I think that you have the Newspaper theme and not the Newsmag theme. Using the Newspaper theme, it is possible to use a cloud single post template that needs to be edited using the tagDiv Composer. Another case is to have standard templates, but the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin should not be installed from Newspaper plugins.

On my new site, when I open the URL it doesn’t match what I see when I’ve entered the WP backend to edit. Once I’ve logged into WP backend then in the browser the newpaper template looks as I expected. But if I open the URL on another pc in chrome it which hasnt been into the WP backend, then it doesnt look correct.
It has a mobile menu showing and looks like a mobile look, how do i turn that off so it only shows the desktop newspaper look?
I can’t install everything completely.. where am I wrong?

When i first installed the theme i was able to use the tagdiv editor to edit posts. please see here: https://pasteboard.co/G2ynv5XbpRhN.png when i added my third post it updated all posts.
if i add anything to this post it updates all posts with this content. why did the functionality change?

Having installed one of the pre-built website, I opted for the Observer theme but cannot remove the arabic text from the old theme on the mobile version. Cleared/flushe, cache but to no avail…..help?

You can combine it with the element menu login that allows you to set the links for login/register pages – https://i.imgur.com/fOUowam.png. To use those elements, you need to have the tagDiv Opt-in Builder plugin installed and activated.

I installed plugin created Field group but it not appearing that I can select created fields from the group.

I’ve been working WP for over 10 years, this is my first experience with TagDiv. most theses with “support” are not forum based. this is a fresh install, added 3 posts. each post changes all my posts to be the same content. names remain distinct but the default content block is overwritten on each post so they are all identical. IE: i create a new post, my last posts content block is there in TagDiv. Classic editor is blank on all.

Sorry, I misunderstood it. If you are referring to when a user creates an account, you can set the username and email on the same field for email registration and separate them with + +. I have install the theme and a pre-build demo, everything is perfect with installation. But the website remained with the default wordpress design. I have uninstall all the themes and keep only the Newspaper theme. But still remained with the old design like I havent installed and activated a new theme. If you are using plugin version 3.9.2, there should be no issues.

According to the developers at Wordfence, the warning message may still appear even when version 3.9.2 is installed. This happens because the plugin information includes the build timestamp:(Version: 3.9.2 | built on 22.10.2025 10:59)
This is not a problem, and the plugin is no longer vulnerable. The version number itself will be updated in the next theme update, which is expected to be released in January.

If you see on your website shortcodes this means that one of the theme plugins is not installed, go to Newspaper > plugins and make sure that tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library are installed (all theme plugins that have before the update), in some cases is need the tagDiv Opt-in Builder.

I see that in the theme there is a login option, but when I click it, nothing happens. I would like to create something like a community where people can log in and see their comments, or access exclusive content for free members, or a forum, or things like that. How can I implement it? It doesn’t work directly in the installed theme.

When you install the pre-built website DOCTORS PRO, all the necessary plugins for it will be automatically installed during the pre-built website installation. Normally, it needs the following plugins: tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Opt-In Builder, and Advanced Custom Fields.
Unfortunately, we do not have a tutorial for how to set the doctors to this search engine, but I can help you. Just let me know if you have the pre-built website installed or if you only want to import that section and use it.

I have a problem with my website not displaying most recent post on different pages like tag, category and on Flex Boxes on the main page. If I deactivate tagDiv Cloud Library, tag and category pages display the most current posts as expected. Same if I load another theme…
This has been ongoing for a few months since I installed this theme, I currently have the most recent version with the latest compatible wordpress version. I have disabled all other plugins and caching (cloudflare), to exclude plugins conflicts.
The block filters for my “Latest News” Flex Block 3 are as follow:
Category Filter: “–All categories–”
Sort Order: “Latest”
I have tried changeing it to “Random post from last 7 days” and the most recent post does appear sometime but when I select “Latest” again, it disapears.
All other options are empty or the default one.
Any ideas what is causing this issue?
We have a blog for 1 of our brands. Newspaper theme.
Over the years we’ve spent a lot of time tweaking it to meet our requirement.
Now we need to replicate it, exactly as it across other blogs we own.
1. We installed the tagdiv plugins.
2. Activated the license.
3. Found the same Newspaper Pro templates on the other site and marked them as Global.
4. Theme Panel – Exported from the main site, and imported in the other sites.
However to my disappointment, the site does not look anything like the first site, which we’d like to clone.
It seems all the modifications we made in the cloud templates of the first site, are associated to that site only on your servers.
We want to use the same global theme across all our sites. They need to look exactly the same.
Ideally, if we make a change to the cloud template of 1 site, it should automatically update on all sites.
Please advise how we can achieve this.

I am using the default Theme Header (no Cloud Template assigned), but in:
Theme Panel → Header → Mobile Header
there is no option to change the mobile header background color.
The mobile header is stuck as black, and:
The panel does not show a background color picker
Custom CSS does not override the black background
It seems like my installation is using a header style without mobile color controls, or the CSS is hard-coded and overriding everything.
Can you please tell me:
How to change the mobile header background color (I need it to be #1e40b0)
Whether my header style should have a color option
Which selector controls the mobile header background in my version
Whether this is a bug in the Newspaper header system

I’m trying to embed a MailerLite form in the Newspaper theme, but it doesn’t display when pasted into a Newspaper block (HTML/custom block). Sometimes I also get a message about incorrectly embedded code.
This is on a dev subdomain: dev.kulinarnyblog.pl.
Do I need to install the MailerLite WordPress plugin, or is there a recommended way to embed forms (specific block, shortcode, hook)?
