Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ The option that you need to use.
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY.
So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.

hello ! the pc version for site newspatron seems to be working fine.
however one of the ways that could improved [the performance on the mobile version] is the customization options in the tag div composer.
Please let me know if the below can be achieved.
Please refer to the screenshots starting with the word section in the tag div folder. [Drive link shared].
There is a customization option however when the small size image [300] is selected in the composer for mobile the thumbnails are not displayed and a text is displayed for changing settings elsewhere. [Thumbnails are not displayed correctly.]
Please check the screenshots and let me know if the PC and mobile version could display different image sizes as suitable to each version and also if the number of posts can be reduced for mobile version.
[assuming it improves page loading on mobile].

Hello @waleed9!
Please check the differences between cloud vs default templates from our guides:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-default-templates/
We recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

Hello,
1. You can find in the tagdiv Composer is called Slide.
2. This option is for mobile, not for desktop.
Thank you!

Tag Div Composure is being non-responsive when trying to edit or build pages. Can you please watch this short video here for demonstration?

It’s true that you shouldn’t over-optimize, but your mobile site could be a little faster.
You’re using the mobile theme plugin, right? If so, the answer is simple: turn it off. Newspaper is responsive and the mobile theme is frankly unnecessary as it’s very slow without proper caching. You don’t have to do much either: switch it off, adjust the mobile view a little in Composer and that’s it. Your website will then be much faster on mobile. Oh, and one more tip: throw away the default package if you don’t really need it (usually you don’t), because it also makes the website slower.
on my site I cannot click EDIT with TagDiv composer (the green button at the top) I can also not choose edit with tagdiv composer in the admin area under pages.
I get a 404 error. How do I fix this?
I can’t add any individual element from the sidebar on the left side of the screen when editing pages with the Tag Div composer. I can import pre-designed templates from the cloud library, but not drag and drop individual elements like for instance, a row, text, header, or any other element you can find in the controls.
Hello,
Unfortunately, we don’t know a plugin for this; you can try one from here https://betterstudio.com/wordpress-plugins/best-amazon-s3-plugin-for-wordpress/
A shortcode can be inserted by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”. “Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open, and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.
Thank you!
Hello!
Add a new page, edit it with the TagDiv Composer from the blue button, click on the “Manager” icon option and choose no Header and no Footer from here: https://prnt.sc/7vdBHgDvSc6G
Hi,
The tagDiv Composer is our page builder and it can be used for building pages and cloud templates, but not for creating posts. For this, you’ll need to use Gutenberg or a classic editor.
Using tagDiv Composer, you can build/edit the single post template (the layout of the posts).
Here is a video that will show you how to use the builder to create a website from scratch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg to do this you’ll need to have the posts already.
Also, on our channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOT1RiNysIPCTPSnVZskwtQ, you can find more videos that can help you and documentation https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-documentation/ and you can ask us here on the forum or email if you have any questions.
Thank you!
I am frustrated as I can’t seem to see how to edit the content inside the single post template default pro. It should be the simplest thing to do but it seems that there are only styling options available and nowhere where I can edit the pre-formatted content.
I have rolled back Newspaper to the previous version and disabled many plugins But still no where to see how to replace the content. I know that I can add fresh blocks but I want to edit the template that I have imported.Am I missing something obvious?
Ps see attached screenshot

Hi Calin, Also the EDIT WITH TAG DIV COMPOSER does not work and gets critical error
Hi,
For example, this plugin provides a shortcode https://wordpress.org/plugins/astrology/
Thank you!
Hello Bettina, regarding the colours of categories and row divider I shall see if that works. May be its also a caching issue since changes made and saved in TagDiv Composer are not shown afterwards.
Remains open the issue that the variuos screen sizes are not displayed in the TagDiv Composer. In my other websites its still available so there might be a bug in this installation. Any reload advise or else how to fix that? Thanks a lot
Hello!
Oh, ok. Please edit the search page with the tagdiv Composer, click on the results(Posts Loop element) and delete the value of the offset posts. Let it empty with no space no value: https://app.screencast.com/Gh9jDf6t0XtLS
Save the changes and view the results.
Thank you!
Hi,
If you want to add it to have it for all posts with the same button, then you can edit the template with tagdiv composer and there is the button -> https://i.imgur.com/9d0bCwD.png – https://i.imgur.com/BwGWhua.jpg You need to use a cloud template -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
Thank you!
Hello!
This issue with the error from Composer has also been discussed here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/errors-at-columns-elements-5/.
Please make sure you did all the steps that I mentioned here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/errors-at-columns-1models-0dom-the-model-does-not-match-the-content-curr/
Thank you!
Hi,
“And I need another help with the category page section category header color change. How to do that. https://prnt.sc/aULGynP4Ihln”
For the category block titles you can try this custom css:
.category .td-category-header .entry-title span{
color: white;
background: green;
}
The tagDiv Composer can be used on Newsmag only on page = https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial-2/ the rest of templates and options are in the theme panel – https://i.imgur.com/SaLqRwt.png
Thank you!
Hello!
Please deactivate, delete, and reinstall the tagDiv composer plugin from Newspaper plugins and clear all cache. Check out this article: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/there-has-been-a-critical-error-on-your-website/
Thank you!
Hello!
If you use cloud templates, then edit the page with the TagDiv Composer, click on the module, and check the settings to see if the category is set to be shown or not.
Or else, if you use default templates, then please check in the theme panel -> Block Settings -> Category tag on Modules/Blocks if the option is enabled for the modules you’re using and want to display the category tag.
Thank you!
Hello, following the latest update the Composer doesnt show the preview of the various screen sizes. Also some colours like the set colours for categories and the colour for a row divider dissappeard. How coulkd I reload the composer only if that would help. I already did deactivate and then activated the composer again as plugin but this did not help.
Site is https://ugandasafariexperience.com
Thanks for some advise
Hello,
If you’re seeing only those please make this adjustment in the tagDiv Composer plugin -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_first_install.php
=> https://www.screencast.com/t/yO3iU8E5JhH
Then hit a save in the theme panel and then revert the code back to the original, this will make the social icons appear properly again -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-default-templates/.
Thank you!
