Hello all 🙂
I’ve just created the mobile page with TagDiv composer, but I’m not able to set this new “mobile page” as the main page for mobile. When I visit my page from my iphone it appears a complete different design.
There is any way to set the “new mobile page” as the main page for the mobile visitors?
Thanks!
That would be very cool, to expose expose these settings in the tagdiv composer for the next theme update. So everyone can enjoy it 🙂
Yes I believe we are.
Could this issue be tied to this?
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tagdiv-composer-update-failed/
That post is ours as well, and that is a problem that we are still having.
Hi there,
When I go to my site on my mobile phone, and open the menu with the menu icon, there is a background image that came with the template of a baby holding her mom’s hand. How do I change that image? I can’t seem to find how to access that page on my computer in Theme Panel or TagDiv Composer.
I’m on the Newspaper theme with Baby Pro demo settings only demo. My site is http://www.maxgolflife.com
Also, my Homepage has two menu settings – one for the left and right of the Logo Icon (on desktop). I was able to create two different menus and insert one on each side of the logo. When I try to edit the Menu (for mobile) I am only able to assign one menu. Should I create a 3rd combined menu of all 4 categories to pull from on the mobile menu?
Thank you! – Kelly
Hello!
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Please check your plugins list and if you are using some untested plugins, I recommend you to disable all of them and leave just to active only our tested plugins. If the problem is still there after this, please let us know. Also, please check the following useful guide from here: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-502-bad-gateway-error-in-wordpress/
Please check this article about when tagDiv Composer is not working: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– cPanel url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Thank you!
Hello!
You can create/import a cloud/PRO template, check our documentation explained with images also: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
You can assign it also for header, footer, categories,etc, check this video: https://www.screencast.com/t/1XP5Afpm
To modify a template, you can use also TagDiv Composer which is simple to use because you can see live the changes: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Please note that you can use only one builder at the same time, I mean WP Bakery or TagDiv Composer plugin.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please verify if you have installed WPBakery plugin and please deactivate it.
Do not use both page builders on the same page.
For the moment, the only solution is to shift from WPBakery to Composer.
Please check our guide to know how to shift from WPBakery to Composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
Thank you!
Hi,
I have followed your instructions as found here: https://tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-shortcodes-and-elements/
and inserted a column-text module in order to then insert a shortcode inside that. I found also a recent forum post where you are suggesting the user to use an alternative module of “Text with title”.
I have tried the following with both, and I have failed with both modules similarly: I click on the “Edit content” button, and the editor pops up. I insert my shortcode in there but then there seems to be no way to save the content. I have tried clicking on the ‘X’, but the content is lost. I have tried clicking somewhere outside the popup, but the content is lost. I have tried clicking on Save directly with the pop up open, but the content is lost. I have tried clicking on the edit content button whit the pop up open, but the content is lost.
After trying all of these, I feel lost as per the correct way to save my content, and allow my shortcode content to be displayed on the front end.
Please help me with what I am doing wrong.
Kindly note I have updated my theme to the most current version. Similarly WordPress is up to date also, all plugins, and everything else is latest version.
Thank you!
Header area and header menu missing and Unable to edit tagdiv composer Page.
When I click on tagdiv composer, it’s stuck on loading, composer doesn’t load. I have removed and reinstalled the composer but it’s still the same.
Hi
I noticed my website is having 502 bad gateway and i contact my hosting provider and they noticed There is a Fata; Error on the td-composer plugin. How to fix?
Hello !
1. Please let me know if this is what you were looking for: https://www.screencast.com/t/HIF2qam2Y8
This is the css code: .tdi_13_b28 .td_module_flex_1 .td-excerpt {
COLOR:RED;
}
The code must be inserted here: https://www.screencast.com/t/JJ12roXfsX8
2. In order to center the caption. For mobile you need this css code: .wp-caption-text {
text-align: center;
}
For the desktop you will need to do this by using the tagDiv Composer as you can see here: https://i.imgur.com/alcirXv.png
I hope this was helpful !
Thank you !
Hello,
This issue is because you have an older theme version 9.0.1, and the latest version of WordPress(if you have a theme version older, than NewsPaper 10.3.9 and you have the latest WP version 5.6, tagDiv Composer not work). You need to make an update before please make a full backup to all files and the database, in case something goes wrong. => https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and check if the problem persists.
Another solution for the moment is to use Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin and try this option => https://www.screencast.com/t/WYlKJVLi this plugin may help. Clear all the caches (also the browser cache).
Let us know the results!
Thank you!
Hello !
The best version for you would be to create a row and divide it in 2 as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/WWm210dy
Insert a column text element from tagdiv composer and in it you will have to insert the shortcodes.
Let me know if this was helpful !
Thank you!

Team, When I try to edit my webpages, TD Composer just loops infinitely. I see this same issue elsewhere in the forum and I have tried the various remove plug-ins etc but nothing seems to work. Can you please simply fix this issue for me as I am not an IT person and honestly don’t have the time to learn?
My site is centerlife.center. I tried but I am unable to paste images into this window.
Here is the text for my Site Health. It seems odd that I have a Critical Item (php is an out of date version) however when I click on the link I receive a webpage that says “Good News. CloudLinux has taken care of the old php version issue”.

Hello,
Most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
For this error, you can check our guide from here at point 5: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Also, try to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please also check the page for special characters and remove them if they exist.
Thank you!
Hello !
Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin and please send us a link to your website in order to take a look.

Hello !
1. If you are using Cloud Library templates then the sidebar has to be created using tagDiv Composer as you can see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fa7GenCHcBU&t=2s Cloud library templates are not following the Theme Panel settings.
2. Please provide a link to your website in order to inspect and see what can be done.
3. Let us know which font / piece of text you want to edit and we will take a look to provide a css code.
WP Bakery is only optional and if you are using cloud library template my recommendation is to not use it.

Hi,
I think that you are using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders or shortcodes ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme, also the mobile theme will not display any sidebar)
-> https://i.imgur.com/9d0UWLT.png
Also you can show the responsive version on mobile theme (to get the same layout as on desktop on mobile) -> https://i.imgur.com/m0bVB5T.png you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-get-mobile-ready-with-newsmag-theme/ or if you want to have the responsive version only, you can use the amp option from mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/oofST3D.png (to use the mobile theme template on amp) or you can disable the plugin.
These options are like this:
Mobile -> the mobile theme will apply only on mobile version.
Mobile + amp -> it will apply on both and it will have the same layout.
Amp -> the mobile theme plugin layout will be use only for amp version.
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi,
1.2.3 This is because the Newsmag theme do not understand that the page that you made and assign as search page to a search page, that is way I said that this can be achieved only with the search page that we provide, -> https://i.imgur.com/vmUt64m.png also if you want to display a message when there are no posts in block, then you need to edit the block that you use in the custom search page.
Also if you want to edit that element, I think that you are using the flex block 1, this is set on this path -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/includes/modules/td_module_flex_1.php
Hope this will help you!
I also have this issue on my website https://victoriamarket.ca

I’ll post here what I’ve posted on sites like Fiverr and UpWork to try and get some help with this problem.
I’m using the theme NewsPaper X by TagDiv in WordPress. I’m embedding a live stream from Vimeo Premium, the video embed is fine but Vimeo gives you the chat window embed separately, this chat window doesn’t display correctly. I’ve tried all versions, sizes and containers in the iframe and the tagdiv composer, nothing works. The chat embed is iFrame. I’ve been able to do this without any problem in Elementor for WordPress on another site, but on this website we have to use TagDiv and I’m lost.
As far as I can tell, I need someone who has good knowledge of:
HTML
HTML5
CSS
WordPress
Theme NewsPaperX
Composer TagDiv
API
Vimeo Premium (Live stream)
iFrame embed
This is the website and you can see that the chat embed only displays half of the size of the video embed, and is missing buttons and options that should appear beneath what is displayed now. https://piratar.is/xp/piratavarpid/streymi/
Hello!
In our theme we have a setting when you edit the post template with TagDiv Composer. You need to disable that setting like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/JaSHpq10Y
Thank you!
