If you’re seeing only three options please make this adjustment in the tagDiv Composer plugin -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_first_install.php

Then hit a save in the theme panel and then revert the code back to the original, this will make the social icons appear properly again -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-default-templates/.

There was added a quick fix for this, what you need to do is to disable the tagDiv Composer, delete it and reinstall the plugin from Newspaper > plugins.

Having desactivated all pluggins and then reinstalled the theme … the bug happens everytime I activate tagDiv Standard Pack … which breaks my website and forces to open wordpress in recovery mode. Do you know what I can do please?

All the pluggins fail in the installation ..
I have restaured an recent version but even though I still have code lines in the middle of the page that I can’t remove. I have also seen this morning pluggins theme to install which I did and then all my website was broken … I’m in a recovery mode … is it because of an issue from the new version of the template ?

This is most common with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not support mobile devices, the mobile theme version can be used instead.
Instead, use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin and enable these settings (particularly mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
So, if you want to use mobile pages, then you do not need to have the mobile theme plugin activated, please check again the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY, now you have the mobile theme plugin activated.

This problem is caused by the cache plugin. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, please make sure you have enabled the mobile cache if the plugin has this option

Hi, after I install the Black Pro pre-built with content, nothing happened. The background color is nearly black and the text color is white.
But when I write my own post with Gutenberg editor, the text color (including post title, content, …) has a black color similar to the website background color.

I have version 8.8.1 of the Newspaper theme installed and wanted to update it to the latest version. I followed the instructions and did it via FTP https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
The theme update went fine with no errors, but after the update the site was broken. The menu and footer were no longer visible. All styles had been removed even though I exported the theme preferences. The entire site had lost its settings, styles and seemed full of broken code. All plugins were up and running.
I had to restore a backup to be able to go back to the previous version and the site continued to work, but I need to update the theme. WordPress currently runs on version 6.0.
Could anyone tell me how to update the theme without losing the original site’s styles, menu and footer? https://www.edicionrural.com/

The new update is in tests (there were some bugs).
I asked a developer to integrate the fix for the column text and text with title in tagDiv Composer in Newsmag v5.2, so you can disable, delete the tagDiv Composer and reinstall the plugin from Newsmag> plugins and this problem will be resolved.

Please try to do the update manually via FTP/cPanel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ by replacing the old theme with the new one (replace not overwrite).
Also, please do a full backup of all files and databases before updating.
Also, please try to update the theme without extra plugins activated during the installation, as this may interfere with the installation process.
Also, after the update please make the tagDiv plugins are installed, like tagDiv Standard Pack, tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Social Counter, etc.

It looks like I am not able to use one of its features I need due to the theme.
My theme on http://www.werribeenews.com.au if you type a URL incorrectly it will automatically take you to the best matching page. How do you turn off this auto redirect thing. It is conflicting with a plugin I need to use
I have two licenses – one site was installed with the old license key so it is unassigned. Where do I add the new license key?
Also. The custom builder is not accessible anywhere on my site. I have the plugin installed on both my sites with all the latest updates.

If you mean a video gallery to see the images open automatically, then this is not achievable with the TagDiv Slide Gallery. Hello, I tried it in the template settings and via tagDiv composer, in neither case did it work.
I tried disabling most other plugins, but that didn’t help either.
According to the server administrator, no module is installed that could affect this.

If you need to use the Mobile Theme plugin, then all you should do is to install and activate the plugin. Please note that you can not edit it with the Tagdiv Composer.
From your screenshot, I can see that you have a mobile page assigned.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, we recommend first to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and see the results.

Hi,
I have installed a Directories plugin called “Directories Pro”. It uses custom post types. I can view all associated custom post types in the Newspaper theme panel.
I want to be able to serve ads based on the various directory categories, and to do that I understand I need to add it so the tagDiv composer recognises each template in order to place ad code on the pages.
Looking at your documentation https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-post-type-support/ it seems possible but I’m not sure what do do next. I also asked this as a pre-sales question and was told it was doable.
So here is basically what I need to know.
The plugin has pages that are already built, so how am I able to integrate them into the composer so I can use the ‘insert ad code’ function?
Again, the only reason I need this is to be able to serve ads on pages. Not modify or add to what the plugin already provides.
