That seems to happen when both tagDiv composer and WPBakery are active. If that is the case deactivate WPBakery and the issue should be solved.

@Carel You can still use WPBakery if you choose to, we will still provide it in the package. However most of the features that will be added will be based on our own page builder, the tagDiv composer.
This page builder will be developed more and more, there are many more new features to come.

I see you created a post template, that would not be the best solution for this task. You would have to create a template for each celebrity for example. Maybe you could create and use pages instead of posts, but that would be the same thing basically.

If that is not a problem, then create post templates or pages as you want. The tagDiv composer has many elements to choose from, each with visual or font settings. Use what you think looks best. There are text elements, image, multi-purpose etc. Experiment with it, some guides and videos here

By default only editor and admin level users have access to the tagDiv composer. Maybe your users have the capabilities of an editor or admin if they can see the composer options.

The Newsletter element can be used and placed with the tagDiv composer only. If you want it to appear in the footer, you will have to use a footer page

There were no font changes. Please check the fonts settings in your theme panel or in the tagdiv composer for that page specifically. Where are you changing the font that is not applying to your page?

It must have been a plugin that caused the issue, if by deactivating them you solved it.

You can only create a custom block using the theme api, but you do not have to since the latest theme implementation. You can use one of 3 flex blocks in the tagdiv composer which allow you to create blocks with the layout you need. https://www.screencast.com/t/vzbROThbyy

You need to learn how to add and remove content from your pages. The social counter most likely is implemented twice. once from the sidebar of the page template (grabbed from the widgets area) and a second social counter added directly to the page.

There seems to be a broken html on that post page causing the sidebar to break.
Please check any custom code added to the post or any html tag left open n the pot content in text mode. Alternatively, plugins can also cause this issue so please test without plugins as well. ‘

The category pages will display latest posts on initial loading, that cannot be changed. Uses can sort the posts if needed using the filter

Al oldest posts sorting does not exist for that filter at the moment. Only blocks and grids would have an oldest setting.

Maybe you could design category templates with the Cloud library plugin and the tagDiv composer and use blocks and grids sorted by oldest instead of the category top grid.

What exactly do you mean by not working? Maybe you did not update the plugins as well. The tagDiv composer and social counter should update automatically when you update the theme, however that seems to fail in some cases.

If not, delete the composer and other theme plugins you use, then install them from the same theme plugins panel or manually.
