I bought the newsmag theme last month. I found out that the theme is sometimes displayed on a mobile phone in one layout /see v1/ and sometimes in another./see v2/ do you know what the reason is? can only the display of one design be fixed? I would still like the v1 design. thank you for your help
I edited a post from my mobile phone (without saving) and that made it switch back to the twenty twenty theme and now my site looks completely messed up.

I seem to be facing issues with the responsive-ness of my theme on maverickmefoundation.com. I am using Dreamland PRO and have customized it quite a bit. I am not a developer, so have played around as I find Newspaper very easy now having used it on five websites.
But, it doesn’t show properly on mobile gadgets. The header logo, mobile menu and other text that I have flown on top get misplaced. I am not using tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin. Is that the reason?

AMP is deprecated as of January 2023-> https://developer.bigcommerce.com/docs/storefront/wordpress/platform-integration/enabling-amp so we don’t longer recommend it.
Also, if you want to use mobile theme then you need to set the logo in Theme panel -> mobile theme.

I installed this theme yesterday with newseekpro template. The site is not loading on mobile devices properly. On ios, the site is responsive but the newsweek theme is not visible. On android, the site is not responsive at all. I have installed tagdiv mobile theme plugin and checked on the Mobile+Amp in the mobile settings section on themepanel Also, updating logo with tagdiv composer is really painful. We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. You can see your mobile version there and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. I have successfully created a mobile version of my website using the tagDiv Composer without enabling the tagDiv Mobile Theme and Official AMP for WP options. Everything is working fine as expected.
However, I noticed that enabling these two options might further improve speed and optimization. After activating them, I realized that the mobile pages I painstakingly designed seem to not be applied within the tagDiv Mobile Theme and Official AMP for WP frameworks(It is the default theme style).
Is there any way to directly copy my existing styles and setting into the tagDiv Mobile Theme and Official AMP for WP? Or is it recommended to keep these options disabled in my case?

You have the AMP+tagdiv mobile theme, which is why you don’t have the button on mobile.

I’ve integrated Newsmag with NEWSLETTER PLUGIN app and when I click on unsubscribe button it works fine in case of desktop only. When I click on mobile browser I see the page NEWSLETTER without forms.
The NEWSLETTER PLUGIN support told me that it’s the matter of theme.

@SurFM You need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP and use the option 1 or 2 mentioned above. They can be customized better than the mobile theme. Please read all about the mobile theme and its options above.
@scottjengle This situation appears when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version. You have to change the cache plugin that you are using and use mobile theme or just use the mobile page or the responsive version(option 1 or 2) and deactivate the Mobile theme plugin.

I have set up the front page through the Cloud templates and checked the mobile view there which appears fine. However the front page is not displaying correctly on the live site. I have tried adjusting the theme options but I couldn’t find any relevant settings to resolve the issue. Additionally, I attempted to make changes in the mobile editor for the homepage but the issue persists.I am also encountering some errors and I have attached a screenshot of the error messages for your reference.

The settings from theme panel are used for standard templates, only for a few elements.

Edit your article with the TagDiv Composer; click on that element, and you can see those settings.
