The theme does not control the excerpts displayed by google. Even if you don’t use excerpts google will make it’s own excerpts for your site.
On our demo we use a static page as homepage. I’t a page built with Visual Composer. On your site you’re using blog template which cannot be customized with Visual Composer, you can only chose what module to use for posts layout: http://screencast.com/t/ZOXznRQFw1

First of all, please try to switch your theme to default one and check if there you will have this problem on the search page. Also, please try to make a new install with the latest version of the theme and check there if this issue persists. It is very important to try this because it is possible that your install to be affected and that’s why to appear this issue on the search page. Please try to make this new install and update your theme from scratch without untested plugins, only with Visual Composer and see hot it works. After this, if your problem is still there after these changes, please let us know. Also, please notice that our theme does not have this type of behavior for search page, as you can see in our demo preview, here -> http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/?s=decorating There you can notice that the thumbs are generated and have 150*150 size dimension -> http://screencast.com/t/C3NouhkRMaM , while on your site, these are not generated as properly, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/Hxar57UB9pP Clear all your caches and check again the results.

Hi Guys,
I am having troubles with VC. All plugins installed then while editing pages, I don’t see the templates and VC elements as shown in the demo videos. I just see the templates in a drop down way, not in a visual way, but even if I select any template, it then just keep ‘loading….’ forever.
Then I uninstalled, deleted all the plugins. I didn’t have any other 3rd party ones. So then I only installed VC and I get – Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet. PID=328024 in /home/mostwa7/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1813
Plugin activated successfully.
Edit: Now my VC seems working but I still don’t see templates in a visual form. Only text drop down.
Any tips?

Hello
I just installed Newspaper and I’m having some problems.
1 – I can’t install any of the demos. I just followed the configuration recommended to php.ini e wp-config, but it’s not working.
2 – The images of Newspaper on the worpress dashboard are not appearing.
Can you guys help me?

Thank you Andrei, but thats because I set up a new homepage or custom link page as the homepage, I do have a home page if I set it on the menu the cubatey.com/home will show, Im gonna set it so you can look at it again, also the custom link page I cant not set it to show like the homepage shows in your demo page

2. I’ve noticed that you have the mobile theme active so you have to place the ad code in mobile ad-spots in order to be displayed on mobile devices.
3 I’ve checked your site with google page-speed toll and noticed that you have some render-blocking resources which can be moved in footer by using Speed Booster plugin. Also you can optimize the images using gzip compression as it’ indicated in our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
4. Please make sure that you’re using last plugin’s version included in theme’s path, V 4.0 clear the cache memory then test again. We will also update the plugin on our demo in shortest time.

The element is created custom for the dark demo version. In order to re-create it you need to create a tab element in visual composer and only use grids with style 1. Then you ned to add an extra class to the tab element: td-tab-color

Please notice that the single automatic way to get rid out of your demo content is to uninstall it and then you will have to install it but without content. Please notice that when you uninstall a demo, all of the data will be removed from the database with all content. Also, please do not forget to clear all your caches if you are using a caching plugin. I have tested on my side and works as properly. Also, if you do not want this method, you will have to remove them manually.

Theme is very nice. I intalled demo Recipes and now try to modyfing this theme. I would like to change bacgrounds and graphics under menu and over “popular recipes”. All graphic have size over 1000px but scaling on maby 300px… I would like to aks about how can I in this theme change graphic over “popular recipes” on slider? How can I change size backround photos, where is problem? I check in theme panel options and all is ok. When I want’s back to photos from demo problem is the same this photos are scaling to 300-350px just the same like my photos.
And my second question: how can I add new sidebar and change the name of existing for example from td_demo_sidebar on another ?

I read in an earlier post (#111924) that it is necessary to include a script code when entering the Google Analytics ID in the Newspaper Theme Panel.
So, rather than simply pasting the Google Analytics code, as directed, into the space provided, you MUST include the code as demonstrated below:
<script>XXXXXXXXXX</script>
Once I added the script tags, the Analytics ID stopped appearing on my website.
The fact that the Newspaper template does not:
– append these code tags automatically, for users who follow the template’s OWN instructions and simply paste their Google Analytics code into the field provided
– or warn users to add these REQUIRED code tags, for users who aren’t psychic
is baffling.
I hope this helps! I have to wait for some data to accumulate before I know whether or not this actually works.

Hi, I noticed that the Woo Commerce is no longer present in my plugin window.

My question is how can i install and use the plugin?
Another question – When i downloaded the whole files and documentation from Theme Forest,

What is that for and how can i use it?
