I recently installed your theme, I am not sure how to use your tagDiv Composer in blog post.

tagDiv Composer is working only in pages but not in post, can you please guide me on this ?

I recently purchased the newspaper theme and I was under the impression that Jetpack was a supported plugin however once installed I noticed that the Jetpack infinity load is not functioning. I looked at the Jetpack documentation and added the additional function as required and the infinity load options become available however I am still not able to get this to work on a single post.

I was testing my homepage speed in webpagetest and my site loads on average in 33s.

In the waterfall view I can identify that the last thing downoladed is the favicon with a difference of 22s from the previous content.

I have installed WP super cache without seeing any optimization and I tried to eliminate the favicon but it remains the same, even deleted.

How can I do now?

yesterday I bought this new fantastic theme (Newspaper 9) and I’m still configuring it right now.
One problem I have is the one written in the title: when I visit my site (www.ranierisdesk.com) images will not load correctly. Sometimes the thumbnails are missing but not the ones in the slider, sometime the opposite.

In the old theme I used Smush. I disable it and unistalled. Cleared the cache from cloudflare (I don’t use anyalse plugin to generate the cache) and I installed and used the plugin “Regenerate Thumbnails”. Nothing changed.

Maybe is some plugin I have installed that is uncompatible?

I get an issue when trying to use templates:

Download/installation: Installable WordPRess file only

Template: Homepage – Default Demo
Error Code: Errors happened during tdcIFrameData.TdcLiveView -> customRender!

Do i have to use a specific tamplate first, such as “page builer + empty page”?

What could the issue be?

Recently we started a web (https://www.optimoda.es/) with Newspaper theme and for the managment of banners we install the AdRotate Pro plugin.
AdRotate Pro has the possibility of discriminating banners according to support (mobile phone or computer)
From the same banner I have two sizes, one for computer and another for mobile phone. For example, for a banner of 1068 x 275 pixels on the computer, for the mobile I have one of 300 x 500 pixels.
The problem occurs when the mobile phone does not show the full size of the banner. Only part of the banner appears. As if the container box did not adapt well.
In said container contains a shortcode referring to the group of banners.

I hope you can help me solve this problem!

I installed the preset “nature” and at the very bottom of the page there is a kind of footer witch is not possible to modify with the footer settings and it includes a sum-up of the website with “QUICK LINKS”, “LATEST NEWS” and “INSTAGRAM”. I really can’t find where can I modify it and i’ve been looking for it since yesterday.
You can see it on my website http://www.feeltheworld.it/ scrolling down at the very bottom of every page.

First Thanks for your awesome theme. Love it :).

I installed mobile theme plugin and done the necessary set up you described in documentation. Issue is that posts without featured images didn’t seen on category pages on mobile. Can you kindly check this issue and suggest me how to solve this.

ps: This is a topmost priority one for us we have lot posts to publish and can’t design or select featured images for every posts we publish.

Some of our social counters are working but others are not:

We do not have a caching plugin installed and not connected to a CDN. We have tried from incognito tab in browser. The tagDiv Social Counter is version 4.4. The theme is version 9.0.1

We originally had the wrong social IDs for FB and Youtube and those DID show the correct counters. But several days after changing them, the counters are stuck at zero for both.

I have installed your theme on http://www.itdesksolutions.us
It shows perfectly on all devices except mobile.
On mobile
1. menus are not working
2. On home page it shows posts before footer even after setting static page as Home
