If you use default templates and some settings disappear after the update, please activate the Standard Pack plugin from Newspaper -> Plugins.
If you use cloud templates, then you should add the elements to the page with the help of the tagdiv Composer plugin.

The main problem of the website is that every non-cached page generates a php process that spends at least 30 seconds searching for images in the WordPress root directory. Basically, every time you call up a non-cached page, WordPress makes all those useless calls to images that don’t even belong to the page called up.
Unfortunately from my testing I have only found one way to not have these calls made; the deactivation of the “TagDiv Composer” theme plugin which however is a mandatory plugin of the theme and without it the pages are not displayed correctly.
The processes that accumulate create a huge load on the VPS. Even by dramatically increasing the CPU (and RAM) of the VPS, the new resources would be saturated again as the processing of each process which should last a few milliseconds, instead lasts more than 30 seconds.
If you are unable to intervene on the code side, you need to urgently contact theme support to understand if they have a solution to ensure that the dynamic page generation processes do not perform all those useless calls that slow down both the navigation than the server (load on the CPU).

I’ve a legal copy of Newspaper 12 Template and I liked one of their prebuilt theme (Garden Pro: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_garden_pro/) that prebuilt website is based on gardening and food related niche.
My question is: If I’ll use that prebuilt website and edit it using wordpress and tagDiv Composer, to create a Travelling Related Website(or any other topic) then will it do any problem for SEO and Google ad sense? As that is specialised and optimised for Gardening niche and I’m gonna change it to totally different niche website, is it ok? Or it’ll create issues with SEO, Marketing and getting desirable Traffic?

Same issue happening in tagdiv composer for responsive layout header. Mobile menu & Search are not working(not even clickable). Waiting for the solution. No other plugins used except wpsupercache. Checked after clearing cache not working.

I have followed all the steps you mentioned in the post you linked and they did not resolve the issue.
Suggesting that we try on a fresh WordPress install does not help with the issue we are having. We do not want to rebuild the entire site. We are simply attempting to upgrade from Newspaper 9 to Newspaper 12 in order to take advantage of the malware patch in Composer version 4. When we upgrade, the site looks fine except that the header with our logo and menu no longer shows. And with Composer throwing this error we cannot edit the page to fix it.
The “Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue.” error does not appear when editing using Composer in our Newspaper 9 site, but only after upgrading to Newspaper 12.
We have also tried updating to Composer 4 on our Newspaper 9 site, but installing it creates a critical error.
Can you give us any more assistance to get this resolved? Please help.

Happened again today, after i did update. I noticed that theme panel created backup file of the theme settings on the exact moment when this happened:

That demo is using default templates, and there is no way to edit them with the TagDiv Composer. All the settings that are less could be found in the theme panel settings.

In most cases, this problem occurs because you have the latest version of WordPress with an older version of the theme.
Please use the last version of WordPress 6.3.2 with the last theme version Newspaper 12.6.1 (if you have a theme version older, then tagDiv Composer does not work) and check to see if the problem persists.

I recommend that you update the theme manually https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ via FTP/cPanel/File Manager, also if possible disable extra plugins during the theme update to avoid any problems that may arise and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the website’s look. You can try to update the theme on a staging website.
After you update the theme, you need to update the theme plugins too.
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases), in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
