If you want a boxed site, it is enough to add a background image to the site and it will go into boxed mode.
If you install a demo without content, only the general colors and style will be grabbed.

Deactivate and remove all theme plugins and reinstall them. Deactivate all other plugins, leave only theme plugins active. Check to see if everything works as intended.

2. They seem alright to me, there are no height or width differences from what I can see, between the sliders. Maybe I am not seeing the issue, please correct me.

i installed travel blog demo and i recieved this error message on the web site

Sure I’ve done those before I asked. The link I gave you is the new fresh install on my subdomain and I’m pretry sure that I’ve done everything according to the documentation.
Another issue is that I can’t find the social share buttons as they appear on your demos. They’re always combined with the “plus” icon.

Ask your hosting provider to increase the parameters if needed. Deactivate and remove the theme plugins, re-install them from the latest theme package. Deactivate all other plugins, leave only theme plugins active. Check if the error is still displayed.

You should download the latest version of the theme from Theme Forest, make a full backup to your database, remove the older version of the theme and then install the new update theme via FTP way according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ We recommend doing this way because this is the surest method in this case.

Most likely, all of these errors happened due to a bad theme installing. My advice is to make a new fresh install to another sub-domain, clear all the caches, purge CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare and check the results. Regarding on feature video, make sure that you have correctly added the Video according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/ I have made some tests on my side with this demo and everything seems to work as expected.

You could begin locally on a sub-domain for example, install the theme activate it, then set and configure everything as needed. The theme activation can be reset in the theme system status.

Also, if the problem is still there, you should make a new clean install from scratch to another sub-domain via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare and check the results. How to install Visual Composer
Step 1: Access the WordPress plugins section
Step 2: Press the add new button and press the upload plugin button:

Might not be related, but you may want to manually install WP 4.9.2 vs from panel. We had a bunch of server timeout issues from the main WP upgrade server the other day due to overload on their end (!). So, took couple of tries to get system updated couple of sites for our Newsmag sites.
Quick question. I’m converting the site http://thegayguidenetwork.com to the Newspaper theme.
The existing site is older with a LOT of content. Would it be smarter to set up a text URL to map out categories, menus, and flow before installing the new Newspaper theme? What would people recommend based on experience of converting an existing site?

I believe that if you have a SEO plugin installed it should pick the right image. The theme does not have any options in this matter of it’s own. The og tags added by the SEO plugin should ensure the proper image is picked.

I have the same error. Fresh installation via FTP. I switched off also all incompatible plugins with booster. Still the same… wp booster error: td_api_base::mark_used_on_page: a component with the ID: tds_api is not set. and the second one Missing parameter:’file’

2. This is unusual, I have not seen this before. SO on the website there are currently 2 footer sections. That would suggest the theme is not working as it should or has not been installed properly. Or maybe if you made modifications to the theme files.
3. The tagDiv composer does not have woocommerce elements. It will render however woocommerce shortcodes added in text elements for example

4. I don’t quite understand what you are entering in the footer (if that is the footer) and how exactly you are viewing the footer in the backend.

Make sure you are using the latest version of the theme and plugins from the latest version as well.
There was an issue similar to what you are describing in a previous theme version, it is currently fixed.
If you recently updated the theme to the latest version, deactivate and remove all the theme plugins. Reinstall them again from the latest package you have downloaded (specially then multi-purpose plugin).
Also check the theme system status, ask your hosting provider to increase the value of the parameters mentioned in this guide
