There is no option to activate anything, no option to click OK or confirm (as per the instructions) just this screenshot. Have tried with both Chrome and Microssoft Edge and get the same thing

Sir I have purchased a regular license. Now I have installed the newspaper theme in my 2 domains and I am using the same code in 2 domains and it has been activated. Will there be any problem in this case.
I am using Newspaper Version: 10.3.9.1. Social Media Counter does not work for Instagram. It shows 0 followers. All the others (facebook, twitter, etc) work fine. I uninstalled the tagDiv Social Counter plugin and installed it again. However, the problem persists.

Hi, I’ve installed the Magazine PRO prebuilt web site without any content. When I go to the page for one of the tags, no posts with that tag are displayed in the main body (they do show up in the sidebar). When I go to “Edit with TagDiv composer” the preview shows me the expected posts in the body of the page; but when I save and reload the page, they are gone again. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Greetings friends, I read through some forum posts and documentation though I did not see an answer to my problem.
* I have disabled the “TagDiv Mobile Theme” because I want a single reactive homepage
* I built my home page, http://www.docmandoo.com, in the tagDiv composer but what I see in the composer doesn’t match what I see on docmandoo.com
* In the TagDiv composer, in mobile view, I see a different header and footer than I see on http://www.docmandoo.com, when I’m using my phone

I am having the same problem with the WP Super Cache Plugin installed correctly. My mobile theme shows up on desktop sometimes and the desktop version shows on mobile (scaled).

If I understood it right, I can use the mobile theme plugin or I can create own mobile pages. If the mobile theme is installed, it will be override the own created mobile pages.
The mobile theme is a special light weight theme. If I’m using own created mobile pages instead of the mobile theme, are they also “light weight” such as the mobile theme?
On my current site I have a front page and I have created a mobile version of the front page. But the mobile version will not be shown on mobile devices (mobile theme plugin is disabled). How can I show the own created mobile pages on mobile devices?

Hello, We are using Newspaper theme version 10.3.9.1 on our multisite, with WordPress version 5.6.1 and WP Super Cache version 1.7.1.
We have set up WP Super Cache according to the directions on your support page, but the Newspaper theme system status still says “No caching plugin detected – for best performance we recommend using WP Super Cache.” Why wouldn’t it detect the recommended plugin?
We’ve tried disabling all plugins except WP Super Cache and haven’t had any luck resolving the issue.
Here is some more info from the system status page, please let me know how we can fix this problem, thank you.

It seems you have installed Mobile theme plugin. If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with it’s own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin and please send us a link to your website in order to take a look.

Hi,\Before the theme update, please make a full backup to your website and database, then disable all non theme plugins, child theme if you use and make the theme update as in our guide from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ use the method B, also please do not overwrite the old files, delete theme, after that install the new version.

Hi celhil, if you are sing the latest theme version, Newspaper v4.9.6 then the mobile theme can be disable on pages and posts -> https://i.imgur.com/SNSa4oo.png this option is available in Gutenberg editor, you can check more in our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
The Newspaper theme has another option for mobile , this is the mobile page/template, but for the moment this is not optimize for amp.
To migrate from a theme to another is quite tricky, for example if you use a demo and you made some changes on that demo content, this will be lost (when a demo is uninstalled/change the content of that demo is removed pages/posts/categories), you must duplicate that content to make sure that after you migrate everything is ok. Also if you have settings made in theme files, those will be lost, if you use a child theme, this need to be changed. As a conclusion, it can be done, but you must be very carefully.
The Cloudflare APO was not tested with the theme, but we have t on our list, unfortunately, I do not know to say a date when this will be tested.

Hi! I installed a pro theme life news and filled it with new posts. But I don’t understand why the mobile version for tablets and smartphones does not look on my website (http://bali.click/) like it looks on the demo website (https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_life_news/). There’s only the column with teasers of the last news reflected on my website. But on the demo website there are all the blocks with different formatting.
Have I done something wrong during the process of installation? Not installed some important functions? Or I need somehow to build the tablet and mobile version from scratch by myself?
To be honest the way the mobile version looks was one of the criteria for me to choose this exact theme. Very sad that it does not work properly.

This situation appear when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version.
