We have updated our website theme from 8.6 to 12.6 and i am trying to locate where the single post template cloud php files are located?
Are they available for edit or i can only edit via drag and drop the cloud template?
I started off my site with the cloud template – Today News pro.
I tried importing a different template for one particular category. It did not work out properly and so I deleted it after installing and went back to the original design.
However, When I go to edit single Page I get an error:
Error at rows: 5(models) : 2(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
And on Category Page I get the error:
Errors at columns elements: 3(models) : 4(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
I also saw the original templates missing on the Theme panel. I tried reinstalling but that did not work.
I deactivated all plugins but that again did not help.

Please help!
Thanks.
Hello,
To detect the device type, you need to use APO https://developers.cloudflare.com/automatic-platform-optimization/reference/cache-device-type/.
Thank you!
Hello,
The screenshot is not working.
Please let me know what template you use, a cloud or standard template.
Do you have created a mobile page? You must convert the header and footer -> https://www.screencast.com/t/HrjOBNayd to be able to edit with tagdiv Composer. Please check this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Thank you!
Hello,
1. The screenshot is not working.
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.
2. When the mobile theme plugin is used, you need to set for pages the page content in the mobile editor using only the options from that editor – https://i.imgur.com/p8EqE1b.png. also, there is an option to disable the mobile theme from a page/post – https://i.imgur.com/d3kTBRf.png. This option appears in the Gutenberg editor. After you disable the mobile theme on the page, you can use the responsive version.
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ The option that you need to use.
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY.
So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!
I’ve installed Cloudflare with caching rules for static articles.
But when I set up these rules I get the desktop version cached for mobile. It’s not the tagdiv mobile version that’s cached.
How can I get the right mobile version to cache? I want to cache the right mobile version and not the mobile version of the desktop.
I imported a Pricing page Cloud Template and part of the template is displaying correctly but the raw code is showing for much of the content (example below). The monthly/yearly price switcher is showing as raw code and the actual prices are showing as raw code. Also, I can’t select the raw code in the Cloud Editor, only the sections that are displaying correctly.
All of my plugins are updated and the latest version of Newspaper is installed.
I tested several other pricing page imports and they all have the same code showing.

Hello!
You can edit only a pro/cloud template, not a default one, with the tagdiv Composer.
Do you have these options: https://app.screencast.com/pVVmC43T7fI5o enabled?
Thank you!
Hello!
If you will use in the future cloud templates (that we recommend), then you have many customization options in the TagDiv Composer. We wanted to create the easiest platform, so you can build your website without knowing any code and have the possibility to customize every field from any demo. That’s why you do not need a child theme with cloud templates. But you can use the child theme you have with the default templates.
The update does not overwrite the child theme. An issue with that could be whether your child’s theme version is compatible with the new version of our theme.
Thank you!
Hi,
The serch button on the mobile version of the article view on my site does not work:
example page: https://winbuzzer.com/2024/10/30/x-overhauls-community-notes-for-near-instant-misinformation-flagging-xcxwbn/
When trying to edit with TDC, I get this error:
https://winbuzzer.com/files/cloud-header%20template.jpg
How can I fix this?
Thanks
I enabled debug mode on my site and within a few hours my debug.log file was 1GB, full of these errors:
[30-Oct-2024 07:27:03 UTC] PHP Deprecated: preg_match(): Passing null to parameter #2 ($subject) of type string is deprecated in …/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/includes/Mobile_Detect.php on line 1257
Hello,
To increase page speed, I recommend checking which thumbnails you are using on your blocks. You might want to avoid having all of them enabled and optimize and regenerate images. You can use the EWWW Image Optimizer for image optimization and the OMGF plugin for fonts. Additionally, you can use the WP Rocket plugin.
here are many optimization guides provided by our users here in the forum, some made by us; you could check some of them

Hello,
You need to have a cloud template for each language.
Please try the follow steps:
You need to translate the English (original language) the template for each language in part – https://i.imgur.com/CDmeHCf.png you should have them for each language cloud template – https://i.imgur.com/4agmUtg.png
A much simpler and faster alternative is to duplicate the cloud template you want to use in another language, edit it and select the desired language – https://i.imgur.com/z1CqgBo.png (edit the name) – https://i.imgur.com/dPX8ROs.png – https://i.imgur.com/Lc81IgP.png This method needs to be used to translate all cloud templates.
The pages are created with tagDiv Composer which is a page builder, when WPML is used it cannot translate everything that was built with the page builder and must be edited for each language separately. Please open the page in the editor and click on translate – https://i.imgur.com/TXH6y1c.png. After, if you duplicate the template, you can edit it to change the logo, menu, and whatever you want.
When you make the corrections, make sure you are on the page with the language you are editing, and if you use the cache, or object cache, please clear it.
Please check this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/missing-strings-on-wpml/

Hello,
You can find more templates here https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Single, or you can create your own templates with tagdiv Composer https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-use-tagdiv-cloud-library-templates/
Thank you!
Hello,
I think that the issue is from them, because maybe they have a mod security or don’t have set the right permission https://www.problogguru.com/godaddy-403-forbidden-error/
Also, do you use CloudFlare? You need to disable the Rocket Loader.
Thank you!
Hi Anamaria,
Apologies, my post wasn’t clear enough. I have set the font size in the single post cloud template.
What I want to be able to do is also define S, M, L and XL font sizes for use in the WordPress editor: https://imgur.com/a/7dg5FAG
At present, choosing either of those four presets does nothing. The font size always remains as defined in the cloud template.
Hello,
The font size is defined in the single post cloud template-> https://i.imgur.com/CkTcKvw.jpeg
Thank you!
Hi,
I have post content font size set to a certain number in my cloud template.
When an author creates a post, they have the option of S, M, L or XL in the Block Editor under Typography. These settings don’t seem to change anything, is there a way to define what font size they would set?
Thank you for responding, I am facing this error while trying to edit any of the cloud templates. I added codes, but later I removed them. The issue still persists.
Please help resolve the issue.
Thankss
Hello!
Make sure you do not have an Object Cache enabled. You also need to disable the Rocket Loader. Follow this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/. Please disable the CDN temporarily and see if this is causing the issue.
Thank you!
Hello!
Make sure you edit a cloud template.
Please check the console while you edit with the tagdiv Composer.
Make sure you have no redirect rule on your SEO plugin.
Deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hello,
I think the WPML causes the issue because you used a string transition, and you don’t have a cloud template for each language.
Please try the follow steps:

Hello,
The theme and WordPress create thumbs.
For each thumbnail you enable, a copy of that image will be created. I recommend using Flex blocks instead of blocks 1-25, which are from the tagDiv standard pack and cannot be customized as a Flex Block. This plugin loads all the styles even if they are not used. Therefore, our theme creates thumbnails that are enabled in Theme Panel -> Block Settings => https://www.screencast.com/t/ZvDvpiBFKY3 -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/. Additionally, WordPress creates thumbnails at https://www.screencast.com/t/AMVBOZWto. Our suggestion is to review the blocks you use and ensure that the thumbnails are active only for that particular use => https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/.
The tagDiv Composer is our page builder and it can be used for building pages and cloud templates, but not for creating posts. For this, you’ll need to use Gutenberg or a classic editor.
Using tagDiv Composer, you can build/edit the single post template (the layout of the posts).
Here is a video that will show you how to use the builder to create a website from scratch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg to do this you’ll need to have the posts already.
Thank you!
Hello,
Yes we are using WPML
Nope, we didn’t assign a cloud template to a category after deleting it
Thanks to you 🙂
Hello,
Did you use the WPML plugin? Did you assign a cloud template to a category after you deleted it?
Thank you!
