Thanks for your help. Currently those 2 pages are not set up at an editable template. How can I do this. Currently it just has the Woo shortcode as you did it in the Kids Demo.

The cloud has been split into sections in the new interface for faster access to cloud templates, but an option will be added to allow access to all elements of the cloud as before.
We do not recommend using multiple builders on the same website, but you can try, just use a single builder on the page.

In fact, we try to activate the publication time on our publications (especially on those located on the top right part of the home page that we have circled in red) which is not displayed on the Rimont Theme of which the demo link is: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_the_rimont_pro/. You can see on the screenshot our configuration of which we have checked the box of the time display but this one after being checked and saved, is not displayed at all. Please help us as urgently as possible to correct this and allow the display of Date and Times (time) of publication.
How to display the publication time on this part but also on the other parts of which we would like to see it displayed ???

You can not achieve this with the element Posts Loop, but you can do this only with the element called “Flex block”. Check the guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
An example, you can see on this page from our demos: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_music_life_pro/author/john-snow/
If you click on any author from the right side, then you’ll get all the posts written by the selected author. If you want a page like this, then you can import the author template from this demo Music & Life PRO. Copy-paste the rows or elements from this page to another page. The filter for that flex block is Author – Current Author and this is working only on an author template. If you want to use it on other page/template, then you need to filter by author ID as it is describes in the flex block’s guide.

To get all templates for entire website from cloud with a click can be done by installing a demo (the latest demos and pro demos are made only with cloud templates). The problem is that “we want to add two or three more small items (as circled in red in the screenshot) to the left just below the first large item from left to middle” as you can see all circled in green at the bottom left of the following screenshot: https://ibb.co/L5NkQnB.

We want to use the “Rimont” Theme (whose demo link is: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_the_rimont_pro/) for our site but we can’t change the Logo Name “The Rimont”.
When we try to replace the Text of the Logo “The Rimont” at the level of the Column on the left circled on the screenshot by “YNews”, instead of seeing this word “The Rimont” disappear to see the Name of our portal “YNews”, we notice that “YNews” comes to be placed right next to “The Rimont” as you can see on the screenshot, below: https://ibb.co/vqFFs0J.

2 – How to enlarge the character of the Logo of the same theme “The Rimont” so that it looks like that of “The New York Times” ???

I have just purchased this nice them (hoping to take advantage of its said SEO/Mobile/Amp compatibility). However it did not work for me. I installed and imported template for the theme of choice News11Paper, but couldn’t get it to look like the demo – AT ALL. I expected this to be easy but not. Could I get support on this? I don’t mind paying a token for the expert at your company to install and make it work, please!

For the moment the theme does not have all the elements RTL, but soon there will be a theme update with some fix for this, and will include some new demos in RTL.
Right now there are 2 solutions. You keep the WordPress in English and you adjust only the layout in RTL using the tagDiv Composer so in this way everything will work correctly, or solution 2, set the WordPress in a RTL language, this will set the backend and frontend in RTL, but some options will not feet until the coming theme update.

so I am choosing a navigation from the cloud library. its an overlay and looks great on the homepage. but on interior pages it is not ledgible since the background is transparent.

here is the interior issue. now I can put a semi-transparent background color behind the header bar, but below is a demo site where the interior is different so I would rather do this. but the bigger issue is the interior page content is sucked up under the header.

this is the desired effect. overlay on homepage, but has a background on interior pages. and the interior content is beneath the header. any idea what is happening? I cannot find a setting anywhere and the documentation is not this specific.

The image ads are added in demos, so to remove them you need to edit with tagDiv Composer, select the element Ad Box and with right-click, you can delete it => https://www.screencast.com/t/2GfCVx9BCAw7 or with drag & drop place it into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page.

A good choice for the page speed, it could be the mobile layout which contain less elements because it can improve a bit your page speed.
Our developers are working a lot to improve the page speed in every update, so make sure you use the latest update(11.4.2).
Some factors which you need to take into account are:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin on not, if you are using PRO demo or a standard one.

I have my site almost ready to launch. Its a staging site of a current live site.

Please look at the staging site. This is now urgent as I cannot go live with this problem
I am using the covid-19 header on technewsstage.com
When you start scrolling down the page the header should be popping down the drop down menu. It’s not doing it. And its a stock standard function of this header
Look at this demo. As you will see when you start scrolling down posts will drop down from the top in the header

But its not doing on my site for some reason. I have uninstalled and re done the header about 10 times. I have also even reinstalled the whole site from complete scratch and it keeps disappearing.
The moment I go into divi and and touch anything and hit save I lose the drop down posts that come down in the menu.
I installed Newspaper Newsweek theme without demo and than done some changes build website in 5 min turned in 5 hours without much to show so i used option to avoid search engines. I also renamed two template names. I done some My host changed php alt-php80. Now admin area and frontend show 404 error.
Any idea how to fixed?

Recently I got a new license for this theme. (Paid) of course. But I have noticed there is no back button in my tag divi builder to use if I make a mistake and delete something.
I had a demo version of this theme before my current. And there was a back button to undo changes. By this new downloaded version I have does not have it.
How can I get the back button back. If I make mistake I need to always start all over again

Do you want to create a sidebar that can be used on the website? If is so, then you need to add widgets in the sidebar that you want to use -> https://i.imgur.com/CPe5ApP.png
If you want only a page like the one from the Animals demo, then you need to create it using the tagDiv Composer or you can copy the page from here (the code need to be set in a page like this -> https://i.imgur.com/f1oi8eY.png ).

I have made some screenshots to demonstrate what I mean. These are screenshots of the sticky menu, although both the sticky and non-sticky ones have the same problem. Example 1 demonstrates what it looks like in Word Press build mode, where you will see no extra padding at the bottom of the header. That’s the way I want the header to appear. Example 2, however, shows what the page looks like when published. Note the extra space at the bottom of the header.
Again, no padding, margins or any CSS features have been set.
