Hello Ken!
Actually, we have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to disable the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
If you need the same header on all your pages, then make the header template global.
Thank you!
Hello,
I have designed this store: https://drglo.com/ but the desktop design not showing on mobile. Could you please let me know why?
Hi,
For the menu, you can assign a new menu in the mobile menu https://i.imgur.com/wQd1eIu.png for the mobile version. You need to assign the menu with tagDiv Composer -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/main-menu/
You can use the Global Colors option from Manager -> Global Colors -> https://i.imgur.com/PM6VoBL.png
The dark mode can be achieved only with a plugin.
Thank you!
Hello,

Hi,
I have just launched my new site https://aibotmaster.com/ but it is encountering some issues as the Website Content is not Showing on both desktop https://prnt.sc/TYuVV2lSb5_J and mobile https://prnt.sc/KcEbXSCcpxGR
Please help!
Hi, how can I set the mobile menu to have a solid color background without any background images being visible (no opacity)? Please see: https://i.imgur.com/lOZVlId.png
I can’t find a setting for this and I can’t figure out the CSS either.
Thanks!
Whatever plugin this may have come from, it is no longer enabled. How can I re-apply the correct mobile template so that these are properly themed?
Hi,
Could you kindly confirm where i do this?
is it in theme settings? every single blog post does not display content on mobile.
Hi,
I think you hide that block on mobile view; you need to select the block, select viewport for mobile, go to the CSS tab, and change to display it.
Thank you!
Hi,
Could you please assist me.
i use your theme on my website – https://www.greencitytimes.com but the blog posts are not displaying on mobile anymore.
if you view this blog post on a mobile device – https://www.greencitytimes.com/smart-city-technologies/ you will see the content does not display, but the content displays on the desktop version.
I have updated all plugins, i have also updated the theme still the issue persists.
Could you please help!
What happened to my mobile theme? It now looks like the image on the left instead of the image on the right.

Hi,
I’ve been trying to install the theme on my website, and it looks good on a PC, but when I check it on my phone, it’s acting out, not showing posts properly, and I don’t understand why.
I don’t want to use the mobile version, because I don’t want to set up all the posts duplicitely, I want the posts to work both on a PC and a mobile phone.
My website’s address is http://www.ilearnczech.com.
Thanks in advance.
J.
I am getting an error which is infinite loading whenever I want to update page or post. There is some issue with AMP which is related to The error message indicates a PHP Notice related to the incorrect usage of the amp_has_paired_endpoint function in WordPress. The notice mentions that the function was called incorrectly while the AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages) feature is disabled via the amp_is_enabled filter. The notice also indicates that the service ID “paired_routing” is not recognized and cannot be retrieved, which could be causing the issue. To resolve this error, you may need to review the code where the amp_has_paired_endpoint function is being called and make sure it is used correctly. Additionally, check if the AMP feature is properly enabled or disabled based on your requirements. If you are unsure about how to debug and fix the issue, you can refer to the provided link “Debugging in WordPress” for more information on troubleshooting PHP notices in WordPress.
Hi,
Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edited with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you canβt use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!
Hi,
I just checked the link and no the images appears. Also, I see that you are using the redirect option for mobile users to amp.
Thank you!
I recently purchased Newspaper theme. I noticed mobile and AMP does not work and sometimes even on laptop browsers it displays the mobile version. is there any bug in this theme? What is the purpose of showcasing multiple features if they do not work at all. very much frustrated.
In our most recent post, the image is appearing on desktop but not mobile. I’ve deactivated any image optiomizers and we’re using the mobile amp settings. Thoughts? https://topfiverecords.com/a-beginners-guide-to-blur/
Indeed it seems to work now on iOs. I have no idea why -_-
For the hidden X, I have updated my CSS and it is now showing. However, the original problem I had was that I wanted to remove the social media icons and the log-in area from the mobile menu. But I couldn’t find the way to do it.
If you could tell me how to remove those, then I would be able to remove my weird CSS π
Hi,
I saw that on your website the document.write() comes from ads -> https://i.imgur.com/VEqbB7t.png
The page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view. Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website. A good choice for the page speed, could be the mobile layout which contains fewer elements because it can improve a bit your page speed.
There are many optimization guides provided by our users here in the forum, some made by us; you could check some of them

Also, pagespeed is not covered by support -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
If you use Wp Rocket, you can try to exclude the following files
/jquery-?[0-9.](.*)(.min|.slim|.slim.min)?.js
/jquery-migrate(.min)?.js
/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js
tdBlocksArray

Hello!
You can disable/enable sticky mobile menu and main menu when you access Website Manager, like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/EdpjIpsBHunx
The row sticky doesn’t work well on mobile.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello! I’m having some trouble with the sticky mobile header. I edit this from cloud templates > home page template > mobile template > edit with TD composer. When the header is set to “top,” it does not appear in portrait view. When it is set to “bottom,” it appears at the top in portrait view, and the bottom in landscape view. Any assistance is much appreciated.
The goal is to have the sticky header appear at the top in both orientations. Thank you!

I created a custom and mobile home page. The system does not identify them.
Also, I have a problem with the site header: it changes when going to other pages. And the footer has the same problem.
The site is new, it’s dicacash.com
In my mobile version only, I get other entries at the end of each entry that I don’t know where they come from. I just want to see the news I am viewing
I’m not able to edit any mobile templates in TD Composer. I’ve removed, cleared the cache, and re-installed the theme, and all plugins. But still, the issue persists.
Moreover, the header from my mobile pages disappeared. In my desktop templates, I edited the templates and created a new header template but for mobile templates, I can’t do anything it always sticks on loading(rounding) image.
Hello,
I am attempting to run ads on my website and on Facebook with my newspaper theme and I received this message from facebook to update my tagdiv app ID 655262539482249
Update the Facebook SDK for iOS
Using Cocoapods
If your app integrates with the Facebook SDK for iOS using Cocoapods, follow these steps.
1. Add the code to the podfile for the packages that are used in your app.
Example:
pod ‘FBSDKCoreKit’, ‘~> 8.0.0’
pod ‘FBSDKLoginKit’, ‘~> 8.0.0’
pod ‘FBSDKShareKit’, ‘~> 8.0.0’
pod ‘FBSDKGamingServiceKit’, ‘~> 8.0.0’
2. Run pod update.
Using Swift Package Manager (SPM)
If your app uses SPM to integrate with the Facebook SDK for iOS, follow these steps.
1. In Xcode, click File > Swift Packages > Add Package Dependency.
2. In Package Repository, enter the repository URL: https://github.com/facebook/facebook-ios-sdk.
3. In Version, select Up to Next Major and the default option.
4. Complete the prompts to select the libraries you want to use in your project.
Their instructions are foreign to me. How do I go about updating this information on the website and mobile site?
Thank you for your guidance.
