Normally the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed: http://screencast.com/t/NqzloVgyUJB. In your case, it’s okay if you are using the same site.

The meta tags are controlled by the Seo Yoast plugin. Please try the following. Disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. This should rule out a plugin conflict you might have. If the problem is still there, check for any custom code added to the theme or modifications to the homepage (rows added inside other rows will cause the layout to break)

Please follow this guide to get it working:
1) Please make sure you have the latest theme version: 6.6.5. If not, you need to follow this guide to update your theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

2) Having the latest version of the theme is not enough if you do not update the social counter as well. You need to remove the current version you use: http://screencast.com/t/4jvRwNzK and then install the version of the plugin that comes with the 6.6.5 theme: http://screencast.com/t/9AKKURjTjX
You can recognize if you have the correct version of the plugin when you see the new app key settings: http://screencast.com/t/CIXxklBanNl If you do not have these settings in your social counter it means you do not have the correct version.

3)You need to follow this guide to get the requirements from facebook:

Please keep in mind that the social counter is not a live count. It will update once every few hours.

Once you followed all the above steps properly and made sure you have not missed anything, (and the social counter still does not work), then you can send an email to contact@tagdiv.com with your login information so we can further inspect the issue.

Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. I have tested on my side this kind of feature and works fine for all posts. Please try my advice and see how it works. I suspect your problem comes from your untested plugins which you have used on your side. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. It is necessary to follow this advice because it is possible that you plugins to interfere with our theme and could cause this kind of issue (js error). Also, please try to disable the lazy load effect from your Theme panel like this -> http://screencast.com/t/oTYiJsrse and see how it works after this.

Hello,
This error refers to the WordPress files. The wp-includes folder is reserved for the core WP files. Please try to disable all your plugins and generate the error log again to see if there are no plugin conflicts. You can also try it with a wp default theme to rule out any theme setting or theme related bug (we have no reports of such errors with our themes). If the error persists, you may have to reinstall WP on your site.
