I installed a new copy WP and Newsmag Theme to another domain at the same hosting. It does not works.

Hi,
Thank you for your quick response.
I installed a fresh copy of WordPress and the theme without code changes. I tried to disable the plug-ins and run in other browsers. It does not work.
Newspaper Theme on the same domain works.
What could be the reason?

Hi, I finally found the problem in facebook module, which is located on the Sidebar try to install a new module, thank you for your help while you help me 🙂

Yeh the loading I already spoke to Godaddy because theyre having some issues with nameservers so thats why its slow right now. Im just happy its up…we were down all day yesterday. When I tried to post just now i got an error, something about wp-image editor. Should i just re-install the theme? I feel like i broke something

Hi everyone, I’m new to this forum and downloaded the newsMag theme yesterday.
My current site is on wordpress 4.1.1, and I think newsMag successfully installed.
When I go to ‘live preview’ newsMag – theme doesn’t load and shows up as white blank screen.

Anyone have a solution or experienced the same thing?

The current theme my site is on is hueman (with child theme). http://www.goproace.com

I have disabled all plugins except the ones recommended for hueman theme.

isn’t working on Facebook. It works on LinkedIn and Google+.
I deactivated all the plugins and installed them again but still, Facebook doesn’t recognize the link.
Do you know what the problem might be?

I wanted to ask please:

I could try to install the V5 and try to fit it myself to RTL.
And if I can not then I get a refund?

Opinion: You can do a sticky thread where everyone will write RTL solutions for those who want them after the upgrade to V5.
Is that possible?

Hi,

Did you had any errors when you installed the demo? What do you mean with no completed?
Please note that installing the demo will not look exactly like our live demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ You will have only some categories,posts, pages like an example, you can create your own categories… and more items to the menu.

Also if you installed the plugins that come with the theme’s files you need to activate Visual Composer as the theme need this plugin to work: http://screencast.com/t/bPyeMpp2qtV

Visual Composer Not Saving Changes - topic

I purchased the Newspaper theme last night. The key was the magazine style homepage.

Whenever I create a homepage everything seems to be working -I can add blocks and update the settings – but when I go to update the page it simply wipes all my changes from the visual composer. And I am welcomed to Blank Page – I have no content yet!

I can also not preview any of the changes.

All I have managed to get to appear on my homepage is a latest articles list.

I also haven’t been able to get the big slider to work.

My site has existing content (600 posts).

I have deleted the WPBakery plugin and reinstalled from the provided files. I have deactivated all my other plugins and even deleted some redundant ones. Still no luck.

I’m at a loss. Without a magazine style homepage the theme is lovely, but redundant to me. I’m the first to admit that I’m new to wordpress, so I really hope its something I’m doing that I just can’t see through.

Any suggestions?

Do you know how to fix this problem as shown on the photo? When I share articles on twitter, the special characters will turn into a series of numbers.

I have WordPress SEO installed. I tried deactivating it but it’s still the same.

@jeanmarclhotel this is not an issue related to the theme, so I can only suggest what you can do. Normally you have to edit php.ini and change post_max_size like @redtaileagle changed here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/demo-install-halts/#post-42565

Hi,

Base64 encoding was used on demo data (the one which can be installed from Theme Panel) and it doesn’t contain any security treating code.
The rest off the warnings have no point.

Can you send me some email where I can privately provide you with access codes to that website?

Also can you please update the visual composer plugin with the currently latest version in your theme so I have the latest version installed? I believe it will be important to them to check over what is their latest version. I think the plugin you have in your downloads is a minor version behind.

Well we tried all the suggestions, but in the end VC and Newsmag combination is broken in our system no matter which combination we try. I have already invested too much time to trying these theme-plugin version combinations and disabling other plugins, trying with different themes.

Also in these changes our ad serving got problematic with theme changes deleting ad zone codes and I had to replace them all. Calculate lost impressions and delivery time of campaigns.

In the end CPU spike was too much pain so we have rolled back to Newsmag 1.6, uninstalled Visual Composer and changed homepage into blogroll.

Theme is great, VC is great but they don’t scale well with lots of traffic. But I still like it, it’s foundations are strong, support staff is working. I hope these problems will be solved in a month, next update etc. and we will be able to use a different homepage design and also keep it fast and bug free.

Thank you again, I’ll be waiting for an update.

I added the code then installed Regenerate Thumbnails, but it doesn’t look like it did anything. Same thing saying thumbnails aren’t optimized

How to make Full-Screen Slider Revolution on Newsmag Page - topic

Hey – I installed the slider revolution plungin down below and have the settings set to display full width slider. The page in newsmag doesn’t seem to want to make it any bigger than the normal width. What can I do?

I’m using version 1.6, don’t want to install the new version at the moment as I’ve read about some probelms.

Not using any cache plugin.
