A lot of people install the plugin without knowing what it does and after that, they add many plugins and some of them are not written fine so the developer took this decision. Updating from newspaper 4 is no longer considered an update. It will be exactly like switching to a new theme. There have been so many changes since then that the current version is practical a new theme compared to newspaper 4. You can simply delete the old theme and install newspaper 9 just as a new theme and re-create your pages and widgets.

The posts and pages would have to be present in the database in order for the theme to display them, in blocks for example. Maybe if all these domains share the same database, it would be possible

Unfortunately we haven’t tested the theme in such an environment, I can;t say what would be the best solution.
Maybe some other theme users that managed to do something similar can share their solution.

In some cases this was caused by the PHP version installed on the server. If possible try using PHP 7 or 7.1 then check again. If the problem remains, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login so we can take a look. Also cPanel will be helpful if possible. Let us know.

WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
Please add this code in the .htaccess , file at the end of the file:

I have installed and configured WP Super Cache as per the configuration guide but in the theme system panel there is still the yellow alert “no cache plugin detected”.
I tried to deactivate all plugins but WP Super Cache but the issue is still there.

On the admin page, go to “Newspaper”, and press install demos.
After this find the Journal demo, and press uninstall. After uninstalling journal, you should be able to install all other themes again.

Hi,
I had installed the Journal demo with content and then decided I would uninstall and try a different demo.
But I no longer have the option to import all content – only settings? If I try to import content there is no button to click OK (but there is for settings only?)
Any ideas, other than uninstalling and reinstalling the theme?

When I make changes in my theme panel and click save changes I get the flashing rotating squares forever. I did a new WordPress installation and new database, downloaded the latest version of the the theme (9.5) but the problem still exists.
Update:
The update seems to be a problem with the update of the Tagdiv Composer. I was able to solve the problem by deleting the tdComposer folder in /wp-content/plugins/. Then I reinstalled the TD Composer in the themes plugin menu. Everything works again now.
Hello, I recently installed a demo of the theme.
For the homepage, I deleted the parts that I don’t need and ready to build my home page from that.
However, when I tried to drag and drop with tag composer, it doesn’t work.
When I try to add elements, nothing happens. The only thing I can do is to adjust existing elements from your demo.
Could you please tell me how to fix it? Thank you!

Further to this issue – and thanks for the support via email Bogdan
An update is: Increased wp-mem to 512M in wp-config and at host – Bogdan confirms that is correctly changed and theme panel confirms it as 512M
Updated theme to 9.5 – cloud template problem then happens again – I’m initially able to edit and import cloud templates, but after a few minutes they whitescreen – so from admin > Cloud > All Templates – there’s a white screen – doesn’t affect site at all just this screen. They do show in ‘Add new’ > ‘Post’But I can’t go back to edit again or even delete them.
I’ve checked all plugins again and the issue appears to be Yoast SEO Premium 9.5 and upwards – I have 9.6.1 installed, deactivating it fixes the problem
I then downloaded Yoast SEO Premium 9.4 from the repository and there seems no issue now
Will update if the problem shows up again, because it has been intermittent

This is the Third time I have Installed Demo Theme “SAY WHAT?” on the same Domain Name, on day 1 of installation everything works fine but on next day when I try to open the url, I only see the dysfunctional menu.
