The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.

Edit the homepage or a cloud template with the header applied, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. You can see your mobile version there. That’s quite unusual. It looks like the big grid doesn’t display correctly in either the homepage or the category pages, and probably the same in other places where its used.

I checked it a bit with the browser inspector, and the design for it seems to be in order, and yet the grid doesn’t look as it should. It could be fixed with some CSS. Please enter the code from here https://pastebin.com/2Bn0un8P in the advances CSS section in the phones field https://prnt.sc/uSwybCPBOPY1 Then clear the cache and check if the grid displays correctly. Please let me know if it doesn’t.

You can see all your templates in the Dashboard -> Cloud Templates. If you want to apply it on another website that uses the Newspaper theme, you can add a new page and apply the Gutenberg code while you edit the homepage.
The export/import option is takes only the settings from the theme panel and not the customization from the tagdiv Composer.

You should delete the plugin and re-install it again. In this mode, the plugin will be up-to-date and compatible with the current version.
Can you edit the homepage with the tagDiv Composer and check the settings from the header live search? If they are correct, then maybe there’s a plugin conflict. Please check.

From your video I see that the changes are not saved, that is, they are not displayed.

Unfortunately, the posts loop shortcode doesn’t have this option to show the post views.
A workaround could be to use the Module Views shortcode in a Module template and display the custom module using the flex block builder shortcode in your homepage for example.

You could hide it with some CSS. Please try this code:

visibility: hidden;
}

The code will apply yo the whole website. If you want it just for the homepage, try it like this:

.home .td-page-title {
visibility: hidden;
}
