Hi,
The following plugins were not included from the beginning.
tagDiv Composer
Revolution Slider
TagDiv Mobile Theme
TagDiv SpeedBooster
I think that the following was installed when updating the theme.
tagDiv Composer
When tagDiv Composer is invalidated, the character display is normal.
However, the image is not displayed.

The difference between the test server and the production server is whether the following plug-ins are not included.
Popup Maker
http://fightersspirits.sakura.ne.jp/043.jpg

Version
Test server Newspaper – Theme panel version: 8.0
Production server Newspaper – Theme panel version: 7.8.1
Popup Maker is in the test server, but it is disabled.
All other plugin versions are the same.
The custom CSS is below. It is described on the test server and the production server.
.widget_nav_menu .sub-menu {
display:none;
}
.td-category-header .td-page-title { text-transform: capitalize; }

Hi,
Will you support the child theme for mobile in the near future?
I really missing that right now.
Hi,
The mobile theme will not recognize these shortcodes unfortunately. The only ad options for the mobile theme can be seen in the theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/pPYkgprrf
The mobile theme is meant to be as light as possible for the best performance on mobile. If you would like to display the same content from desktop, you can simply deactivate the mobile theme plugin. The theme will adapt to each device, due to it’s responsive design.
Here you can find all the options regarding the mobile theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks
Hello
I guess that you want to insert some advanced CSS code, right? So, please notice that if you will check our theme panel, you will see in the Custom Code section, the Advanced CSS, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/UqOE6hFrd If you want to change the font size only for mobile devices, you will choose to add your code only for this in mobile section. Notice that the custom CSS should have to be made by you, according to our useful guide, like this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi Simeon:
As requested, all plugins were removed. The same issue persists, the home page renders, but posts do no (they display white blank pages). The debug log has lots of these entries:
[26-May-2017 11:59:16 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method td_options::get_array() in /home/bizcatal/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/parts/menu-mobile.php on line 10
[26-May-2017 11:59:26 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method td_options::get_array() in /home/bizcatal/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/parts/header/top-widget.php on line 15
When I revert back to the old version of the theme, everything works. When I enable all plugins over the old theme, all is still working.
Help!

Hi,
That is where the actual login link and registration link are defined
– https://www.screencast.com/t/7OvV5yPlFxkw
If you use the mobile theme the file is this one
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ffJfqSwG
I don’t understand exactly what mobile cover you are referring to. Those are the files responsible with the theme login.
The background for the mobile background can be changed like this

Hi Simon,
Thanks for the instructions.
But what we have to do with posts created with VC?
If we are using tagdiv composer we are getting wider posts, and also the demos are not working properly. This made me loose trust on tag div in future updates…
sample post with issue https://www.stufeed.com/tech/airtel-makes-free-unlimited-outgoing-calls-local-std-all-mobile-calls-with-daily-2-gb-3g4g-data-free/
Its terrible..
even I am not getting any option to edit those posts with tagdiv.. so how can i activate the tag div composer to realign my post pages?
also the mobile plugin has issues.
I have wasted much time in installing the theme by all the ways but nothing worked properly.
Only way is to uninstall/deactivate tagdiv composer and enable only VC
Hi there,
I would like to apply the same principle but for the mobile theme. What files do I have to edit to add <?php echo do_shortcode (‘[td_block_ad_box spot_id="custom_ad_1" tdc_css=""]‘); ?> for the mobile homepage?
Hi all,
Could let me know what CSS I have to modify to increase the font size just in the smartphone view?
I’m not using the mobile plugin, just the regular theme.
Thanks,
Daniel
Hi,
Please try to disable all your plugins, clear any caching installed then install and activate the mobile theme plugin. This could be a plugin conflict, this way you will rule out this case.
Thanks
Hi,
That probably means that a plugin is causing the problem. I suggest you try to disable all your plugins except the ones provided with the theme, clear any caching installed and check to see if the problem is present. The mobile theme is and was working properly with the theme. It must be one of your plugins that is causing this issue. Some caching plugins have been responsible in similar cases.
Thanks
Hi,
Please note that is no rush to switch to the new composer. You just have to create a new page in the new front-end composer (recreate the same design or something different if you want) and then set this page as homepage. Like it is specified more elements will be added in future updates, just for the tagDiv composer. You should not use Visual composer and TagDiv composer at the same time, or edit pages created in Visual composer with the new editor.
You do not need to use the AMP plugin, the mobile theme is a mobile plugin that can be used by itself. More information here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks
Sorry but no implementation was made into this regard. This request has to increase in popularity before our development team can consider implementing such functionality.
Custom post types were not tested with the mobile theme
Thank you!
Dear Simion,
I will appreciate if you can properly highlight the lines to edit for mobile cover sign in and join.
I will also appreciate if you can point me to the location in the theme where I can disable the mobile cover sign in and join.
I will also appreciate the location to change the default image picture on the mobile cover.
Thanks.
Hi,
tagDiv Composer = tagDiv Composer
tagDiv Social Counter = tagDiv Social Counter
Visual Composer = WPBakery Visual Composer
Revolution Slider, what a plugins name?
tagDiv Mobile Theme, what a plugins name?
Once I know the name, I will uninstall the old plugin and install the latest version.
Thank you!
Hi,
The mobile theme plugin is optional, you can deactivate it if it does not work properly for you. The theme design is fully responsive and will adapt for the best results on every device.
Thanks
Hi,
If you are using the mobile theme a scroll to top is displayed. If you do not use it, you could activate it with a code like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/kmewhpua
You just need to enter it in Theme panel->Custom Css section
@media (max-width: 767px) {
.td-scroll-up {
display: block;
}}
Thanks
A quick update-
To call shortcodes in php, one can use:
<?php
echo do_shortcode('[CONTACT-US-FORM]');
?>
Perhaps adding div to them is more smoother. </br> after div can be used to create breaks though.
Conclusion: I was indeed unable to set up bbPress completely (tried everything, but there are many bugs which just can’t be fixed, including enabling tinymce support in mobile theme functions).
So, i rather installed phpBB on subdomain (https://doc.medicforyou.in). Funny bbPress installation messed up phpBB installation and i couldn’t use forum.medicforyou.in since the directory of wordpress was also pointing to subdomain, thereby, creating two phpBB installations- https://medicforyou.in/forum and https://forum.medicforyou.in .
For those requiring help on installation of https over subdomains- simply add same cloudfare origin certificate settings to your subdomain (Guide).
Thank you for support, i wish there was compatibility of mobile theme with bbpress. Never mind. 🙂
It’s “tagDiv Mobile Theme” plugin that was causing the problem. Do we need this plugin? Or is it recommended to use this plugin?
The trouble disappeared. So, when theme panel version was changed to 7.8.1.
Newspaper – Theme panel version: 8.0
http://www.fighters-spirits.com/magazine_test/archives/3051
Newspaper – Theme panel version: 7.8.1
http://www.fighters-spirits.com/magazine/archives/3051
*Plugin, wordpress version is the latest version.
Other plugins
TagDiv Social Counter
Revolution Slider
TagDiv Mobile Theme
In order to upgrade these also, should I install the plugin as a zip file after aninstalling it?
Hi Simion,
Thank you for your response.
I checked the first issue and it’s only happends on Firefox. Chrome seems to work fine.
The background issue is fixed by activating the parent theme. I only have a functions.php, page.php and header.php besides the style.css in my child theme. I figured out it’s the page.php that is causing the problem.
I don’t just want to throw it out, because it’s in there for a reason, but it has been a while since I’ve edited it. I have no clue what I changed, can you recognize anything?

Hello anachakmobile,
Try to re-download again the latest theme version and you should make a new FTP install. Clear all the caches and check the results. Should work.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
The top grid displayed on mobile picks posts from the Featured category
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/
Please add posts to that category and they will be displayed in the homepage on mobile.
More information about how the mobile theme works here

Thanks
