Make sure you use the latest version of the theme and plugins(11.4.2).
Please check the console in the TagDiv Composer, and make sure you do not have a 403 error.

Please make sure that you have set the mod substitute in the htaccess file https://i.imgur.com/VuMw1lq.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/.
If that problem is still there, then please execute these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, we recommend first to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and see the results.

When this message appear “Errors at columns elements: 6(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme or a plugin conflict, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.

If is only for one page or a cloud template (it can be on header or footer, you can change them for tests and see if the problem persist), this it is from some settings/shortcodes set on it and and it can be fixed using the page revision.

You can use AMP, but we offer support for the mobile version only with mobile theme + AMP plugin and set for AMP -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/ => https://i.imgur.com/1kMs1ds.png and set the AMP for posts => https://i.imgur.com/GLEeeoZ.png, but you can’t customize the layout for AMP with tagDiv Composer.

Seems you have an older theme version, and that is why you don’t have the install button.
Many changes have been made over the years, and the latest version of the theme is 11.4.2
Also, if you want to update the theme I recommend that you update the theme on a staging website and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the look of the website.

We do not encourage you to use Wp Bakery at all. Please note that the WP Bakery has a conflict with the tagDiv Composer. Please use only one builder and not both. So, I gladly recommend you to shift from WPBakery to Composer, because WPBakery is an old builder plugin. 1. That message appears because you are using the amp and this is set to redirect the mobile users on amp, please disable this option -> https://i.imgur.com/ShXatoR.png

2. If you have hidden it on all devices then it won’t appear anywhere. Open the CSS section in the composer and enter this code in it – https://prnt.sc/pqi1z7 the row should then be visible so you can interact with it. Then you can remove the code, after you make it visible on at least one viewport

The elements from the amp are using the mobile theme layout, so the option for those are in the theme panel > mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/4VmBIdy.png

The above message/error it is about the jetpack, the problem is coming from there. You need to check the settings from that plugin or disable it.

The image ads are added in demos, so to remove them you need to edit with tagDiv Composer, select the element Ad Box and with right-click, you can delete it => https://www.screencast.com/t/2GfCVx9BCAw7 or with drag & drop place it into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page.
The ad box has 3 sections for ads: using theme panel ads -> https://i.imgur.com/KFa9ibl.png, using images/banners -> https://i.imgur.com/MfAPTaE.png and custom code -> https://i.imgur.com/2rh8SuD.png save it and will appear on the post (you can set a shortcode like a shortcode from adrotate plugin or other plugins)

I’ve checked your website and it seems to display well. Maybe you used the Mobile Theme plugin which has other layout. Note that the pages which is made with the TagDiv Composer are not displaying in the Mobile Theme layout.
