Hi there!
One would not normally ask a question if he has not tried out something. I am aware of the location of where to addsubtitle within the post-editor. My query is that the subtitle does not show up whether for panel, default or single post template. When you emphasise Singl post template, do you mean subtitle does work for other posts templates?
For the avoidance of doubt, I have changed the posts to a single post template and even a new post based on the single post template and added the subtitle, yet the subtitle does not show under the main title of the post. See screenshot

Please, note that I am creating a post under the role of an Editor, not an Administrator so the other option of using the Tag Div composer to edit the post and add subtitle is not available to me. If this option is the only way it means other Editors cannot simply add subtitles to their posts?
So my issue is not resolved.

Hello @honlim!
Please make sure you did not upload any logo in the TagDiv Composer or Theme panel.
If the problem persists, then please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin URL and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Thank you!
Hi,
I understand what you are saying, you want the sticky header to be displayed only on certain categories. To do this you need to use two cloud headers (you can duplicate the existing one). On one of the cloud headers, activate the sticky header option and leave the other one off -> https://i.imgur.com/fH6K66W.png. Then put the global header that is displayed in most places (for example, the one that doesn’t have the sicky header), and the one with the sticky header is set individually on pages and on cloud templates (single post template, cloud categories …) with tagDiv Composer.
I hope this will help you!
Hello,
This problem is because when you create your homepage you did not set the content in the content area but in the header (or footer) area -> https://i.imgur.com/9GmVEMH.png -> https://i.imgur.com/BSEZ2yG.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/k7l4fXt.png you need to drag and drop the content from header (or footer) area with tagDiv Composer in the main content area.
I hope this will help you!
Hi mgiannelis,
What you need to do in this situation it is to edit the single post template with tagDiv Composer, select the row and check the columns size inside the row -> https://i.imgur.com/ntvXXzM.png. Now one solution is to remove the width and just choose a row layout -> https://i.imgur.com/M4aOMPg.png the second solution is to set the width in % but starting with the column that will have the smalless width, so the total width to not be over 100%.
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
The method provided by Bettina is the bet one because it allow you to have control from the frontend and you can edit everything. To do this the page need to be made using the tagDiv Composer, not the WordPress editor, if you are using the WordPress editor, then you’ll need to use the settings that it provides -> https://i.imgur.com/x1NbWHE.png
Thank you!
Hello,
I don’t understand what you mean by bugs, because that prebuilt website is for presentation, and you can customize it with tagDiv composer with whatever you want.
Please check this video about how can create a website from scratch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg
Thank you!
Hi,
Thanks for your compliments!
If you are using a specific post templates, then you need to edit the file for that post template. For example if is post template 1, then the files will be wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/parts/single/loop-single-1.php and single_template_1.php
Now if is the default post template, the files will be located on this path wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/loop-single.php and single.php
I hope this will help you!
Hello,
You can add the text for Single Post Subtitle in post editor -> https://i.imgur.com/m2altqh.png and you can add the element in post from tagDiv Composer -> https://imgur.com/2cNrcZ4
Thank you!
Hey there,
I wanted to add the newsletter form that opens a pop up if you click on a link or button, that Mailer lite offers.
Mailer lite gives me this code (after I inserted the JavaScript):
<button class="ml-onclick-form" onclick="ml('show', 'QWgyyH', true)">Click here to show form</button>
If I insert this in an inline text or html shortcode inside the tagDiv Composer it will show a simple not styled button (that works great when I click on it).
My question is, is there a way to style this (I suppose) default WordPress button?
Or, even better, to use this code in some way with the button shortcode in the tagDiv Composer, to style the button and make it look like a Call To Action button?
Thank you!
Dominik
Hello,
I’ve been using the tagDiv composer and the NFT template to build my website ettakesoff.com. I wanted to add some widgets to my homepage, I added a new row and then added the column text shortcode to the row so I could add in the code for the widget. https://imgur.com/RhUX7Ea
It doesn’t recognise the code. Adding in code into the column text only seems to work for banners and not widgets. https://imgur.com/YwdfKxt
I can only get the widget to show on the web page if I exit tagDiV composer and edit the page in the built-in editor in wordpress. https://imgur.com/l2MWm7J
However, I can’t continue adding templates/elements in the tagDiv below the widget. How do I add in widgets using the tagDiv composer?
Thanks,
Estelle
Hi I just purchased the Newspaper theme and have started to use the TD Composer to build my templates. So far everything was going well up until I started to build the home page.
I built a portion of the home page, only to find that whatever I put onto the home page also appears on every other page on the website. Furthermore, if I try to edit another page such as “About” or “Contact Me” using the TD Composer then it pre-loads the content that I put on the home page, onto those pages too instead of giving me a blank canvas to work with.
The home page content also appears on top of my categories pages and my singular post pages.
I deactivated TD Composer and Reactivated with no success. I have litespeed cache installed and have been clearing the database but no luck there either.
Here is a link to my site: https://www.muslimperspectives.com/
Please see these 2 screenshots. One is end-user view, the other is from TagDiv composer.
Thanks.
Bob

Hola. Gracias!
Gracias.

Hello. Thanks!
We are testing the theme and trying to get to know it to start working, but at the moment we find that it is impossible for us to import already created templates.
Inside the tagDiv Composer. We look for a template already created as an example, we click on import (the button appears blue) and it does nothing, as if it did not react. What are we doing wrong?? Thanks.
I have recently purchased the newspaper theme because of its costumizability. But when i tried to apply header from cloud and change footer of the template , it happened but when i made some changes in header. After some time header and footer both disappeared and when i go to edit my homepage tagdiv composer just keeps buffering. I can really not design my website at all. Also, i am also finding it hard to find blocks for my homepage. Please help quickly,
Hello,
You can delete the element Single Featured image with right-click from the post template so that in this mode you won’t have a featured image -> https://i.imgur.com/re1XWKO.jpg
Thank you!
Hello @designcrews!
If you want to add it in your homepage for example, you should add the Ad Box element in the tagdiv Composer. Place the code in the Custom ad tab: https://prnt.sc/nODAI7TvME1m
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello!
You should choose a static page, create a new page and give the name for example “Home”, after that you go there and choose that page which should be your homepage. You can import a template and design that page with the TagDiv Composer. https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/
If you do not mean this, then please provide more information about the issue or what you need to achieve, screenshots or a video.
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link, paste it here.
Thank you!
Hello @shibam!
You do not need this plugin anymore. The multipurpose features are included in the TagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please check the console in the TagDiv Composer, and make sure you do not have a 403 error.
We have a guide with some tips why our Composer is not working properly, please check: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Check some other possible factors which can interfere there: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Please make sure that you have set the mod substitute in the htaccess file https://i.imgur.com/VuMw1lq.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, we recommend first to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and see the results.
Thank you!
Hello Ari!
Try to create a new page with the title About and edit it with the TagDiv Composer.
Make sure that the text it is added with the element “Text with title” or “Column text” in order to have the possibility to change the font, size, color from the builder.
“Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open and you can add some text/code there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.
Thank you!
Hello,
If the posts are not displayed, then, please edit with tagDiv Composer, select the block and let the offset field empty with no space, no value and see the results: https://www.screencast.com/t/peVbVmUDE. For more information about the offset features, please check this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/offset-feature/.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please let me know what prebuilt website you have installed.
If you install a Pro Prebuilt Website the changes from the Theme Panel will not apply, (only some settings) to change the color on block/post you can edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://prnt.sc/10grx77, select the block/post and in Style, you can change the color => https://www.screencast.com/t/sUE7ug4UIAR5 also, after you can copy the style and paste it -> https://i.imgur.com/WCHxXlr.png
Also, the settings from the theme panel are saved? if not, then please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/newspaper-theme-panel-settings-are-not-being-saved/ and try the suggestions.
you can edit the mobile menu from Manager (Website Manager) -> mobile menu/sticky -> https://i.imgur.com/6wgVHk8.png and you can set the color on the row in the tab CSS -> https://i.imgur.com/xFvADzW.png
Thank you!
