The WP Rocket it’s ok, so it is no need to remove it, but if you use Cloudflare and is not using the premium version (Cloudflare APO, only this version has the possibility to deliver different cache per viewport when there is a mobile theme or mobile page template used), so in your case you should set the Cloudflare on pause for your domain where you have a mobile page.

From hat I can see you are using WP Rocket and this cache plugin has this option activated by default – https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/708-mobile-cache
Now another cache on your site is from CDN (Cloudflare), using a different mobile template you need to use the Cloudflare APO version – https://developers.cloudflare.com/automatic-platform-optimization/reference/cache-device-type/ only this one will provide different cache on mobile and desktop.

The Single Post Featured Image will display the video as in your screenshot. But the Single Post BG Featured Image displays the image from the video.
You should use a cloud single post template in order to be able to edit it with the tagdiv Composer.
This is should work like that. Otherwise, please check if there is not a plugin conflict.

What I can suggest first is to clear all cache and disable the cache plugin and after that check if the theme plugins are enabled, you need to have tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library (I’m sure that now you have them) and fir standard blocks like block 14 you need to install the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin.

We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:

1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please note that you should use cloud templates in order to edit them with the tagdiv Composer. If you use default templates, then make sure the Standard Pack plugin is installed and active. For default templates, the settings are in the theme panel settings.

If you have more settings and a big website then is possible that the database to grow, there are set data for posts and pages, categories, authors…
