Unfortunately, we did not tested any kind of plugin for estimated reading time with our theme and therefore, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, sorry! Please make sure that the CDN is set as in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all plugins and child theme ( if you are using ) and let only the tagDiv Composer , clear all cache, deactivate the cache plugin and try again.

Also please check with some banner to see if the ads are working properly, for the moment I can see only 2 ads on your mobile posts ( the header ads and bottom ads ).

You can post here your issue and we are going to try our best in solving it. From what are you saying it appears that you are using the Mobile Theme plugin. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme. Cloud templates are included. They do no work while having mobile theme.

In order to have the content of your pages on mobile theme you will have to recreate the page in the mobile editor wich can be found at the bottom of the page editor as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/g8FDdPqTetf

Please provide a link to your page so we can inspect the menu issue also !

Sorry but our themes are not full compatible with the RTL direction. If you need a RTL theme, you will have to choose a different theme that can provide this functionality. We will be able to provide a refund if you make a request here:https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new

If you have the last version ( v9.7.x ) of the Newspaper theme you can not longer build template according to our documentation https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-post-type-support/ , if you have a prev version ( for example v9.6.x ) these implementation will still work.

Unfortunately, we did not tested CPT UI plugin with our theme and therefore, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins.

If you want to change the html post title you can try to us a single post template from tagDiv CLoud Library, edit it using tagDiv Composer and change the title, after that set the single post template on the posts that you want to have the title change.

I tried to create a code for this, as it is not possible by default (unless a cloud header template is used).
Based on the current header style the website uses, a code like this should work as needed

@mario118 That would be the theme javascript, which is being loaded from the composer plugin now after the recent updates. Basically most of the theme files are now in the composer plugin, so now they are being loaded from there.
From what I can see there are other resources that are detected by the test

Seems to be related to the mobile header, I suggest that you edit the cloud header with the composer and check the backgrounds on the rows, if there is an image there remove it, or set a different one – https://www.screencast.com/t/WL2jvNdBT
The cloud templates don’t have a stylesheet or any files, all their settings are in the composer. Their CSS settings are generated dynamically.

In order to have your content of the page in Mobile Theme too you will have to recreate the page content in the Mobile Editor too. I have made some tests on my website and the date works as expected, based on the date that was set in WordPress. My advice is to set up the correct date to your WordPress default from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/tzVET1Vm2VT and all of the posted articles will have that date. Note that the old date to your posts will not be replaced. Will remain the same. I have made some tests with our cloud template and with a default post template and should works as expected.

In summary, the Themeforest policy states that once you purchase the theme, you receive a 6 months customer support period with the possibility to extend the support to 12 months if you need further assistance. These kind of issues are usually caused by caching, the mobile theme plugin may not work or apply properly depending on cache plugin and cache settings used.

We recommend the WP Super cache with this configuration if possible

The super cache works properly with he mobile theme. We haven’t tested any other plugins unfortunately.

From what I can see you are using a cloud header template. The sticky version of the header can be customized. While editing the cloud header template in the composer, activate the sticky mode, than you can customize the existing elements, or add/remove elements from the sticky mode – http://prntscr.com/o5wsuy
For the cloud headers there are 4 instances that you can customize, default desktop and mobile, and sticky desktop and mobile – http://prntscr.com/o5wtc8

On the other hand, if you do not want a sticky mode, removing all elements from the sticky version will disable it.
