Hello @aevtimov !
Actually, we have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to disable the Mobile Theme plugin.
You can choose the mobile version and the menu you want to use. By default, we use option 1 for mobile, and you can customize it from the tagdiv Composer.
Thank you!
no no, this is a test on my part. I don’t have a mobile page. I just want my header to be responsive. https://prnt.sc/2bGm8YIfzyNt
Hello @aevtimov !
Edit the mobile page: https://prnt.sc/W1EGDDG9donV and add that element. The mobile header zone is different than the desktop one.
Thank you!

Hi, we decided to get back to non amp version without mobile theme. The plugins AMP and Mobile Them has been uninstalled, but the problem is that an amp url’s still exist. For example: https://radioklinika.pl/fitness-medyczny/?amp Can you be so kind ant let me know how to remove it permanently. PS. We did redirect from amp to normal url so everything is going to be allright when amp url will desapere
And one more thing, Even I have inactivated Mobile theme and created a separate mobile template, but still the issue persists.
Thanks
hello. I have a few questions for you.
1. I want to fix only the image on the mobile screen so that both sides are 100% full.
2. I want to display the table of contents in the sidebar. How do I set it up?
Hello Bettina,
Thank you for your response.
I have already created a mobile versio in wordpress with TagDiv. But the mobile version showing in the Bluehost customizer is some old, other, version.
I contacted Bluehost and they can’t get the mobile version that is showing in Bluehost to synch with the mobile version I created in TagDiv. This creates problems because sometimes some pages take the old, incorrect version from Bluehost.
I need to synch the two, so that the mobile version in Bluehost isn’t different from the correct one I have created in TagDiv. Bluehost told me it is a problem with the theme developer.
Do you know why Bluehost isn’t showing the correct mobile version?
Can I email you screenshots to better describe the issue?
Hello,
The problem is caused by some custom code that is added and it is apply to the date https://i.imgur.com/s3FP6Vu.png please check if you have some code in mobile theme -> custom code.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please disable the mobile theme plugin form here https://i.imgur.com/aAjtwLW.png, clear the cache, and check after.
Thank you!

I’m using Loco Translate

Hello,
Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
I hope this helps.
Thank you!
Hello,
1. You can remove it using the option from the theme panel – https://i.imgur.com/6yGk3gt.png
2. The mobile menu can be change from left to right only using custom css.
You can try this custom code:
#td-top-mobile-toggle {
float: right;
margin-right: 10px;
}
.td-search-wrapper {
float: left;
position: unset;
margin-top: -13px;
}
Set the css in the theme panel > custom code > advance css > phones (this code will be apply only on responsive version).
3. You can use a different menu for mobile only if you are using the mobile theme plugin – https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-get-mobile-ready-with-newsmag-theme/
Thank you!

Hi, one of my mobile pages has some problem. This is page url https://weliveinus.com/mobile-vendors/ This page has flex filter and active filter list on the left.
In the edit mode, if you click ‘view’, you can see these elements, https://snipboard.io/oRlN21.jpg however they disappear on mobile phones https://snipboard.io/dO96VJ.jpg. I tried to play with column and row layouts but failed. I still feel it’s the layout issue though, just couldn’t figure out how to fix. Sometimes I can even see the filter element flashing quickly on the mobile screen…
I also tried to start from a blank page but the filter always has a warning that I need to assign at least one taxonomy to make the filter work, even though I already did. https://snipboard.io/dz6Na2.jpg page url https://weliveinus.com/?page_id=2944

Hello,
The mobile version of my website in the Bluehost customizer is different than the one I have created in WordPress, and some pages, such as product category pages are taking the old incorrect one from Bluehost. It’s also creating cache issues – sometimes when I update a menu item’s url and publish the changes, suddenly the mobile version of the site uses this “Bluehost” version.
I cannot change the version in Bluehost. Bluehost support tried but couldn’t resolve the issue, and told me that it’s likely a problem with the theme, and that I should contact the developer.
How can I get the mobile version in Bluehost customizer to match the correct one, including headers and footers, I have created with TagDiv in WordPress?

Hello Gurkirat!
Check in the TagDiv Composer. For example, H1 from logo(header, footer, mobile): https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/6-h1-tags-on-front-page-bing-have-deindexed-my-site/
Thank you!
Hello, I followed your procedure to the letter.
I even removed the ≡ menu on the Youpi.news/nl/ version and the problem is still the same, so it must not be from the menu, nor from the mobile menu. The problem comes from elsewhere. an other idea ?
Hello @dlicoppe !
Edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer, mobile viewport : https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. This is the right location.
I cannot make any videos because, of course, I do not have the same issue as you. Probably that element is there, but it is hidden. I explained above in the video how you can find a hidden element in Composer. Please take a look and try to solve your issue. If this is not possible, we are waiting for your email.
Thank you for understanding!
