This is my 2nd TagDiv newspaper site, but this time the TagDiv Composer plugin that I installed isn’t appearing anywhere. I deleted old themes and plugins to check for conflicts, and it still is not working. Can you please help?

Usually this problem appear when you do not install the right file and you try to install the whole theme package.

Is it possible to backup cloud templates, I am using right now with the theme?
Here is what I need. I have a customized site with edited cloud templates which came when I installed a demo.
I want to try other demo templates, but want to revert back to the current one. How can I do this?
I think I could solve the problem. Now I have installed the coffeeblog theme with the demo and now it was possible to make changes to start-home-page.

Now I have installed a cloudtemplate. After that I can set the headings from h3/h4 to h2. Ok. But I can’t activate the homepage-template in such a way that it appears on the blog. And I don’t understand, why my homepage looks different than the coffeeblog theme I have installed and why I can’t do any changes in the coffeeblog?

I have deactivated all plugins but there is no change I can’t open the tagdiv-composer for the index-site and also not for single post pages. 🙁 I don’t use a child-theme and no separate cache-plugin.
When I go to edit template, to make changes in a post, it shows me the message: please select a tagdiv builder template from the theme panel or set a default template. the current page/post uses a template that is not editable.
I have installed the coffee blog template….

Hi, your team already contacted me and tried to solve the situation on the backed of my website, without luck, the come to the same conclusion that the tagDiv Standard Pack creating the problems on my website, and when its turned ON I getting black pages on my one-post page.The issue still remain when I turn on JUST the official plugins (without any other plugin). And as well when I install any plugins that your company recommending I got the same blank page, with almost every plugin. I urgently need to be resolved this problem, because I need to install some plugins to speed up my website, because it is loading extremely slow. Again I want to use just the plugins that you already tested with the Theme. So my question is would you like to I create backup with the duplicator, and send ti to you to test it??? Because its not the best idea to test my site till is up and running and I have frequent visitors.
Next problem: the Viber and whatsapp didn’t show on my one-post page, the rest of the social buttons working but this two doesn’t show up.

If mobile theme is rendered on desktop that is because of the cache. 99% of this cases the mobile theme is rendered on desktop because of the Cache plugin. We recommend using the WP Super Cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

That customer removed the theme and install it again like you do an update with FTP.
First please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins and SEO Yoast, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I’ll try to explain the the speed improvement that our company is referring. The standard Pack from Newspaper X is for standard style/templates, using standard plugin all the style from the theme will be loading in your website, if you rebuild your website only with cloud templates then you can deactivate the standard package, then you should be able to see an improvement, the cloud templates will load only the necessary style. Please make a test on a staging website, get the Newspaper 10.3 from your themeforest account install a PRO demo and deactivate the standard package check the results and after that try with a standard templates with standard pack enable.

For me the website is working correctly. When you install the mobile theme plugin, then the only thing that should be changed is the mobile version, but if you are using some cache plugins and these are not set correctly to work with our theme, then is possible to be displayed the mobile version on desktop.

All posts in my site (thebankingnews.com) are loading fine except the latest two posts. Means, the posts which are posted after installing this theme showing errors message “There has been a critical error on your website.” at bottom of the post and not showing the sidebar as normal.
Please suggest me how to fix this?
The edit button content is not working.I’ve seen that on column text and title text entities. I think it was working before. switched off the newly added plugins but didnt fix it.
I also replaced some css files with a minified version. Dont know if that broke it.

Please address this so I can use this theme.
Having difficulties with importing ‘Black Version Pro’ theme. I can import other themes, but this one will crash the server. After installment, i get 500 error.
– installed API key and video list working again.
– but new videos don’t show up. Old videos can be watched but new youtube IDs dont work.

I have a similar problem. some time ago i added 6 videos to my video playlist. it worked flawlessly. now i can no longer add videos. it doesn’t work. I have put a new video playlist below on my page. there i inserted a video code. it does not indicate it. see page: laneverland.com
I removed and reinstalled tagdiv composer. it is of no use.

Following are steps i did.
1. Replace old theme with newsmag
2. Install and activate td-composer and deactivate all existing plugins.
3. Added logo to desktop site, hide top bar, hide social media icons
4. Saved settings and navigate back to wordpress Post menu to add new post.
5. All changes reflected to frontend
Now I install and activate td-mobile plugin, all changes made to theme panel reversed to default. No logo, topbar and social media icons appeared.
I did not make any change to demo.

Hello – I installed the plugin WP User Avatar and uploaded an image to my user. The image appears on my author page but does not appear on the author widget or in the author box.
