Thanks for responding. However, I am still not clear about any of the questions on which you gave me reply. Please try to explain in a little more detail. I am not a professional programmer. I hope you understand.
1) So you are saying that I should first create 4 categories and 4 different pages. Then I should assign each category with each different page. right?
Please check the image, I want something like this, if someone clink on the category from the header menu then it should take the viewer to a different page with such a introduction and then relevant topics. https://snipboard.io/y6pnfG.jpg
Now, I have sub questions for this.
a) The home page will have collection of all the articles from all the categories combined, right?
b) The category pages will have only relevant articles, right?
c) Please explain me about featured category. If I assign any article to featured category, then what exactly happens to that article?
d) Can I assign any article to multiple categories? For example, featured and health category at the same time?
2) I didn’t found any option in the cloud header to change the size of the logo in the header as well as in the footer. Please tell me how I can increase it using Custom CSS. Or with the help of image or graphics that which setting I should change to increase or decrease the size of the logo.
3) I have already written a short text in the box that you mentioned. However, I want to link a separate page to the Title “About us” in the footer menu. I hope you got my point. You gave me a box in the footer in which I can write something. However, there is no option to link the title to some other page.
And I also don’t see any option to customize or build the home page. How to do that? Please check the image.

6) Last questions, there are numerous options on the demo home page. If I remember correctly, I seen this problem before to on user, there was something that block the access to install the theme plugin, now I do not remember if it was a plugin or some settings that he had on host.
You can check without plugins or try to install the plugin manually.
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel. We will take a look to this problem. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thank you for your reply! I installed Enable jQuery Migrate Helper and that helped with fixing the problem about not being able to update any templates.
However, I still can’t access the Cloud Library and get the error message “Empty response received from server.”

As I know the 522 error is a Cloudflare error, you can check more in this article -> https://www.ionos.com/digitalguide/hosting/technical-matters/error-522-explanation-and-solutions/
What you can do is to make sure that the theme requirements are set like our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ and check if this problem persists only with theme plugins.
Also what you could try is do disable and delete tagdiv Composer and re-install it from Newspaper > plugins.
If there is still a problem you can make a full backup and we’ll take a look to see if the problem is caused by our theme.

Hi citizenmilton, this is not what we mean, the thing is that if you are edition a demo, when you’ll uninstall it or change all the content that was add by that demo will be removed, therefore if you edit the category that was from demo or a post/page, this will be lost.
The demo content is just to have an idea for how it will look, also you can choose to use the demo with content or only the demo settings/layout -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
Also you can choose to import the cloud templates from tagdiv Cloud Library -> https://i.imgur.com/OwYG2I9.png but you can edit them without any problems.

I have installed the Gadget Pro Demo (Newspaper theme) without Content on my blog excelmee.com.
I have edited the “Home” page using TagDiv composer.
In that, I could manage to change the “Logo” title. But the logo is not changing.
I have changed the logo image with a sample image. It uploads. But after saving, the “default” logo reappears.
Deleted page cache (WP Super Cache). But the issue remains.
Please help me to solve it.
Note: Also please let me know the logo image size as it’s not mentioned.

I have installed the awesome “newspaper theme” and the “gadgets pro” demo without content on my blog excelmee.com.
Everything is fine so far except creating new pages!
I have created an “About Me” page (not using the TagDiv composer) by clicking Pages > Add New WordPress menu.
When I preview I could see that the alignment of the page title is not perfect. It’s behind the title and logo.
I haven’t published the page. So unable to share the URL, here is a screenshot of the preview.
How to solve the issue? Once solved the issue, I can proceed to create other pages like Privacy Policy…

Hi Jenny, I do not know can be the problem that the theme needed to be re-activate, there were few rapports about this problem, but these users uninstalled and reinstalled other demos and there was something in uninstall function that removed the entire settings from theme panel, but now this is not longer a problem. But in your case somehow the settings from theme panel that are related in databases were change.

Hi andxtagdiv, I think that I understand wrong, I was thinking that you use some plugins for set the size, there are a lot of users that are using many untested plugins and they have problems using our theme, this is because some plugins affect the theme functionality, that is way we most of the time recommend to check the theme without other plugins, only with theme plugins, to know for sure if is a problem related to our theme or not.
As for your above question, if you set set 1px to one element this will be very hard to find it, I think it can be done using the inspector from browser.
At list let me know on what element you set 1px (provide some more details to recreate on my install and I will try to find a way to help you).

If you are using WordPress v5.5, you must use the last version of Newspaper theme too, only this will work on this version of WordPress.
Also if you already have Newspaper 10.3.6.1 and you have this problem, then try the below steps:
1. Disable tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uzBdRB9.png
2. delete tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/xGGfYE7.png
3. Reinstall tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Ay0zJHn.png or -> https://i.imgur.com/ZMgV9at.png
4. Clear all cache from your website, host and browser ( for browser use force refresh Ctrl Shift R ).
If the problem still persists, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

When I type a word in search box it returns proper results in drop-down bar. After clicking ENTER it turns me into results site and shows “no results found”. How can I fix it?
Note: I didn’t install any additional plugins for this, etc. It’s just standard search engine.
When I click “INSTALL” for tagDiv Mobile Theme on the Plugins tab in the theme panel, I get the message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

When I edit the homepage, I can see the icons next to the menu but on my home page, they’re gone. I’ve installed the Fonts Awesome plugin but can’t workout how to show the items. They disappeared the second I removed the background image.

I had to buy access to support again because I can’t fix this issue myself. My TD Composer has stopped working since the last Newspaper update.
I follow all requirements and have tried to:
– Deactivate all plugins except the TagDiv plugins
– Delete and reinstall TagDiv composer
– Clear all cache
– Temporarily disable the Firewall via Cloudflare
Also, when I try to access the Cloud Library, I get the error message “Invalid reply from server endpoint”. This issue was even before the latest theme update and I don’t know how to fix this.
I use the latest version of the Newspaper theme + the latest WordPress version.

I’m heavily confused by the usefulness of the demos.
I’d like to use the “Critic” format, with only slight tweaks.
So I tried renaming some categories – but that didn’t seem to work. Then I found a thread that said don’t change the content. If you can’t change the content, then how can a demo be used to seed your new site?
In order to match the “Critic” layout/style, am I going to have to uninstall the demo, then re-create it, from scratch, block-by-block, widget-by-widget?
I did everything as described, just had to reinstall and activate my “tagDiv Mobile Theme”.
But when I go to my site on my iphone I get the message:
There has been a critical error on your website.
That’s strange, on the desktop and ipad no problem.

I installed the demo called “Fitness blog”
Now from that I wish to edit the main menu and have my own categories. I didn’t find any option to add new categories to my menu and also to edit the already exiting categories. Please tell me how to do that? As I don’t want the exiting ones.
I installed the Enable-jquery-migrate-helper plugin and it worked for me! and TD Composer works correctly again.
Hope they can fix the problem in a new version.

Hello! I have the same problem. I updated wordpress version and theme version, and the div composer tag is not loading.
I think like Pietro Costanzo the div tag composer is not compatible with the latest version of wordpress (v5.5).
I had to go back with v5.4.2 and then tag div composer works fine.
These steps don’t work for me:

3. Reinstall tagDiv Composer
