Hello I have an issue with the theme. After I press the preview button to view a post it shows the homepage.

I tried to delete the .htaccess and recreate it but I had no luck.

Moreover I deactivated all the plugins but the problem persists.

Could you help on this one?

I have two problems that started in the last 72 hours: 1) I updated the JetPack plug-in, which immediately caused the display images on the homepage to not resize, instead displaying as full size in the preview window; 2) I am unable to update the new theme upgrade, as the theme add option does not have an “update” option, instead giving me an error that the upgrade cannot be performed because the theme folder already exists.

I checked the JetPack plug-in, which said there was an error, which could be caused by a problem with the theme.

Suggestions are welcome.

Hello there, in my homepage i have a block with ajax next-prev

[td_block_18 custom_title="whatever" category_ids="21,23,22,37,-42,-39" limit="6" td_ajax_filter_type="td_category_ids_filter" td_ajax_filter_ids="23,22,37" ajax_pagination="load_more"]

there is a constant flow of new posts which are being displayed through that block, and SOMETIMES the ajax will won’t load anything for some time. Then after some time where enough new posts are inserted it works again. The response im getting when is not working is just a json object with an empty “td_data”

No problem on network or system. The only thing that changes is the posts that are going to be displayed. So? It may be the posts contents? Are the title/text or anything else information that goes from the database through your code is not escaped correctly? Maybe some un-escaped quote or bracket or something from the data messes it up? Unfortunately i can’t reproduce this bug at will, but it does smell like something is not escaped.

If i use one of theHomepage that come with the Newspaper Theme, I cannot modify the category that the modules show.
How may I change this? How can I decide which categoy i can show in any module?. Thanks

Whenever I add an inline banner ad to the homepage, the footer (the lower black portion of the homepage) changes and the sides are cut off. I am not using Google ads. http://www.onechristianvoice.com. How do I create inline ads without the footer changing shape?

Hello. I’m new buyer. Firstly congratulations and thanks for this perfect theme.

I’d like to learn what size of a post image. I selected style 2 for post template. And I use the template like in the demo homepage (http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/)

Depending on my before theme my post image size is in 765*400 dimensions. But I think this dimension is not suitable for Newspaper theme. Please look at this : (don’t miss section)

If possible I want to ask more questions :

1: how can I achieve to do black color of a section’s background in homepage (not title background). like this :

2: A post has 1 or 2 category. But to obtain mega menu I made all category as sub-category of parent catogories. That’s why in top of posts previews not only selected categories but parent categort. This is weird to me. Not ?

3: Is this possible that latest articles block in homepage has infinite scroll not pagination ?

4: I want to not show author box for my posts. Normally in my other theme It wasn’t previewed unless typing author description in backend panel.

I am having an issue with my structured data. I Used Google tool to check out how my website was looking and I got an error message for ‘WepPage’.

Also sitenavigationElement only shows one my homepage. I think this is because it reads my logo first. The logo link is immediately above and before any nav link in the HTML. Any thoughts? Help?

I just update to the latest v2.3.2 and the banner on top now shows twice. Never did that before and does not show like that on other pages I have it on. I don’t know how to make it show just once and I don’t have the code in the placement twice. I tried uninstalling visual composer to see if it was a problem with that but after reinstalling it did nothing to fix it. It is just the homepage top banner that does it.

Do you have any clues what it would be?

My homepage displays latest posts underneath a main box showing the last 6 posts.

For some reason, posts 1 to 7 display in the top box (Big Grid 6), then posts 8 to 17 display beneath this in (Block 15). I have continual scroll turned on and once the next set of posts loads they are the same posts 8 to 17 being duplicated, after the next load of continuous scroll the rest of the posts follow on under that as normal. Is this a bug?

One random thing ive noticed is that the first posts have their images cropped evenly which looks awesome, however all the ones underneath, including the duplicates, are not cropped evenly.
