Hello,
Please go to the Manager (Website Manager) -> Global Colors, and here you can change the colors globally on the whole website https://i.imgur.com/xb13WPt.jpeg -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-website-manager/
Thank you!
Hi,
Usually, the ads in prebuilt websites are set in the element AD BOX, and you can remove it, edit with tagDiv Composer, select the viewport for phone and select the Ad box element and with right-click you can delete it => https://www.screencast.com/t/2GfCVx9BCAw7 or with drag & drop place it into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page
The ad box has 3 sections for ads: using theme panel ads -> https://i.imgur.com/KFa9ibl.png, using images/banners -> https://i.imgur.com/MfAPTaE.png and custom code -> https://i.imgur.com/2rh8SuD.png save it and will appear on the post (you can set a shortcode like a shortcode from adrotate plugin or other plugins).
Thank you!
Hello,
Please disable the AMP and tagdiv mobile theme plugins. AMP is deprecated as of January 2023-> https://developer.bigcommerce.com/docs/storefront/wordpress/platform-integration/enabling-amp so we don’t longer recommend it.
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ The option that you need to use.
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY.
So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!
I have tried disabling all chrome extensions, cleared cache and cookies, but I am still unable to edit the single post template with the tag div composer, neither from the top menu on page or by going into the cloud templates, all attempts result in a spinning page, I left for a break and came back to it still trying to load.
Other than tag div plugins/theme etc I am only using Maintenance Mode & Classic Editor plugin, I have also disabled both and still only spins with nothing. See attached image of console errors.
Chrome (disabled extensions) – Version 135.0.7049.95 (Official Build) (64-bit)
I am using siteground which according to https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-theme-97/ might have a plugin causing the issue however
1. This issue with all plugins was not a problem on staging
2. On production I disabled all 3 plugins, went into the siteground backend UI and purged cache manually
3. According to siteground , I can’t disable ModSecurity
4. I dont have this file https://imgur.com/yWvbbrt
5. This is not effecting TD composer homepage customization, but all other cloud templates.
6. The staging site still works perfectly, its when I pushed from staging to production that this error happened
It shows the error with different numbers depending on the page tempalte
Errors at columns: 1(models) : 3(dom). The model does not match the content
Error at rows: 1(models) : 2(dom). The model does not match the content

Hello,
I would be interested to know if anyone has managed to create the Myeventon single event page with the TagDiv Composer? So far I have failed because not all data, e.g. the start and end date, are displayed.
Hello,
You can set the cloud template global here -> https://i.imgur.com/KtFec08.png and you can edit with the tagdiv Composer to set the menu -> https://i.imgur.com/pira0cl.jpeg
Thank you!
Hi there,
I’m currently using a dropdown filter based on the taxonomy tdtax_app_category. On the frontend, the placeholder text shows as — Wählen category — (see screenshot). I’d like to change this to something more user-friendly like “Select category”.
In the settings (TagDiv Composer > Taxonomies), the field is correctly set to type Dropdown, and multi-selection is enabled. However, I haven’t found a way to change the placeholder or default label text directly within the UI.
My question:
Where can I change the default placeholder text for this taxonomy dropdown? Is there a hook, a translation file, or a setting in the Composer to adjust this label?
Thanks in advance for any help!
Philipp
Hello!
Thanks to the Cloud Library, you can use any demo’s layout on your website. The Cloud Library lets you install any section, page, or template from other demos. https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-use-tagdiv-cloud-library-templates/
Please note that it is not allowed to use a single template on the homepage. You should install a single template only on a single template and not on any other page.
We recommend using cloud/PRO templates to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features; please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

Thank you!
Hi,
No, you need to have the WooCommerce and tagdiv Composer plugins.
Thank you!
Hello,
1. You need to edit with tagdiv Composer, select the logo and that icon is svg code, you can delete it from here https://i.imgur.com/3NSGPLU.jpeg -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/
2. You can choose the category you want on the block, from this tab https://i.imgur.com/SCajSSd.jpeg on each block. You can find more details here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
3. Please go to the Manager (Website Manager) -> Global Colors, and here you can change the colors globally on the whole website https://i.imgur.com/xb13WPt.jpeg
Some colors are set in the modules or on the row https://i.imgur.com/29c9Mzv.png or column https://i.imgur.com/yZzwLyA.jpeg
Thank you!
Hello!
If you are using cloud templates, the data can be changed in the tagdiv Composer or set by default to take the WordPress date format from Dashboard -> Settings -> General.
The default templates take the format from there, too, without possibly changing the date format from somewhere else. So, you can refer to that option from WordPress.
Thank you!
Hello!
Yes. You should make the changes in the tagdiv Composer. Here is the useful video where are the 6 columns on one line: https://app.screencast.com/P0x3Gn6gEyHlC
Thank you!

Hello!
1. Unfortunately, no. An inner row is a row within another row that has columns called inner columns because they are part of the inner row. You can add an inner row only into another row or column. They also have settings as any other shortcode/element from the tagdiv Composer. How to remove an inner row? The easiest solution is to click on the inner row word: https://app.screencast.com/PNI0Lolb0ZTm2 press Delete from your Keyboard, and click YES: https://app.screencast.com/sLv2xfmsO812v
You can set a row/inner row to be sticky or not from its settings: https://app.screencast.com/meYQjYKITuGuR .
You can reduce the inner columns of your inner row like this: https://app.screencast.com/bwmRwvQpsT2of
Please take a look here in this video for example where I build 6 columns: https://www.screencast.com/t/mZ2c5XamTFN2
2. Yes, with the help of the tagdiv Composer. Add a row and split it into 3 columns: https://prnt.sc/-y3xWBjrjmPD.
You can also specify the width of your columns, like 20%,60%,20%: https://prnt.sc/2zjfi6c2phgN
Drag and drop every element in each column. Example: https://prnt.sc/T2YSJ-cU73Eh
There are some settings to align it in the tagdiv Composer, click on the element: https://prnt.sc/lcYDthjDhhzv
3. No. These settings from point 2 are found only in the tagdiv Composer and you have to use a cloud single post template. The theme panel settings are proper for the default templates(those can not be edited with the tagdiv Composer).
Please check the differences between cloud vs default templates from our guides:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-default-templates/
4. Already explained at point 3.
Thank you!
Hi,
If you use Flex blocks, you need to do the change in wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/modules/td_module_flex_1.php -> https://pastebin.com/rg7Enq2e -> https://i.imgur.com/7Q3c6CG.png
If you want it on all blocks, search for it in the files.
Thank you!
Hello,
After modifying the single post editing tag composer (specifically removing the author box), the mobile version continues to display the outdated layout. Despite clearing the cache in LiteSpeed, Cloudflare, and my browser, the issue persists. Could you assist me in resolving this? https://imgur.com/a/BlhR2yA
I don’t have the mobile TagDiv plugins enabled, as activating them causes the entire website’s mobile version to malfunction
Thanks in advance
Hello!
No. Unfortunately, this setting is available only in the tagdiv composer using a cloud header template. Otherwise, there is no setting if you use default header template.
Thank you!
Hello!
You can add them in the menu from Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menus. You can drop them in More, and they should display: https://app.screencast.com/s6aRXyXWlkDD7
We recommend using cloud/PRO templates to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features; please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Hello!
Yes, the Save button from Composer works now in the latest update. If you have the issue after the update, please deactivate and delete the tagdiv Composer plugin, clear the cache, and install it again.
Thank you!
Hello,
I’m not exactly sure how you want the mobile version to look, but if you want the responsive version to appear, please deactivate the TagDiv Mobile Theme plugin. Once you do that, the changes will show up, because right now I can see that you’re no longer using the mobile theme on posts.
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ The option that you need to use; for this , you need to convert the header and footer -> https://www.screencast.com/t/HrjOBNayd to edit with tagdiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please provide more details about your menu. You can edit with tagdiv Composer if you have a cloud header. Please provide the link to your website and a screenshot of what you want to change.
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.
Thank you!
Yes, I edit the ads using the “Edit” button on the theme interface. It must be the composer.
I’ll take a look at the links, thanks!
As for the gallery link, I must have made a mistake copying it.
This one should work now, though.

Hello,
I see that you now disable the mobile theme plugin. Now to set the logo, please edit with tagDiv Composer, select the viewport on phone, select the header logo and change it => https://i.imgur.com/cR7F0v4.png
Thank you!
