Hello Ken!
You should edit the post template with the TagDiv Composer and delete the ad box element.
Thank you!
Hi,
You need to edit with tagDiv Composer, select the viewport for phone, and you can edit it -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo
Thank you!
Hi,
The demo uses Korean; you can try to load the translation from Theme Panel -> Translations-> Translations. Also, you need to edit the title with the composer for some elements.
Thank you!
Hi,

Hello,
You need to edit with tagDiv Composer the cloud template/page, and you can remove the block with a right-click you can delete => https://www.screencast.com/t/BEJIVduVFyZ , or selecting the element and with drag & drop place into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page.
Thank you!
Hi,
Sorry, I misunderstood the problem.
If the tagDiv Composer was used to make the row in one column when at you need to do is to edit the homepage, select the row and choose a design in 2 columns – https://i.imgur.com/fVRUQgd.png after that just drag the elements you need in the sidebar column.
If you want you can use this video tutorial (this example is from Newspaper, but the sidebar construction is the same on both Newspaper and Newsmag when the tagdiv Composer is used) – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fa7GenCHcBU
Thank you!
I create my home page with TagDiv Composer.
This page contains many article lists from different topics. To title the section I use the “Title” shortcode and to display the articles I use a flex-block.
In the mobile view, I want that when scrolling, the title always remains visible while scrolling over the article list. The title should then disappear again when a new area is reached while scrolling.
Is this implementable with the features provided?
Thanks for the support.
Hello,
I Can’t find the way to modify the design of a prebuilt mobile menu.
For instance, the mobile menu of
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_spa/
When we use the tagdiv composer, it allow me to modify the menu icon, but the design of the menu panel when clicked.
Where can we modify the mobile menu design ?
Thank you very much.
Florent
Anamaria,
Thanks so much for your quick reply. I went to Tagdiv composer and clicked on an element as your image illustrated; however, as you can see from my image, there is No Dropdown from which to select Breadcrumbs or delete. Your Left Hand Menu shows General and CSS at the top; my menu shows General, Mega Menu, Style, and CSS – so I must not have the right menu to do the breadcrumb task…?
Kevin
Hello @Montelent !
Try to change the PHP version, execute these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. install TagDiv Composer
4. activate TagDiv Composer
Deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.
Thank you!
Hello @keremali!
I’m not sure where this is or which element is there.
Please edit the page with the TagDiv Composer, click on the element, and check if you can change the words of those titles.
Thank you!
Hello!
Try to change the Accent color from Theme Panel -> Theme Color -> General Theme color -> https://i.imgur.com/gvoN3sh.png
Or edit the page with the TagDiv Composer, and change the settings individually.
Thank you!
Hi,
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions; please check if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edited with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please note that if Composer makes a page, then the content won’t be displayed on the Mobile theme version. You should create the content with the Mobile Editor https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Update:
I’ve managed to find where the Single Posts imported from the CloudLibrary in the Theme panel go. I see you select that from in under the WordPress post section. That’s great.
I just need to find a way to edit the Single Post Template that I use? Can you explain if I even need a button in the wp-admin toolbar to do that, or is there another way to open up that Single Post Template in the TagDiv Composer? Thanks
Hello,
You can edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer, click on the hamburger menu and choose the menu you need from select menu. You can build the menu from Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menus https://forum.tagdiv.com/main-menu/
Thank you!

Please I’m encountering a critical error whenever I tried to activate Newspaper plugins (Tgadiv composer, Tagdiv Social counter etc.). My hosting company sent this error to me.
"PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function plugin_dir_path() in /var/www/wptbox/wp-content/ajax-handler.php:115
The problem is that when I try to edit the page using TagDiv composer, I get the following message:
Error at zones: 6(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
I am unable to proceed further with the editing process. Please assist.
To add context. This has happened before for the Elementor editer. They had this article explaining it. https://elementor.com/help/the-edit-with-elementor-link-has-disappeared/
I would post a screen shot of my wp admin toolbar but I can’t paste in this support request text field?
Anyway, I really can’t move forward until I find a way to modify the single post templates, I can’t even set any that I select from cloud library, I don’t know where they go? (I understand that posts have to be written in the WordPress post section, I have 3 test posts there, these are showing in my template website. I can modify the pages well, I understand how to put a row in first, then drag elements needed into those. All is good there.
I just can’t work our why I have no ‘Edit with TagDiv Composer’ or ‘Single Post’ showing in the wp-admin toolbar. Once I get this resolved I can just go to an article, click edit with TagDiv and the post will open up in the tag div composer and I can tweak a few things. (I have spent nearly 2 days searching videos online for this, reading your Docs, and watching your Docs video explain it all, but I have no way in… lol)
Cheers

Hi,
I’m pretty new to the theme. I can modify pages by clicking the TagDiv Composer button fine. But the video showing how to modify single post template’s with the TagDiv composer, says go to an article on your site. And in the first video in this link in the Docs: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
I can see they have an Edit with TagDiv composer button and a Single-Template drop down menu in their wordpress admin toolbar at the top of the page. I have the wordpress admin toolbar, I’m the admin of my site and I’m logged in and I’m in an article on my site, but I don’t have any Edit with TagDiv composer button or Single Post drop down menu in my toolbar for some reason? So I can’t change any CSS of my website articles.
– I’m using FireFox browser
– I’ve cleared cache and relogged in
– I have the latest version of Newspaper and all plug-ins active
Any tips would be great, Thanks.
Sam
Hello, can someone tell me how to edit the dropdown menu from tagdiv composer, I’ve been around for an hour and I can’t find where to edit it.

thanks
Hello Jim!
You can edit every cloud template with the TagDiv Composer. We have some settings for the rows and different stretch sizes: https://www.screencast.com/t/bsbB5P97A
The element Posts Form Taxonomies can be insert into the form, so the user can choose the category of that post.
Uninstall the Mobile theme plugin and see the changes.
Thank you!
