In my site i have the Art Creek theme, after adding a ‘Text with title’ to a page and attempting to modify it’s text, the editor never loads, and the browser’s javascript console reads “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)” on wpeditor.php:1 , do i have to do something on my server to solve this error and see the editor?, thanks in advance for any help.

I have the version of theme 4.3, I would like to activate the infinite scroll on the homepage I should then activate the visual composer plugin right?
But this plugin can only be activated by paying, why?
How can I activate the infinite scroll?

Hi,
Just purchased the theme and need to install tagDiv Composer plugin. My server setting is secured and there is no direct FTP/FTPS/SSH connection (ssh connection uses a different port number than 22). Can you please make the direct download link available for the tagDiv Composer plugin, and also the others like tagDiv Amp and Mobile plugin.

Hi,
Every time I update my theme I get the same error message: “Did you disable any TagDiv plugins?
We’ve got some errors at loading API files. It could happen because of a disabled TagDiv plugin!”
And images are not displayed anymore.
When I try and activate the TD composer I get yet another error message: ”
PLUGINS DISABLED AUTOMATICALLY
The following plugins were disabled because they are incompatible with this version of Newspaper:
tagDiv Composer”
What is the solution?

Image is wrong, go again…
In one case after changing the block in the sidebar to a different block – ( this isn’t the widgetized sidebar just dragging a block element to a space in the sidebar ) the new block showed, then on later page views the older block shows – yet in ‘edit with TagDiv Composer’ the new block is there.
My home page is built with TD Composer, and occasionally I add a block to the sidebar or a newsletter form which I regularly change, it appears and saves, and can be seen on the home page.
But then some time later it’s not there anymore, and can then return randomly –
Any idea what can be causing it? I clear cache plugins and browser cache but this doesn’t fix – it then seems to appear and disappear randomly
Are there cache settings that may affect the TD Elements –

I translated the words with EDIT composer thanks for the help. How do I translate the word “contact” and those inside the sections without EDIT Composer? Thanks for the attention

yes indeed i have.. i can change, font size, style, family but not the color
i can do the same in the tagDiv composer when i select the Big Grid element..
But there is no option to change the font color

I have verified what you said, it is not a firewall block, nor is it any plug-in, because the only ones installed are from the theme itself, it does not have any third-party plugins. But anyway I deactivated everyone else and left only the tagDiv Composer.
When I click save it returns an error in the console, I could not understand what this error is, it follows the image.
I’m using the latest version.
It is version 9.0.1.

Sorry but we have not tested any add-ons for WPbakery so we cannot say for sure if they will work or not. They will not work it tagdiv composer that is for sure

We do not use any modified version of wpbakery. We simply deactivated the front-end editor, so i;m not sure how you can access it. Please only use the version of wpbakery included in the theme package.
The image issues you face are because you also have td composer active. Please remove td composer if you want to use wpbakery as they will conflict with one another.
As a quick note, you will not be abel to use the cloud library templates if you choose wpbakery as that implementation is tagdiv composer only.

If you too are getting a blank screen when trying to use tagDiv composer, add this to your .htaccess file before the last closing tag.

I have the same issue and support just replied once and it’s not working i just bought this theme and i’m trying to publish my website but i cannot modify most of the data because TagDiv Composer Not Loading.
I have thousands of pages on my different websites using WPBakery Page Builder and your Newspaper themes. How do I use both WPBakery Page Builder and tagDiv Composer at the same time while I switch all the necessary pages?
Also I bought plugins for WPBakery Page Builder including the Visual Composer YouTube Channel with Carousel. If I switch to TagDiv Composer, will these plugin work or are there plugins included I can use instead?
