It seems that the plugin has not been right installed. I suggest you make a new clean install from scratch, via FTP way and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins.

You must import the demo on your website as well. The slider demos are provided in the theme package, you just need to follow this guide to install it

That is done from the cdn server IF you use one. If you do not know how to reset it , you most likely do not use one so skip that part.
If after the disabling of the plugins and clearing of cache, the site is not up properly, you should try to make a clean install via ftp: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ to make sure all the theme files are properly in place on your server.

@thesussexrag, notice that with TD Composer you cannot edit a category page, sorry but I do not know where exactly did you see this, sorry! Notice that our page builder was fully tested and seems to work as expected if it was right installed according to our documentation. Provide more screenshots with your problem so I can identify it if you have something like this.
@shaker, ensure that you are using the latest theme version which comes bundled with the theme packet and also, checks your WP version to be the latest one. Hello,
I installed google fonts locally (palanquin) in the custom fonts part of the theme.
However, after installing this, the theme is still loading some fonts which are slowing down the loading.

The my private throwaway site I activated the theme on is live on the internet. I am working with another person on the project.
Regarding maintenance mode sure thing – I can install something on my end.
My question was around the activation of the theme.
If I have activated the theme on this site which is live on the internet, is there a way for me to deactivate it for the live URL I have activated it on, so that I can use the license for a different live URL?

Thanks for the response, but that video doesn’t show anything about installing via FTP, just installing the demos which I have been testing.
I did the install inside WordPress using the Appearance –> Themes –> Add New and from the newspaper.zip folder. Then, installed a demo theme.
The only single place that “Edit with TD Composer” appears, is on the home page. Nowhere else and only them is some demos not all of them.
Nowhere have I ever seen the “Edit with TD Composer” link on a category, which is shown is some of the promotional videos.
I have the latest install, as it was only bought a week ago.

I uploaded my google fonts into /fonts/ in the root of the wordpress install.
I added the css generated by this tool in custom css.
May i know how can i tell the theme now to call those fonts locally instead of google server ? which file shall i modify ?

Please try to deactivate all your other plugins, clear any caching installed then activate the mobile theme plugin. It should activate and work properly. It could be a conflict between plugins. This is usually the case

Then try again while having only the plugins provided in the theme package active. If you have a child theme, switch to the main theme. All the parameters mentioned in the guide should be modified according to the documentation, please check that again.
After all this, if the theme panel is still not saving properly, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide there admin login information. We will take a look and maybe identify why this is happening.

Check any custom code you might have in the theme panel related to this, or in a child theme. I have just tested the background ad in the version 8 and it is working properly. So it must be something in your case that is interfering with this function.

Check your list with installed plugins and check if the Visual Composer or TD Composer is enabled. You will bring these shortcodes because one of these is not active. we recommend using the TD Composer. 1,2)Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed. In your case, I guess that you should buy another license for our theme from Theme Forest.

A.Yes, every time when a new post is posted, the feature image will be displayed in Big Grid and the order will be depending on its posting (latest, random, etc). Also, notice that our Big Grids has a fixed style and the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to change the box between them.
B.Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for YouTube, sorry! The only available options for YouTube is YT Sharing and YT Playlist which can be used according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/ if you will install the Social Counter.

No license for Visual Composer needs to be bought because this plugin comes bundled with the theme packet. Check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ If it is of the same recommended value or higher, there should be no problem in saving theme panel settings and the demo should be installed as expected.
