After installing the Newspaper theme, I did SEO analysis with Rankmath; here is the result:
1. I have 2 H1 tags
2. There is No H2 tag on my homepage; all my post titles are on H3 tags.
Please guide me to removing the additional H1 tag and also changing my blog post tiles on the homepage to H2.

I’m experiencing a critical issue with the Newspaper theme (version 12.6.6) on my WordPress site (here). The problem only occurs on WooCommerce category and product pages and persists even after deactivating all plugins except for the following:
tagDiv Cloud Library
tagDiv Composer
tagDiv Mobile Theme
WooCommerce
I installed the las versions of all plugins.

Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ or you can use WP Rocket.
Also, please let me know what plugin you use for the cache now.

I think that you have malware on the website.
f you want to update the theme, you should download the latest version of it from Theme Forest account and download it.
I recommend that you update the theme manually https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ via FTP/cPanel/File Manager, also if possible disable extra plugins during the theme update to avoid any problems that may arise and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the websiteās look. You can try to update the theme on a staging website.
After you update the theme, you need to update the theme plugins too.
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases), in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
You could consider reinstalling the WordPress version, and checking for this plugin wp-zexit.php. It might be wise to inspect via FTP if it doesnāt appear in the WordPress -> Plugins. Additionally, using Wordfence to scan the website and remove unknown users would be prudent.
Change admin passwords and delete admin accounts you are not familiar with;
ā Delete any weird/unknown plugins;
ā Delete the weird/unknown themes;
ā Clean unfamiliar Theme Panel injected code (example ā https://i.imgur.com/4q70kCv.png);

If an attacker wants to target this URL /wp-json/tdw/save_css they can do so. Even if the website uses a different theme, the attacker can still try that URL. We could add an option to be able to enable/disable the Live CSS, it will be considered. But for now in order to remove it this can only be done with a modification to the composer plugin. I think that all that removing it requires is to comment this line of code ā https://prnt.sc/RtwvL5Nc4ikR -> https://prnt.sc/ymZmhdUfp57U But as I mentioned, the attacker can still try to access the URL.

I installed the prebuilt website templates of The Rimont on the staging site of brightonwall.com and it is just pages that are affected. I tried to use other prebuilt websites as a trial and the same issue occurs regarding pages not loading properly. I even tried The Parenting prebuilt template which is what au-ti.com was built on although I have heavily customized it. It appears that pages are default to a ‘mobile page’ which is why they are not loading the prebuilt template of The Rimont and I can’t figure out why this is the case. I have gone right down to basics by disabling all plugins and reenabling them all one at a time. There is clearly a conflict on page templates which I am struggling to isolate the cause.

Please let me know if you have a child theme; if yes, please use the main theme. Also, please deactivate, delete, and reinstall tagDiv Composer from Newspaper -> Plugins and check if the issue persists.

Reinstall WordPress version 6.5.5 and again now it is showing perfect – NOT MOBILE VERSION TO DESKTOP USERS. I AM PREETY SURE, AS I WILL NOT MAKE ANY MORE CHANGE AFTER FEW HOURS IT WILL AGAIN START SHOWING MOBILE VERSION.

I have the tagDiv Composer installed properly, but when I go to edit my site in the Newspaper Theme Panel or under Appearance>Customize, I don’t see the option to “Edit with tagDiv Composer” anywhere. I’ve looked around, deactivated seemingly conflicting plugins like Elementor, but still can’t find it.
Where/how can I find the edit with tagDiv button so I can start using it?

Yes, it works because version 12.6.3 is now installed as I have already explained. The problem is that when I upgrade to a newer version it stops working and I have to go back to this version.

Hello! I have problems with the mobile version of my website. I have created a mobile template for each page and the homepage. Also for the single template and other WordPress templates.
Each one has a yes in the Mobile Template column.
The fact is that when I enter the mobile it doesn’t look like it should, but rather the latest news appears in a row and the design is not the same.
The same thing happens with the menu on the mobile, since when I click on a page from the mobile it does not appear and only the title of said page appears.
All of this, except the mobile menu, is done in the ‘Cloud Templates’ option.
How can I solve that?
I don’t know if something needs to be installed or not. I have the AMP plugin installed and the AMP option activated in the Mobile Theme of the Theme Panel.
Additionally, the menu for the mobile version is with the mobile pages created.
I also forgot to mention that when I’m on the mobile below I get the option ‘exit the mobile version’ and there it appears correctly, but I don’t know how to make the header logo look smaller.

No, that’s not the case. I also tried creating a new subdomain, installed a fresh Newspaper theme, and whenever I try to use any cloud single post template, it causes the problem.
If I use only the global standard default, there is no issue, but whenever I try to use any template like old site or a new cloud template for posts with the same settings, the problem persists in the post templates. There are no problems with the page cloud templates or any category cloud templates.
