both self-hosted MP4 videos and YouTube embeds.
I have already:
* Disabled Lazy Video on Mobile
* Disabled Sticky Video
* Cleared all caches (LiteSpeed and Cloudflare)
* Excluded tagDiv and popup scripts from delayed/deferred JS

We are experiencing an issue with the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin. It keeps getting deactivated automatically without any manual action.
What happens:
The plugin works normally during the day.
At some point (usually overnight), it becomes inactive by itself.
In the morning, we find it deactivated.
As soon as we manually click “Activate”, everything works again without issues.

What you need to do is to edit the product cloud template with tagDiv Composer https://i.imgur.com/A8mrOXi.png, then select the Woo Add to Cart element and check the attributes tab, from there you can choose the button element https://i.imgur.com/sS5vyUl.png.

Unfortunately, the cloud templates cna be used only iof those are publish (the cloud template ar some CPTs) and in order to can be used on the site to be apply those ust be publish.
Also, in case you do not want them to be indexed on Google, then this cna be done and will not affect the site with anything.
To remove the URL, you need to use Yoast SEO and choose not to index the cloud templates: https://i.imgur.com/6BRLmIs.png for Rank Math, https://imgur.com/WFyEf6W, https://imgur.com/MprNNxq. After that, you need to reindex your website on Google (or you can reindex only that link).

@Calin What’s happening, this has been happening for quite some time now, everything I click on appears with an orange outline and I don’t know what to do to fix it, I spent hours and hours trying to find a solution via the hosting terminal, the only thing I found via the terminal and was interpreting along with it. This is the REAL CAUSE OF THE ORANGE OUTLINE

❌ a separate plugin

That section is not a page template it’s dedicated to importing all available pages from the cloud library. This means you can import any page from any demo that has been uploaded there.
If you want to create pages with a similar or identical structure to the Revenant demo, you can simply duplicate a page you like—for example, the homepage: https://prnt.sc/4NK53KxWK8wp then, edit it using tagDiv Composer and adjust the elements as needed.

I’ve found a custom code not compatible with tag div composer. I removed it and all started to work again.
This custom code tried to solve the next problem:
– I use Polylang for language management.
– I created custom posts with custom taxonomies
– i have configured a cloud template for the header and the footer that is used across all site
– i have set english versions of the Header and the footer as “Global Template”
MY PROBLEM IS:
The template translates properly header and footer in normal template pages (pages, single and category) but when it renders page templates for custom taxonomies or custom posts the footer doesn’t show in the language selected.
Any solution for this? I think a months ago i found a post that pointed that problem as a bug not resolved.

a last question: opening with the TD Composer my Pre-designed Templates (Default PRO) of the Cloud Library, i don’t see graphically a line of code (CSS code) that i see in other Pre-designed Templates (for example, Default RTL PRO): this apparent lack of code (CSS code) in my templates is a problem? Or i see the line of code (CSS code) in other templates because are different templates than mine?

If you want to add shortcodes to a page or a Cloud Template, please use the Shortcode element.
If you don’t see the Shortcode element in tagDiv Composer, make sure you’re using the latest theme version (12.7.5).

Based on the screenshots you provided, it appears that you are using the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin. In this case, it’s important to maintain separate caches for desktop and mobile devices. Please make sure that your caching plugin supports device-based caching, so it can generate distinct cache versions for desktop and mobile.
If you’re using the free version of Cloudflare, this functionality is not included by default. To enable separate caching for mobile and desktop in Cloudflare, you can configure Cache by Device Type using Cache Rules, or enable it through Automatic Platform Optimization (APO) for WordPress.

This means the sticky header for that cloud header template was never set up. What you should do is to add the elements you want to appear in the sticky header into that empty column.
