Hi kindcat94, are you using the mobile theme plugin or the responsive version? Also this problem is also occurs only with tagDiv plugins? If you can provide a link to your website where I can see the problem will help a lot.
Our theme do not have an option for the privacy/cookie pop up settings, but this can be done using a plugin -> https://wptablebuilder.com/best-gdpr-cookie-consent-notice-wordpress-plugins/
Thank you!
I finally finished building my WP site to where I was comfortable posting it on FB. I was sure to build a mobile version for phones as well as the desktop version.
However, the mobile version on the phone frequently reverts to the desktop version, making it look very ugly because it’s three columns switched together.
In order for me to fix the issue, I need to go into TagDiv Composer and save the mobile version which then fixes the problem.
However, I just discovered that this then causes the desktop version to revert to the mobile version, making it look very basic and amateurish.
It does not do this while I am logged in which is why it took me a while to discover the issue but it does when I am logged out so I am assuming my readers who are not registered which would be most of them are not seeing the proper site.
How do I fix this?
The site is https://pinacnews.com
My site is Hispanic L.A. (hispanicla.com).
In the mobile theme, in between the two first sets of posts there is a default description. It says: ULTIMAS NOTICIAS, (which means in Spanish, the language of the site, LATEST NEWS).
I would like to be able to edit this text or delete it but don’t know where to find it. Thank you.
Hi,
Our mobile site won’t load. Also, how do we properly enable privacy/cookie settings pop up?
Hello Bettina,
Thank you for your message, and I hope you are doing well. I have spent the night going through inspecting elements and CSS and have resolved my situation (which was related to CSS within a plugin from tagDiv – the tagDiv Shop plugin).
1. The Apple Pay button does not show up on the product or checkout page in Safari’s desktop browser, but it does show up in the Safari mobile browser.
For Item #1, I went inside the Plugin Editor –> tagDiv Shop –> assets –> css –> td-woo-front.css and made the following changes:
(Approximately Line 509)
/* margin-right: 40px; */
/* margin-left: -30px; */
(Approximately Line 443)
flex-flow: column;
(Approximately Line 419)
margin: auto;
width: fit-content;
2. Also on the checkout page, there should be a checkbox to choose to subscribe or unsubscribe to our mailing list; but the checkbox is missing, therefore eliminating the chance for customers to opt out of subscribing.
For Item #2, from inside the same CSS file (td-woo-front.css), I made the following change:
(Approximately Line 528)
/* -webkit-appearance: none; */
I will attach some screenshots below for what I found. Please share this thread with the dev team just so that they may be aware for when they release any future updates.
3. My iPhone & iPad repeatedly prompts me to login with saved password (as mentioned above), and it does not do this on any desktop browsers.
For Item #3, it is still unresolved and would be glad to get any help for this. I think it has something to do with Auto Focus for the Signin form input fields. I see they have Autocomplete attributes. Even after being logged in, I still get the login prompts, because the sign in forms are still in the header.

My menu works well on main page.
however I just noticed that my menu in mobile does not seen on posts.
Hello,
In the header, I have been looking to find where I can delete the words (or image?) ‘Pulse Pro’ when I make the browser smaller on my laptop. I presume it has something to do with the mobile layout, but I don’t want to start creating a mobile layout until I am happy with the main website in a browser.
I also noticed that the main logo disappears and another smaller (and different) logo appears in its place, next to Pulse Pro when I resize the browser, so yes, am I correct in assuming this is mobile related?
I looked at the header template that I am using, but I was unable to find anything related to Pulse Pro and different logos.
Please can you guide me to where I can change this so that it’s desktop browser related only? Once I am happy, I will start on the mobile layout.
Finally, what do you recommend I use to create the mobile version?
Thank you : )
I am experiencing a strange issue with my page, where when I display inline ads on mobile, minor parts (a paragraph or two) or the majority of my articles (the remainder of the article after the first ad) is hidden. The only workaround I’ve found is to not use inline ads, which of course is not an acceptable solution, but I’d rather not show ads than not show content. I need your assistance in order to troubleshoot this frustrating issue. Please advise.
Hello, Our site favicon is not appearing on phones. It is visible on PC but not on mobile devices

Hello,
The page speed is not related only to the theme that you are using, this is affected by plugins/content/ads/ external resources, etc.
Your website needs an optimal speed that’s why you need to make some settings also to help for the improvement.
Also, to increase the page speed you can check these similar topics for more solutions:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/optimize-script-to-improve-site-speed/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/a-few-tips-for-newspaper-x-speed-high-cpu-usage-issues/

– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/score-100100-pagespeed-with-newspaper-wordpress-theme/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/newspaper-theme-speedify-your-website/
However, page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view.
Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website.
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin on not if you are using PRO demo or a standard one.
To be able to optimize and to remove CLS please check these guide => https://developers.google.com/web/tools/lighthouse/ -> https://www.sqlpac.com/en/documents/google-pagespeeds-lighthouse-6-new-features-lcp-cls.html -> https://web.dev/lighthouse-whats-new-6.0/ -> https://web.dev/lcp/ -> https://web.dev/cls/
Thank you!
Hello!
I can see that your logo is the same on both versions: desktop & mobile and it is working well.
Please clear your cache (also from your browser) and try again.
Thank you!
Yes, but in which area should I paste the Auto Ads code because I have tried it in several and only some banners appear in the mobile version, none in the computer version. Neither do the inline articles appear on the computer or on the mobile phone, nor on the sidebar. The last thing I have done is to include the code as a widget in the footer and it seems that some more banner is published but it still does not appear on the computer. These problems I did not have before with my previous template
Hello!
I just replied you here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/adsense-anchor-ads-are-not-loading-on-the-newspaper-themes-mobile-version/#post-420919
Please check and let’s continue the discussion there in order to avoid multiple replies!
Thank you!
Hello!
I think you are talking about Mobile Theme plugin, which has a separate field in the theme panel for ads.
Let me explain you which options of mobile versions are:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY

Hello,
Please let me know what version of the mobile you use -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/
Also, I have tried to access your website and seems you have this error => https://i.imgur.com/PylPuU9.png, please check this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/error-establishing-a-database-connection-9/
Thank you!
Hello,
Please make sure you have added the logo also, in the mobile menu, because seems you set it only in the mobile sticky header => https://i.imgur.com/fqHxYRy.png please check this article https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/
Thank you!
Hello,
Please let me know what version of mobile do you use and what type of form you use and how you set it.
Also, please provide some screenshots with your steps and the link to your website.
Thank you!
Hello,
The situation is that when you set the background video on row on mobile version and you are using a mobile device, the website will load very slow and in some situations, it will not load completely, therefore, our developers decided that this feature will affect negatively the mobile version and so was not implemented.
Thank you for your understanding!

Hi,
Still haven’t received support on my previous request but recently made a new text logo and uploaded it as a .png and it’s not showing on either device.
Any help or guidance would be appreciated
Hello Team,
Please find the actual design of desktop. It is showing in login condition.

But when I logout from website or in incognito mode.

Mobile Theme design.

Please help me to solve this problem.
Can you please a fix for anchor ads not showing on the mobile theme? I’m also experiencing this problem.
How can I Send you the screenshots? i write the generic adsense code in all ads of theme panel. Then i,ve created ads box in article, homepage mobile, homepage, In ad box configuration, i used ad content, use spot from sidebar, custom ad 1. After all that, the space appears blank.
I,ve tried to write the specific adsense code in all that space but the result was the same.
On this site: https://walki-talki.com
the content is all left justified, which is really apparent on mobile devices.
Example post:
https://walki-talki.com/long-range-walkie-talkies/
See screenshots:
https://app.blisk.io/screenshots/shared/50ee45e8-cbdb-40b8-b125-1ffb8cfc8f57
https://app.blisk.io/screenshots/shared/f41d9df1-f566-419e-860f-23ba5692efc2

I have setup a mobile Post page and would like to add a list of other related posts from the same category. I have setup a Flex Block 1 as shown in the image, but the posts that are displayed do not respect the current category. They simply show the latest posts to the site as a whole.
Each post on our sites come from a sub-category from one of three main parent categories. Unfortunately I’m not willing to share the site publicly, but would be happy to share it privately with admins if it will help resolve the issue.
